Abstract

Para pemasar telah mengenal empat komponen dasar atau unsur-unsur yang biasa disebut dengan 4p (product, price, promotion, dan place) yang digunakan untuk menciptakan strategi pemasaran dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui secara empiris peran bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel mediator (Studi pada Rumah makan Pondok Padi Organik di Sragen). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Rumah makan Pondok Padi Organik di Sragen pada bulan April tahun 2016 sejumlah 950 konsumen. sampel diambil sebesar 10% dari jumlah populasi, yaitu sebesar 95 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk dan harga berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, distribusi dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Produk, harga, distribusi, promosi dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil path analysis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh secara langsung lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung. Harga merupakan variabel paling dominan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen Rumah makan Pondok Padi Organik di Sragen.   The marketers have known four basic components or elements that are commonly referred to 4p (product, price, promotion, and place) that is used to create a marketing strategy to achieve competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the role of marketing mix on purchasing decisions with customer satisfaction as a mediator variable (Study on Organic Rice diner cottage in Sragen). The population in this study is that consumers in the House dining lodge Organic Rice in Sragen in April 2016 a number of 950 consumers. samples were taken by 10% of the total population, which amounted to 95 respondents by random sampling technique. The results showed that the product and the price is not significant effect on customer satisfaction, distribution and promotion of significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product, price, distribution, promotion and customer satisfaction significantly influence. purchasing decisions. The results of path analysis showed that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect. Price is the most dominant variable in increasing consumer purchasing decisions Rumah Pondok Organic Rice meal in Sragen.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi (IT) saat ini sangat pesat di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Hal itu membuat persaingan dibidang usaha ini sangat ketat. Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang teknologi dan informasi harus terus berinovasi agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggannya juga mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan sejenis. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand intention dan brand reliability terhadap brand loyalty dengan brand affect sebagai variabel mediasi pengguna android di Wilayah Surakarta. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah individu yaitu pengguna android di wilayah Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 250 responden dan sudah memenuhi kriteria  menggunakan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa: niat merek (brand intention) berpengaruh positif pada pengaruh merek (brand affect). kehandalan merek (brand reliability) berpengaruh positif pada pengaruh merek (brand affect). niat merek (brand intention) berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas merek (brand loyalty). keandalan merek (brand reliability) berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas merek (brand loyalty. pengaruh merek (brand affect) berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas merek (brand loyalty). Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa : pengaruh langsung niat merek (brand intention) terhadap loyalitas merek (brand loyalty) lebih besar dibandingkan melalui pengaruh merek (brand affect). pengaruh langsung keandalan merek (brand reliability) terhadap loyalitas merek (brand loyalty) lebih besar dibandingkan melalui pengaruh merek (brand affect)

Abstract

Konstribusi UKM pada perekonomian yang sangat besar dan perkembangan yang  semakin  meningkat  dari  segi  kuantitas   ternyata   belum   diimbangi  dengan peningkatan kualitas, sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui orientasi pelanggan dan orientasi inovasi UKM Konveksi di Kabupaten Sragen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemilik atau  pengelola UKM konveksi di Kabupaten Sragen. Kriteria  pemilik atau pengelola UKM yang dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang publikasikan  oleh BPS sebagai UKM dan sesuai dengan (UU. No. 20 tahun 2008). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 970X10%= 97 responden, dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden, maka dalam penelitian ini sampelnya 100 responden UKM konveksi di Kabupaten Sragen dengan menggunakan  convenience   sampling. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  Orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap orientasi pelanggan. Orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap orientasi inovasi. Orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pelanggan dan orientasi inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Dan orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel orientasi pembelajaran melalui orientasi inovasi terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

Research this aim for analyze influence entrepreneurial marketing, innovation, and customer experience to performance marketing laundry services in Yogyakarta. Method taking sample using simple random sampling. Method The analysis is analysis qualitative in kuantitatifkan with use test validity, reliability, test assumption classic, Multiple linear test, t test, F test, and coefficient determination. With use method regression multiple could concluded that variable entrepreneurial marketing, innovation, and customer experience take effect significant to performance marketing laundry services in Yogyakarta. With use t test can is known that all variable bepengaruh positive and significantly. Coofisien The resulting determination is of 0.364 which means that 36, 4% were able to explained by variable entrepreneurial marketing, innovation, and customer experience on together. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of promotion, price, and brand image to purchase decision of Liquid vapor at company 0274 E Juice Yogyakarta. The obtained by using sampling is accidental sampling. Then analyzed the data obtained in the form of qualitative and quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F, and R2. Based on the results of the analysis indicates that the validity and reliability test of all question items submitted proved valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test indicate that this study is normally distributed, does not occur multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation in the regression model. The result of multiple linear regression coefficient equation shows that promotion variable, price, and brand image have a positive effect on buying decision of Liquid vapor at company 0274 E Juice Yogyakarta. The result of t test shows that promotion, price, and brand image have positive and significant influence to Liquid vapor purchase decision. F test results indicate that there is a significant influence between promotion, price, and brand image simultaneously to the purchase decision of Liquid vapor. Meanwhile, the result of R2 test (coefficient of determination) obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.652 means that promotion, price, and brand image variables contributed 65.2% to Liquid vapor purchase decision, while the rest of 34.8% influenced by other factors in outside the variables studied for example product quality, service quality, and consumer motivation.Keywords: promotion, price, Brand Image, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Effect of Product and Price Quality on Consumer Buying Interests Mediated by Brand Image and Brand Trust (Study on Consumers of Ikat "ARIMBI" in Sragen Regency). The development of fashion design in this modern era has experienced a very rapid development, even consumers' buying interest has shifted to modern designs and most of them forget about traditional products one of which is ikat weaving. Sragen Regency has a weaving industry that has been started since 2012. Typical Sragen woven fabric "Arimbi". Is one of the many traditional woven fabric products similar in Indonesia. Looking at this phenomenon, the research team proposed research related to the role of brand image and brand trust as a mediating variable between product quality and price to consumer buying interest, this was intended to make the weaving industry know what factors were causing consumers' interest in buying crafts. "ARIMBI" woven cloth is one of the superior products of Sragen Regency. The population in this study were consumers who wore "Arimbi" weaving in Sragen Regency. In this study the number of consumers using woven fabric "Arimbi: not known with certainty so to calculate the minimum number of samples needed using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 150 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using convenience sampling with the analysis method used is path analysis (path analysis). The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on brand image. Prices have a significant effect on brand image. Product quality has a significant effect on brand trust. Prices have a significant effect on brand trust. Product quality has a significant effect on buying interest. Prices have a significant effect on buying interest. Brand image has a significant effect on buying interest. Brand trust has a significant effect on buying interest. Path Analysis Results: the effect of product quality and price on buying interest through brand image is smaller than the direct effect so that the most effective path is direct path. The effect of product quality and price on buying interest through brand trust is less than the direct influence so that the most effective pathway is the direct path. Product quality variables are the most dominant variables in influencing consumers' buying interest of "Arimbi" Ikat Weaving in Sragen Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the bank interest rates, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing loans, Return On Assets and Loan to Deposit Ratio significantly influence the amount of loans channeled by banks. The analysis technique used by regression, the samples in this study include: Banking companies in the Surakarta region that have been registered with Bank Indonesia that has been Go Public. National commercial banks that have complete data needed in this research variable. The results of this study indicate that the interest rates have a positive and significant effect, the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a negative but not significant effect, the variable Net Performing Loan (NPL) has a negative and significant effect. The variable Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive but not significant effect, the variable Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a positive and significant effect on lending to MSMEs.

Abstract

Salah satu persoalan yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia adalah kemiskinan dan pengangguran, sehingga untuk meningkatkan efektifitas penanggulangan kemiskinan dan penciptaan lapangan kerja, pemerintah meluncurkan program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang salah satunya merupakan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program PNPM terhadap pendapatan kartu keluarga miskin di Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Sragen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak Program PNPM adalah adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan produksi usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 95,5%. Adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 87%. Adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan penghasilan usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 65,5%.Kata Kunci      :   PNPM, Pendapatan Kartu Keluarga Miskin

Abstract

Pengabdian ini merupakan pengabdian lanjutan dari proses pengabdian sebelumnyam bahwa di Kelurahan Desa Gebang memiliki potensi untuk ditingkatkan UMKM makanan ringan.  Dengan adanya peningkatan UMKM di Kelurahan Gebang, akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di lingkungannya. Akan tetapi dalam pemasaran produk UMKM masyarakat di Kelurahan Gebang belum diimbangi dengan adanya pemanfaatan alat tekhnologi, sehingga proses pemasaran belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena rata-rata pelaku UMKM memiliki usia yang tidak muda lagi, sehingga perlu pendampingan yang lebih ekstra. Pada saat era milineal ini, semua disajikan secara praktis dan efisien yaitu dengan memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi. Seperti pemasaran melalui akun facebook, Instagram, website, twitter dan lain-lain. Hal ini bertujuan bahwa dengan menggunakan tekhnologi informasi, semua informasi produk dapat tersampaikan secara luas, baik tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Permasalahan yang utama ketika UMKM tidak memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi dengan baik adalah mereka hanya bisa menjual produknya secara lokal dan jenis-jenis produk yang dijual tidak tersampaikan secara luas. Dalam mensiatasi kompetensi bisnis di era digital diharapkan seluruh UMKM memahami dan menggunakan digital marketing dengan baik, agar mereka mampu bersaing dengan baik hingga mencapai keunggulan k;ompetitif lebih maksimal. Abstract

Ngasinan Etan Village is one of the villages located in Gebang Village. The livelihood as a small businessman from this village is very possible because of the very strategic location close to the Gebang traditional market and the traditional Pucuk padar. The increase in tofu production in Gebang village has positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that it has increasingly increased the MSMEs of Gebang village and can improve the welfare of the community. The negative impact is the amount of tofu waste that is released, causing unpleasant odors. The main problem asked by these entrepreneurs is the accumulation of dense waste that often affects the environment which causes air pollution as it is delicious. With the consideration of the community specifically tofu entrepreneurs, and with the thought of solutions based on existing theories and research results, the first priority that needs to be done is to improve the management of solid waste management in tofu. Improvements to the tofu mill's solid waste management methods, by providing an understanding of how to manage tofu's basic waste into food products. Utilization of tofu waste can be done by drying and made with a variety of processed products that can be consumed by the community, for example, processed into tempe gembus, beef food, fish feed sources, nata de soya production, tofu waste as organic fertilizer, tofu waste, tofu waste to poultry feed and tofu pulp into processed crackers.Tofu, Gebang, Masaran, Sragen waste
