Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan dampak Artificial Intelligence (AI) terhadap pekerja sektor informal dan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Pasar Minggu (Jakarta Selatan) dan Rappocini (Makassar) dalam perspektif pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner dan wawancara kepada 120 responden, terdiri dari 60 pelaku sektor informal dan 60 pelaku UMKM. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih responden berdasarkan kriteria lama usaha minimal dua tahun dan keterlibatan langsung dalam aktivitas usaha di wilayah penelitian. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan profil responden, tingkat adopsi AI, dan dampak penggunaannya terhadap pendapatan, efisiensi operasional, perluasan pasar, penciptaan peluang kerja, serta penurunan beban kerja manual.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat adopsi AI di Pasar Minggu lebih tinggi dibandingkan di Rappocini, baik pada sektor informal maupun UMKM. UMKM secara konsisten mencatat manfaat yang lebih besar dibandingkan sektor informal, terutama dalam peningkatan pendapatan (15% di Pasar Minggu dan 10% di Rappocini) dan efisiensi operasional (20% di Pasar Minggu dan 14% di Rappocini). Sektor informal umumnya hanya memanfaatkan teknologi sederhana seperti aplikasi kasir digital dan fitur otomatis media sosial, sedangkan UMKM telah mengintegrasikan chatbot, aplikasi analisis penjualan, dan desain produk berbasis AI. Perbedaan ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendidikan, literasi digital, ketersediaan infrastruktur, dan dukungan kebijakan daerah.Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan berbasis wilayah untuk memperluas adopsi AI secara merata, termasuk pelatihan literasi digital, subsidi teknologi, dan penguatan infrastruktur internet, sehingga AI dapat menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan dan pengurangan kesenjangan digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the factors of interest rates, administration and services, environment / recommendations, and time period, on the taking of people's business credit (KUR) for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to test the most dominant factor in taking KUR for MSMEs. The sample was 100 respondents spread across Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative research, the data source is primary data. The analysis method uses multiple regression. The results show that the variables of interest rates, administration and services, environment/recommendations, and time period simultaneously influence the taking of KUR MSMEs. The results of the t test show that interest rates, administration and services have an effect on taking KUR MSMEs, while the environment/recommendations and the time period do not have a significant effect on taking KUR MSMEs in Makassar city, the most influential factor is the interest rate factor. This is in line with the expectation that MSMEs will tend to choose lower interest rates to facilitate the fulfillment of their obligations. In addition, efficient administration and services also play an important role in the decision to take KUR for MSMEs. The speed and ease of the credit application process greatly influences MSME preferences.

Abstract

This study makes an important contribution in understanding the relationship between current ratio and return on assets at PT Astra Otoparts Tbk. Through the use of a simple linear regression test on financial statement data for the period 2015-2022, this study intends to explain the extent to which the current ratio affects the company's return on assets. Current ratio, as the independent variable, is used as an indicator of the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations, while return on assets, as the dependent variable, reflects the company's level of profitability. The results show that, although the current ratio has a positive influence on return on assets, the influence is not statistically significant. In other words, the increase in current ratio does not contribute significantly to the increase in return on assets at PT Astra Otoparts Tbk. The findings can provide valuable insights for company management in designing financial strategies, especially in terms of managing short-term assets and liabilities. In the context of the automotive and spare parts industry in Indonesia, where PT Astra Otoparts Tbk operates, an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence return on assets is crucial. The results of this study can serve as a basis for similar companies to evaluate and improve their financial performance, optimize asset allocation, and manage short-term liabilities more effectively. Further research and the integration of other factors in financial analysis can help shape a more holistic and sustainable business strategy amidst changing market dynamics.
