Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (CPP) aims to produce products that can be used as learning media that allow students to be active, creative and fun in their learning activities. In turn, it will increase the effectiveness and quality of the learning process. The form of activity in this community partnership program activity uses a training strategy involving 30 participants through lectures, discussions, demonstrations, practice, and observation methods. To assess the success of this program through indicators (1), participants' attendance rate during the extension process was up to 80%. (2) All extension activities are carried out in accordance with the plan following the proposal. (3) A statement of satisfaction from extension participants and the school. Implementing this CPP can increase teachers' knowledge and skills in creating and optimizing learning media in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The participants' enthusiasm evidenced this in participating in these activities. Besides, CPP produces products in the form of 30 learning media that can be used in the classroom's teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak. Di era industri global yang sudah memasuki era 5.0 saat ini, persaingan di dalam dunia industri menjadi semakin ketat dan tinggi di mana setiap negara harus memiliki keunggulan kompetitif sebagai syarat mutlak untuk bersaing. Persaingan usaha yang ketat menuntut UMKM untuk mampu melakukan proses manajemen usaha yang produktif dan seefisien mungkin, serta dapat menghasilkan produk atau jasa yang sesuai dengan preferensi pasar dengan standar kualitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada beberapa UMKM sektor kuliner di kota Makassar. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing melalui orientasi pasar. Kata Kunci: Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

Every corporate organization needs skilled human resources to keep up with industry and technology growth. The workforce has been rapidly dominated by millennials and Generation Z, which provides new challenges for companies to create an environment that encourages the growth of their workforce. This presents new difficulties for companies in providing an environment that encourages their development. According to surveys, millennials are adept at using technology but lack the perseverance to work within an organization. One of the critical elements for companies to consistently improve corporate performance is the capacity to retain and develop millennials and Generation Z. To improve corporate outcomes, human resource management (HRM) requires a new strategic management style. HR strategies are mapped using the Organizational Sustainability Model framework in the 4.0 era to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The inputs of this model are the fundamental drivers of the company, which support employees' core skills to maximize performance and increase productivity. Motivation is required in addition to skills and experience, and this motivation is shaped by organizational culture and climate. The underlying theoretical framework of this research is supported by the AMO (Ability, Motivation, Opportunity) model approach. As this model provides HR management strategies as recommendations and pointers for developing people as capital to improve organizational performance and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage, practitioners and organizations can benefit from this research.

Abstract

Community Service Partners (PKM) is a micro and small brick business. Knowledge of business projections among business owners in Batu Bata is still very limited. The aim of this service is to empower traditional business owners with the knowledge and skills to produce accurate business projections to assist in developing their business. The implementation method uses lecture, exercise, and discussion/question and answer methods. The participants were brick business owners from the Limbung village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The technique for implementing this activity includes three stages starting from the preparation stage, implementation stage and activity evaluation stage. The results of the training show that traditional business owners experience difficulties in applying business forecasting techniques to their businesses because sales records are sometimes incomplete or non-existent. After carrying out the simulation, participants can understand the basis of sales forecasts for future sales forecasts. Additionally, brick-and-mortar business owners can know the exact estimates of their business. Knowledge of business forecasting is expected to improve business performance and competitiveness. The limitation of this training is that the implementation method does not use instructional techniques so that knowledge about business forecasting can be implemented in business activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment risk on stock returns for the LQ45 index for the 2016-2021 period. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling using several criteria so that the data obtained were 27 companies. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the significance value is 0.781> 0.05 and the coefficient is 0.008, which means that Beta has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. The results of this study do not support the hypothesis that has been put forward.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, biaya operasional, dan size terhadap beban Pajak Penghasilan Badan Terutang pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016–2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 perusahaan. Metode sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan E-views. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pajak penghasilan badan terutang, biaya operasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap beban pajak penghasilan badan terutang, dan size berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pajak penghasilan badan terutang.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of perceived service quality (Quality of Service) on consumer purchasing decisions at Skage Fried Chicken, with customer engagement as an intervening variable. In the context of an increasingly competitive culinary industry, it is important for companies to understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. Data were collected through a survey involving 100 students of the Management Study Program, Makassar State University who had made purchases at the restaurant. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), which allows researchers to test the relationship between variables simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and customer engagement acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between service quality and purchasing decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality to not only attract customers but also increase their engagement and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Infrastructure development was one of the key components in the success of a nation's overall and educational growth, including the tourism sector. This study focuses on analyzing the economic and educational impact of developing the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) area in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, which has become a prominent tourism destination. A mixed-methods approach with a concurrent triangulation design was employed to measure the direct, indirect, and induced economic and educational impacts of tourism activities within the CPI area. The findings indicated that the development of CPI had a significant economic impact on the surrounding community, including increased business revenues, job creation, and a reduction in poverty levels. Apart from that, the development of CPI as a multifunctional area is impacting education, especially community economic education. The Multiplier Effect analysis, using the Keynesian Income Multiplier method, revealed that every 1 rupiah of tourist expenditure generated a direct economic impact of 19,81 rupiah on the local economy. The Type I Income Multiplier Ratio of 1,062 reflected an increase in the incomes of business owners and workers, while the Type II Income Multiplier Ratio of 1,092 demonstrated its influence on local household consumption. This indicates that the impact of multifunctional infrastructure development has an impact on the economic education of society.

Abstract

Research purposes; (1) Analyzing descriptively the strategies of SMEs in the culinary field using e-commerce, digital marketing, customer relationship marketing and market needs during the Covid 19 pandemic in Makassar City,(2) Testing and analyzing SME strategies in the culinary field, the influence of e-commerce on market needs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Makassar City, (3) Testing and analyzing UKM strategies in the culinary field, the influence of digital marketing on market needs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Makassar City , (4) Testing and analyzing the strategies of SMEs in the culinary field, the influence of customer relationship marketing on market needs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Makassar City. This research method is categorized as an explanatory survey, data collection technique using a questionnaire to 100 UKM players spread across four (3) types of businesses in the culinary sector, namely; restaurants, cafes and restaurants, the sampling technique was carried out in a simple random proportional manner according to the population spread over the types of SMEs in the culinary sector, in answering the research hypothesis analysis was usedstructural equation modelling (SEM). The research results show; based on descriptive analysis of respondents' perceptions in assessing research variables it can be proven that the SME strategy usese-commerce, digital marketing and customer relationship marketing to market needs during the Covid 19 pandemic, especially SMEs in the culinary sector in Makassar City. In addition, based on hypothesis testing it was found that (1) e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on market needs, (2) digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on market needs, and (3) customer relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on market needs.
