Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, Job Insecurity, da Kinerja Karyawan Kontrak PT. PLN (ULP) Sungai Rumbai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Karyawan Kontrak di PT.PLN (ULP) sungai rumbai sebanyak 70 responden. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan atau sampel jenuh sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan Analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model, perumusan hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,528 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000, variabel Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,312 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,023. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kontrak PT. PLN (ULP) Sungai Rumbai.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Community Satisfaction Information System (Si Kemad) in enhancing public services at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) in the Dharmasraya Regency. Research Methodology: This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at the DPMPTSP Dharmasraya. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The informants included agency leaders, system operators, frontline staff, and service users. The Si Kemad function serves as a digital survey system based on Google Forms and is periodically evaluated. Results: The results indicate that Si Kemad is moderately effective in improving community participation, expediting service delivery, and supporting data-driven decision-making. However, challenges remain, particularly in areas such as public socialization, human resource limitations, and underdeveloped technological infrastructure. Conclusions: The Si Kemad program has contributed to improving the quality of public services. However, further optimization and stronger technical and institutional support are necessary to maximize its potential. Limitations: This study was limited to a single institutional setting and applied a qualitative approach; thus, the findings may not be generalizable to broader contexts. Contributions: This study contributes to the advancement of digital-based public service models, particularly in regional government settings. These findings offer insights for practitioners, scholars, and policymakers in public administration and government information systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apa saja dampak Covid 19 dan PSBB terhadap perkembangan pelayanan UMKM dan industri rumah tangga di Kecamatan Sitiung. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Responden yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 60 UMKM, bidang jasa sebanyak 24 UMKM dan industri rumah tangga sebanyak 36. Metode Analisis Data melalui Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji T, Uji F, Uji Determinasi ( R²). Berdasarkan nilai 1,831 lebih besar dari 1,67203 menunjukkan bahwa 1,831 > 1,67203 dengan taraf signifikan lebih kecil dari alpha (0,030<0,05), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kemudian berdasarkan nilai 1,735 lebih besar dari 1,67203 menunjukkan bahwa 1,735 > 1,67203 dengan taraf signifikan lebih besar dari alpha (0,023 < 0,05), maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Disimpulkan secara parsial bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Covid 19 (X1) terhadap UMKM (Y). Secara parsial ada pengaruh namun tidak signifikan variabel PSBB (X2) terhadap UMKM. (Y). secara simultan/bersama-sama dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Covid 19 dan PSBB terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kecamatan Sitiung

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work dicipline on lecturers performace in University of Dharmas Indonesia (UNDHARI). Survey and questionaires was used to collect data study from 82 respondents as sample study. Simple linier regression test was used as data analysis, and coefficient determination test (R2) and partial test (t-test) conducted to test the hyphotesis, with SPSS.20 as a tool in data processing. The result showed there is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture (X1) on lecturers performace (Y), and also there is a positive and significant effect of work dicipline (X2) on lecturers performance (Y). The result also showed both organizational culture and work dicipline simultaneouly effect lecturers performance in University of Dharmas Indonesia (UNDHARI). This was proven by the significant value 0,000 ( under 0,05). Value of coefficien determination (R2) in linier regression was 72,6 percent. Value of coefficient determination indicates that changes in Y variable (performace) explained by organizational culture (X1) and work dicipline (X2), as the rest explained by other variables
