Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Motivation (X ₁ ) and Training (X ₂ ), both simultaneously and partially, on Sports Performance (Y) among Taekwondo Athletes in Samarinda. The research design is quantitative correlational with a cross-sectional approach. Primary data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire distributed to Taekwondo athletes in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. The study population consisted of 100 Taekwondo athletes under the Indonesian Taekwondo Federation (PBTI) Samarinda, while the sample of 50 athletes was obtained using the Slovin formula. The research was conducted at the PBTI Samarinda office. Data collection techniques included explaining the research objectives, administering, and collecting the questionnaires. The data were processed using SPSS, with descriptive analysis to describe the characteristics of respondents and inferential analysis through multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses. The simultaneous test results show that Training and Motivation together have a significant effect on Performance, with the coefficient of determination indicating that variations in Performance can be explained by these two variables. Partially, Training and Motivation also demonstrate a positive and significant effect. These findings indicate that enhancing Training and Motivation makes a tangible contribution to improving Performance with a positive and significant impact. Future research may consider additional or alternative variables beyond this study, such as compensation, work facilities, leadership, or organizational culture, to explain the remaining variation in performance.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2019, dibentuk secara resmi Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Dusun Putak dengan nama Pokdarwis Terat Budaya. Pokdarwis Terat Budaya fokus dalam menyajikan wisata budaya dayak, seperti Pentas Seni Tari Dayak Tunjung-Benuaq dan Workshop kerajinan tangan Sulam Tumpar yang dapat disaksikan di Lamin Adat Dusun Putak setiap hari Minggu pukul 14.00-17.00 WITA. Di Kampoeng Wisata Putak terdapat Batu Dinding Tapa. Wisata alam Batu Dinding ini berupa tebing bebatuan yang dikelilingi hutan rimbun yang lebat. Saat matahari terbit dan terbenam merupakan waktu yang tepat sekaligus menikmati pemandangan alam hutan Borneo dari ketinggian Batu Dinding Tapa. Selain Batu Dinding Tapa, terdapat juga wisata alam berupa Air Terjun Jantur Sekilo dan Bukit Sakilo, serta Bukit Rahmat sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata religi di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah terselesaikannya permasalahan Pokdarwis dalam bidang Infrastruktur, bidang pemberdayaan dan bidang pemasaran. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode survei agar data, gambaran, serta fenomena yang diperoleh bersifat faktual. Ada 5 Tahapan kegiatan besar pada pengabdian ini, yaitu sosialisasi, aplikasi pemanfaatan teknologi berupa peta, pelatihan, monitoring-evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program. Tahapan paling utama adalah pemanfaatan teknologi berupa pemetaan yang membantu dalam pembuatan infrastruktur berupa Peta Geowisata, rambu navigasi sebagai penunjuk arah lokasi geowisata, papan informasi tentang Lokasi geowisata dan fotoboth untuk menjadi spot foto selfie. Selain bidang infrastruktur, kami juga melakukan pelatihan pemandu wisata untuk meningkatkan softskill anggota pokdarwis di bidang pemberdayaan serta pada bidang pemasaran kami mengajarkan mereka tentang promosi digital menggunakan IG Ads On.

Abstract

Moci entrepreneurship is one of the main focuses in the development of creative industries in Indonesia. One area that shows great potential in the development of moci entrepreneurship is Sukabumi. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive the growth of the local creative industry in Sukabumi. The research method used was a case study by taking samples of a number of moci entrepreneurs in Sukabumi and conducting in-depth interviews to collect data. The results showed that factors such as government support, availability of quality human resources, networking and collaboration between creative industry players, as well as significant market interest and demand are important factors in encouraging the growth of moci entrepreneurship in Sukabumi. In conclusion, the development of moci entrepreneurship in Sukabumi is highly dependent on these factors. Therefore, government support and collaboration between local creative industry players need to be increased to accelerate the growth of the creative industry in Sukabumi and Indonesia as a whole.
