Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahan gizi akibat kekurangan asupan nutrisi dalam jangka waktu yang panjang, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada pertumbuhan anak usia di bawah lima tahun. Indonesia termasuk negara dengan prevalensi stunting tertinggi di Asia Tenggara, mencapai angka 30,8%. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran ibu hamil dan ibu balita terkait pencegahan stunting dan pentingnya menjaga gizi yang seimbang. Dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2023, proyek ini melibatkan 15 ibu hamil dan ibu balita. Edukasi disampaikan melalui ceramah, sesi interaktif, dan diskusi dengan menggunakan presentasi PowerPoint dan leaflet. Tes pra dan pasca dilaksanakan untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah sesi edukasi, mengungkapkan perubahan positif dalam tingkat pengetahuan: kategori baik 2 (13,3%) - 9 (60%), kategori cukup 3 (20%) - 4 (26,6%), dan kategori kurang 10 (66,6%) - 2 (13,3%). Sebagai kesimpulan, upaya ini menunjukkan keefektifan intervensi edukatif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran ibu hamil dan ibu balita mengenai pencegahan stunting dan pentingnya gizi seimbang.

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan pada hipertensi menjadi kelompok masalah yang sangat serius yang memiliki bahaya pada sistem kardiovaskular. Salah satu faktor risiko adalah pada lansia. Lansia mengalami perubahan kontur tubuh dan dan perubahan pembuluh darah sehingga bisa mengakibatkan terjadi hipertensi. Data dari RISKESDAS mencatat 55,2% hipertensi terjadi pada lansia. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat berupa pendataan identitas, melakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah, melakukan edukasi tentang hipertensi, dan melakukan implementasi senam hipertensi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2025 yang diikuti 31 partisipan lansia yang bergabung di posyandu lansia di Desa Bakalan Karanganyar. Hasil kegiatan didapatkan mayoritas yang mengikuti senam hipertensi dominasi pada perempuan sebesar 90,3% dan hasil evaluasi sebanyak 93,5% lansia menyatakan senam hipertensi pada lansia mudah dan ringan untuk diimplementasikan. Senam hipertensi dapat dilakukan sekali dalam satu minggu selama 3 minggu dapat memberikan penurunan pada tekanan darah dan membantu permebialitas pembuluh darah meningkat pada otot yang mengalami kontraksi sehingga dapat memperbaiki pengaturan tekanan darah. Perlu adanya pelaksanaan senam hipertensi secara berkala dan evaluasi secara periodik untuk mengetahui efektivitas impelemntasi senam hipertensi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how Islamic Religious Education (PAI) instructors support the development of religious moderation awareness among 10th-grade students at Al-Qur'an Tri Bhakti At-Taqwa Senior High School. The study is motivated by increasing issues of intolerance and exclusive religious views among students, which highlight the strategic role of educators in internalizing the values of moderation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation involving PAI teachers, the school principal, and several 10th-grade students. The findings indicate that PAI instructors play a significant role in cultivating moderate attitudes by serving as mentors, educators, and role models. Through instruction emphasizing tolerance, justice, openness, and real-life examples in social interactions, teachers help enhance students’ awareness of diversity and respect within religious communities. According to the principal, M. Fathurrahman, M.Pd., the school is committed to educating a generation with noble character and a moderate understanding of religion. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including diverse student backgrounds, limited instructional time for PAI, and the influence of family and community environments that often promote exclusive perspectives. Teachers addressed these challenges through personalized guidance, reflective discussions, and the integration of moderate values into religious activities and cross-disciplinary learning. Interviews with students revealed positive changes in their attitudes and behaviors toward religious differences.
