Abstract

Some areas in Indonesia often experience flood problems, therefore it is necessary to have an adequate and good drainage system planning so that community activities in an area are not disturbed. The location of this research is located in the newtown park housing development in Damarsih Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. with land area ± 72.548 m². Rain station data used were from Bono, Sruni, Sedati, Banjarkemanten in the period 10 years 2009-2019. The direction of discharge of water from the study site was directed at small afv pepe, then continued to afv pepe. With the analysis of HSS Nakayashu at the 25 year return period, the discharge that occurred was not greater than the carrying capacity of Small afv pepe and afv pepe. The maximum discharge that occurs at the research location with the Rational method is 17,404 m3/s, the maximum discharge in the Weduwen method is 27,917 m3/s. Rational Discharge was chosen because the calculation of the length of rain can be known for sure so as to strengthen the level of certainty of the results obtained. For the capacity requirements in the research location with the rational method, the peak discharge for the 5-year return period is 1,858 m3/s and the volume of capacity required during high rain (27 minutes) is 3009 m3 and can be accommodated with a drainage channel of 5217.43 m3 and bozem. with a capacity of 720 m3 which has an area of ??400 m2 with a depth of 1.8 m.

Abstract

Flood has always been expected in the rainy season at the Pakal District before 2019, where rainwater flows from Benowo channel to the Sumber Rejo channel and backwater flows from Lamong river to the Sumber Rejo channel. These water “attacks” from the two sides of the water bodies made Sumber Rejo flood every rainy season. In this analysis the maximum water flow rate in Sumber Rejo channel within the 20-year period (Q20) is 22,57 m3/second. To eleminate flood in Sumber Rejo channel, a flood pump station is needed to pump the waterflow from Benowo channel dan stop the backwater infiltrating from the Lamong river. Two flood pumps with a total flow rate of 6 m3/second are already installed and running at the moment, while the optimal capacity of this flood pump station should be 12 m3/second. A large water storage with capacity around 88.712 m3 is already built to keep the water elevation low enough to not overflow the Sumber Rejo channel.

Abstract

The implementation of the façade with the acceleration method in the construction of phase 4 of Supermall Pakuwon Indah of Benson Tower 6 Surabaya is possible because of several aspects such as the delays in the work because the land is not ready. To analyze the acceleration method using the Ms Project program. From the results of the analysis with the acceleration method of adding work hours (overtime work), the duration of the implementation was 282 days, causing an increase in direct costs from Rp. 15,610,242,664.00 to Rp. to Rp. 17,661,323,855.34. And with the method of accelerating the addition of resources (labor & equipment), the duration of implementation was 287 days, causing an increase in direct costs from Rp. 17,410,735,885.96. After analyzing the acceleration of the duration of the implementation, it can be seen that the results of the study of the implementation of the façade with the acceleration method in the construction of phase 4 of Supermall Pakuwon Indah of Benson Tower 6 Surabaya is more effective using the acceleration method of adding work hours (overtime work) because the duration of the implementation is faster than using acceleration time with the method of increasing resources (labor and tools).

Abstract

Abstract

BIM is a technology in the field of AEC that is able to simulate all information in a development project into a 3-dimensional model. In the world of construction in Indonesia BIM technology is still very minimal applied to the world of construction. he purpose of this final project is to design a planning model for the Extension of the Bagendang Port Multipurpose Pier in Sampit, Central Kalimantan using software from Aecosim. The results of this study show 3D results from the modeling of the Pier structure. This shows that BIM-based applications in planning and designing a building model can simplify the design analysis process.

Abstract

Environmental problems have become one of the things that are most often considered in recent years, the problems that we often hear about are the problems of globalization. The problem of globalization has led to many innovations among the community, especially in universities, namely the Green Campus. Green Open Space (RTH) has become a key indicator in Green Campus-based spatial planning. Along with the increasing number of physical infrastructure developments, the existence of private Green Open Space (GOS) has also begun to decrease and change functions. This study aims to determine the extent of Green Open Space (GOS) in the Narotama University Surabaya. The total value of the Green Area Coefficient (GAC) of Narotama University Surabaya is 10.7%, which value has fulfilled the minimum requirement for private green open space, which is 10%. Narotama University Surabaya is also not ready to become a green campus, due to the existence of a smoking area, where criteria for a green campus are that there should be no smoking area within the campus.

Abstract

Maintenance of each building along with every component and its facilities is needed to provide smooth and comfortable activities in the building. Often the building maintenance process/activity has not been able to run properly due to a lot of information such as maintenance records, work drawings (as-built drawings), types of assets, specifications, repair, and maintenance history that have not been recorded or stored properly. Most building maintenance systems currently only focus on existing information or records. The proposed information system is to utilize 3D modeling techniques namely BIM (Building Information Modeling), which through this BIM will be able to capture relevant information according to the data in the building. The technology used is the BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology using the SketchUp program. This method is by making a model of the building and its facilities. Modeling is done by giving visual data in 3D (three dimensions) to resemble the original object. The benefit of 3D (three-dimensional) modeling is that it provides clearer information because the visualization displayed is the same as the original object at the location, so just looking at the 3D model is quite the same as seeing the original object at the location. This research resulted in an information system in the form of three-dimensional visual model images that can be accessed easily. This concludes that an integrated Building Information Modeling (BIM) based system can provide useful functions in building maintenance quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Surabaya as one of the metropolitan cities in Indonesia, has a high level of project development and an attraction for the community. This is predicted to provide potential changes in environmental quality such as decreased road performance, wastewater and increased volume of waste generation, increased noise and the emergence of community perceptions and concerns about the planned activity. The construction of construction projects will always produce a considerable amount of waste, so that if management is not carried out, the construction waste can become a serious problem for the environment. The waste management model is basically carried out through the stages of avoid, reduce, recycle, and dispoal. This study aims to determine the material that has the greatest potential to produce construction waste. The method used in this study is first to use the Pareto method, the first step that must be done is to rank using Trading Consumable Materials (TCM) based on the total price so that a large price is obtained into the first order, then using the Pareto method to determine the material to be investigated in determining the most construction waste. Furthermore, the second one uses the waste level calculation to determine the waste volume from the results of the Pareto analysis that has been obtained. Furthermore, the third is the calculation of the waste index to determine the volume of residual construction waste in the project in m2 in each day, and the last is the calculation of waste cost to determine whether a large waste volume will produce a large waste as well.
