Abstract

Tourism is part of the tax and income of a region. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics Banyumas district, tourism in Banyumas district is very rapid. Banyumas district strategic location factor, many foreign and domestic tourists who visit to enjoy the tourist attractions and even the existing culinary. The study used data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics Banyumas district in 2002 until 2014. After doing research on tourists in Banyumas district obtained that there are differences in the number of foreign and domestic tourists, and there is no difference in average length of stay foreign and domestic tourists in the district of Banyumas .

Abstract

Quality of education is the educational services ability that can fill the needs or expectations, satisfaction internally and externally which includes educational inputs, processes and outputs. The purpose of this reserach is to classify the quality of high school education in Lamongan District using factor, cluster and discriminant analysis. The dominant factors of 12 education quality variables can be known from the results of factor analysis using the PCA (Principal Component Analysis) method. The grouping of 48 high schools did by cluster analysis using 5 hierarchical methods. The validity index used to determine the optimal group number of the five hierarchical methods is RMSSTD (Root Mean Square Standard Deviation). The classification accuracy testing uses discriminant analysis based on the results of factor analysis and cluster analysis. Grouping the quality of education is influenced by dominant factors such as the number of classrooms, the value of accreditation, the number of certification and non-certification teachers, the number of education staff, the ratio of students to teachers, the number of laboratory rooms that can be known from the results of factor analysis. In cluster analysis, using the Mahalanobis distance because there is multicollinearity and the smallest RMSSTD index value obtained in the Complete Linkage method with 5 clusters. So, with discriminant analysis, it can be concluded that the grouping based on factor analysis and cluster analysis is 58.3% of the 48 processed data that has been entered in the group that matches the original data.

Abstract

Purchasing data is very important for business actors because the data is very influential on companies, especially in the field of production and marketing. Therefore, the purchase data is one of the things that is kept secret by the business actors, such as PT Lamongan Marine Industry. With current technology hackers can easily hack such data, so the use of cryptography is a very appropriate solution to this problem. In this study the authors used the Vigenere Cipher algorithm and the RSA algorithm with a high security key. The hacker was not easy to find out the contents of the data. The data obtained is a purchase order, then presented in tabular form. The data is then encrypted and decrypted so that the comparison of the two algorithms is known. The results of the analysis state that the Vigenere Cipher algorithm is more effective in both encryption and decryption processing time. Ciphertext generated from the encryption process of the Vigenere Cipher algorithm is mostly in the form of punctuation, while the ciphertext generated by the RSA algorithm from the encryption process is mostly in alphabetical letters. The ciphertext generated by the RSA algorithm depends on the value of the modulo. but in terms of security the RSA algorithm is superior to the Vigenere Cipher algorithm.

Abstract

Increasing yields, demanding each farmer to improve the quality of agriculture, which in turn is expected to increase profits. The purpose of this paper is to determine the allocation of subsidized fertilizer distribution by the distributor of PT. Anak Gresik Raya Kencana and looking for the maximum number of subsidized fertilizer needs distributed in Lamongan district each year so that there is no scarcity and HET (Highest Retail Price) does not increase by applying the hungarian method. In this case, the problem is expressed as a bipartite graph, especially a complete weighted bipartite graph that applies the concept of matching, which is a perfect matching search with maximum weight using the Hungarian method. Matching is said to be perfect if it has fulfilled all the sets of vertices X and Y. Obtained the results of the allocation of subsidized fertilizer distribution by the distributor of PT. Anak Gresik Raya Kencana is Deket sub-district requiring 1220 tons of SP-36, Glagah sub-district requires 3208 tons of Urea, Karangbinangun sub-district requires 483 tons of Organic, mantup sub-district requires 2079 tons of ZA, middle district needs 2233 tons of NPK and fertilizer distribution problems subsidized in Lamongan district can be completed with the maximum amount of subsidized fertilizer needs distributed as many as 9223 tons every year

Abstract

Students are the most important component in a university, especially private universities especially Universitas Islam Darul ‘ulum (Unisda) Lamongan. One of the most important roles of students for higher education is achievement. This study aims to determine the role of Fuzzy Clustering in classifying student performance data. The data includes GPA (Grade Point Average), ECCU (Extra-Curricular Credit Unit), attendance, and students' willingness to learn. So that groups of students who have the potential to have achievements can be identified. In this case, the grouping of student performance data uses Fuzzy Clustering by applying the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) and Possibilistic C-Means (PCM) algorithms with the help of Matlab. In the FCM algorithm, the membership degree is updated so as to produce a minimum objective function value. Meanwhile, the PCM algorithm uses a T matrix, which shows the peculiarities of the data which are also based on minimizing the objective function.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is modeling the Cox proportional hazard regression form on divorce data in Pelaihari sub-district, Tanah Laut district, South Kalimantan province. The source of the data comes from the Court Decision in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan. The data analysis technique uses software R with the steps, namely data description, Log-Rank test, checking proportional hazard assumptions, Cox regression model parameter estimation, backward selection with AIC, the best model parameter significance test, calculating Hazard ratio and interpretation of each predictor variable. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was found that for the Log-Rank test, the variable survival time for domestic violence, forced marriage, lying and stories of disgrace differed significantly. While the model that meets the criteria after iteration up to 15 times is the 15th model with the smallest AIC value and p-value <0.05 with factors that significantly influence divorce in Pelaihari sub-district based on modeling results using Cox proportional Hazard regression. are the variables of cheating, gambling, domestic violence, forced marriage, lies, jealousy and disgrace story variables

Abstract

Village funds are funds originating from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget which are used for villages through the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Management of village funds must be transparent and orderly. To determine the allocation of village funds to the total population, the number of poor people, the area of ​​the region and the geographic poverty index. The method used to analyze these factors is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the analysis carried out, it is found that there is a significant influence between the total population, the number of poor people, the area and the geographic poverty index on the allocation of funds.

Abstract

Abstract. Since come the rice thresher (combi) machine effective than the manual process, the rice milling industries such us UD Lancar, only receiving the grain which produced from it so the supplay of rice is decreasing so resulting in the risk of loss for themselves. The forecasting activity in here used for to assist UD Lancar in estimating the demand for rice in the next period, so can anticipate looking for other grain supplier for to fulfill the demand of market. The data will be analyzed using the Double Exponential Smoothing Holt and ARIMA method. The result of the data processing is show the Double exponential smoothing holt method has MSE error value of 413.445.841,75,while in the ARIMA (2,1,1) method has MSE value was 64.826.353,94404. The Arima (2,1,1) method is better than the double exponential smoothing Holt method because it has a smaller MSE value, so it can be used in the forecasting. Keywords: Forecasting, Double Exponential Smoothing Holt, ARIMA. Abstrak. Sejak adanya mesin perontok padi (combi) yang memiliki tingkat efektifitas lebih baik dibandingkan proses manual, para pemilik industri penggilingan padi seperti UD Lancar kini hanya menerima gabah hasil proses mesin combi yang mengakibatkan persediaan beras mengalami penurunan sehingga dapat mengakibatkan permintaan konsumen tidak terpenuhi dan berujung pada resiko kerugian. Kegiatan peramalan ini bertujuan untuk memperkirakan permintaan beras UD Lancar pada periode selanjutnya, sehingga UD Lancar dapat mengantisipasi dengan cara mencari pemasok gabah lain untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar. Analisis data menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing Holt dan ARIMA. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pada metode Double Exponential Smoothing Holt memiliki nilai kesalahan MSE sebesar 413.445.841,75, sedangkan metode ARIMA (2,1,1) memiliki nilai kesalahan MSE sebesar 64.826.353,94404. Metode ARIMA (2,1,1) memiliki nilai kesalahan MSE lebih kecil dibandingkan metode Double Exponential Smoothing Holt, sehingga dapat digunakan dalam proses peramalan. Kata Kunci: Peramalan, Double Exponential Smoothing Holt, ARIMA.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a change in the face-to-face learning process to online learning. But in the process, online learning is not always easy to do. Some of the problems in the implementation of learning from the internet network are not evenly distributed, the decrease in understanding ability and student learning outcomes, and also student saturation during the learning process. To overcome this, we need an online learning media based on gamification. Gamification is a learning process that is integrated with game design. This study aims to develop gamification-based online learning using Moodle media. The method used in this research is the research and development method. This research and development use the ADDIE model. The results of the validation test carried out by the validator developed were declared very valid, with a percentage of 87.5% by material validators and 93.75% by media validators. Based on the feasibility test that has been carried out, it is obtained a percentage of 90.5% with a feasible category. From the series of validation tests and trials, it can be stated that overall, the learning media developed are very valid and very suitable for use in online learning.

Abstract

Kernel adjusted density estimation is a modification of the regular kernel density estimation. The modification is applied to a kernel function. This kernel function is derived from the location-scale transformation. Simulation study shows that this estimation have better results than the regular estimation because it has smaller MSE value. In addition, if normal kernel is used as a kernel function then the curve estimation will be smoother than other kernel function such as uniform kernel and Epachenikov kernel.
