Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the accuracy of shooting at the SSB Silampari goal, Lubuklinggau City. This type of research is quantitative research, using correlational methods. The population of this study were all 14 students of SSB Silampari with different age classifications. Sampling of the study was carried out by saturated sampling with a total sample of 14 SSB Silampari athletes. Data collection is done by eye-foot coordination test technique and shoting ability test. The collected data was then analyzed using the product-moment test. The results of the research and processing of test data can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between eye-foot coordination and the accuracy of shooting at the SSB Silampari goal, Lubuklinggau City. This is based on the value of rxy = 0.931 obtained. If the interpretation of the rxy value lies in the range of 0.80 - 1.00 which has a very strong correlation. Meanwhile, if viewed from the t-test formula, it is known that the value of tcount = 8.835 is greater than ttable = 2.17 at the 5% level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of futsal players at the Brancos Club, Lubuklinggau City. The method used is a survey. The sample is 20 people with the sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection in this study used 5 physical condition test items, namely (1) 6-second Sprint test for speed, (2) Illinois Agility Run test, (3) standing long jump test, (4) bleep test, (5) sit-up test. 60 seconds. The results of data analysis for the speed test (sprint) with an average value = "2" can be categorized as "less", the agility test (Illinois agility run test) with an average value = "3" can be categorized as "enough", on the test leg power (standing long jump) with an average value = "2" can be categorized as "less", on the heart and lung endurance test (bleep test) with an average value = "2" it can be categorized as "less", and Abdominal muscle endurance test (sit ups) with an average value = "3" can be categorized as "enough". Overall it can be concluded that the profile of the physical condition of the Brancos club futsal players is in the "Medium" category

Abstract

This study aims to determine the participants' interest in participating in Pencak Silat at the Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood College (PSHT) in Lubuklinggau City. Qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques in the study used observation, questionnaires (questionnaires) and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis with percentages. The results of the analysis show that internal factors with attention indicators have 82% results or in very good criteria, happy feeling indicators have 76% results or in good criteria and activity indicators have 84% results or in very good criteria. External factors with indicators of the role of teachers / trainers have 81% results or in very good criteria, Then the facility indicators have 71% results or are in good criteria, Next, family indicators have 89% results or in very good criteria, while environmental indicators have 73 results % or in good criteria. The research showed that the participants' interest in participating in Pencak Silat at the Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood College (PHST) of Lubuklinggau City which was carried out on elementary and junior high school students had 79% results or good criteria.
