Abstract

ABSTRACT               Sponge Callyspongia aerizusa contain potential bioactive compound that can be utilized in the health sector. Extract of sea sponge Callyspongia aerizusa, can hamper the growth of Salmonella typhi bacteria, Streptococcus pyogenes, Shigella and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The aim of this study was to test the antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria and identify the type of symbionic bacteria of Callyspongia aerizusa sponge based on their physiological and biochemical characteristics. The method of testing the antibacterial activity was agar diffusion method (Kirby and Baurer diffusion disc). There were three bacterial isolates namely T1, T2, and T3 isolates. The result showed that T1, T2, and T3bacterial isolates had antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus test bacteria. Based on the biochemical test, T2bacterial isolates were identified as Bronchothrix bacteria and T1and T3 bacterial identified as Desulfotomaculum. Keywords: Callyspongia aerizusa, Antibacterial activity, symbiont bacteria, Biochemical Identification   ABSTRAKSpons Callyspongia aerizusa memiliki kandungan senyawa bioaktif potensial yang dapat dimanfaatkan dibidang kesehatan. Ekstrak spons laut Callyspongia aerizusa dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Salmonella typhi, Streptococcus pyogenes, Shigella dan Staphylococcus epidermidis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji aktivitas antibakteri dari bakteri simbion spons Callyspongia aerizusa terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcuc aureus dan mengidentifikasi jenis bakteri simbion spons Callyspongia aerizusa berdasarkan karakteristik fisiologis dan biokimianya. Metode pengujian aktivitas antibakteri yang digunakan yaitu metode difusi agar (disc diffusion Kirby and Baurer). Terdapat tiga isolat bakteri yaitu isolat T1, T2, dan T3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa isolat bakteri T1, T2, dan T3 memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri uji Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcuc aureus. Berdasarkan uji biokima, isolat bakteri T2 diduga sebagai bakteri Brochothrix dan  isolat bakteri T1 dan T3 diduga sebagai bakteri Desulfotomaculum.Kata kunci: Callyspongia aerizusa, Aktivitas antibakteri, Bakteri simbion, Identifikasi Biokimia

Abstract

Mangosteen leaves have flavonoid compounds, tannins, and saponins that can be efficacious as antibacterial. The aim of this study was to determine the fraction of mangosteen leaves having an antibacterial effect and knowing the class of compounds identified as having antibacterial activity after TLC- Bioautography testing was carried out. The samples were extracted using 96% maceratarion method and fractioned using liquid-liquid fractionation method with methanol, n-hexane and ethyl acetate solvents, antibacterial activity using agar diffusion method (Kirby and Bauer) with 3 concetrations namely 10%, 20% and 30%. Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) uses n-hexane and chloroform solvens. TLC-Bioautography uses contact bioautography methods. The resultd showed that mangosteen leaves in methanol fraction with a concentration of 30% had a very large inhibitory activity again Staphylococcus aureus and ethyl acetate fraction with a concentration of 30% had the gratest antibacterial activity against  Escherichia coli. The results of the TLC- Bioautography study showed that the flavonoids compounds after spraying with AlCl3 and the mangosteen leaf Biosutography test had inhibitory zone activity against the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli. Keywords: Mangosteen Leaves. Antibacterial, TLC Bioautography.  ABSTRAK Daun manggis mempunyai senyawa flavonoid, tanin, dan saponin yang dapat berkhasiat sebagai antibakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fraksi daun manggis memiliki efek antibakteri dan mengetahui golongan senyawa yang teridentifikasi memiliki aktivitas antibakteri setelah dilakukan pengujian KLT Bioautografi. Sampel diektrak dengan metode maserasi dengan pelarut 96% dan difraksinasi dengan metode  fraksinasi cair-cair dengan pelarut metanol, n-heksan dan etil asetat, aktivitas antibakteri menggunakan metode difusi agar (Kirby and Bauer) dengan 3 kosentrasi yaitu 10%, 20% dan 30%. Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT) menggunakan pelarut n-heksan dan klorofom. KLT-Bioautografi menggunakan metode bioautografi kontak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan daun manggis pada fraksi metanol  dengan kosentrasi 30% memiliki aktivitas zona hambat ppaling besar terhadapat bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dan fraksi etil asetat dengan kosentrasi 30% memiliki aktivitas antibakteri paling besar terhadap  Escherichia coli. Hasil penelitian KLT-Bioautografi menunjukan golongan senyawa flavonoid setelah disemprotkan dengan AlCl3 dan uji Bioautografi daun manggis memiliki aktivitas zona hambat terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli. Kata kunci : Daun Manggis, Antibakteri, KLT- Bioautografi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPharmacy services was one of the supporting activities of health services quality. Majority, the hospitals in Indonesia had not performed Pharmaceutical Care activities in accordance with the Standard of Pharmaceutical Care in Hospital stipulated in regulation of the Minister of Health Republic of Indonesia No. 72 year 2016. The lack of cooperation and communication between pharmacists, nurses and other health workers can cause differences in perception. This studied aims to know the opinions and expectations of nurse to the role of pharmacist in pharmaceutical care at Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. This research was a quantitative descriptive study and data collection tool used was a questionnaire about the opinions and expectations given to 140 nurses. The results showed that perception of nurses tend to agree with an average value of 93,81% for the opinion and for the expectation of 98,16%. The conclusion that the nurse had good opinions and expectation to the role of pharmacists in accordance with Pharmaceutical Care Standards.Key words : Pharmaceutical Care, Nurse Perception, Pharmacists.ABSTRAK Pelayanan farmasi merupakan salah satu kegiatan penunjang pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Sebagian besar Rumah Sakit di Indonesia belum melakukan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit yang diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No. 72 Tahun 2016. Kurangnya kerjasama dan komunikasi antara apoteker, perawat dan tenaga kesehatan lain dapat menyebabkan perbedaan persepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat dan harapan perawat terhadap peran apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit Robert Wolter Mongisidi Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner tentang pendapat dan harapan yang diberikan kepada 140 perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  persepsi perawat cenderung setuju dengan nilai rata-rata untuk pendapat sebesar 93,81% dan untuk harapan sebesar 98,16%. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa perawat memiliki pendapat dan harapan yang baik terhadap peran apoteker sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian. Kata kunci : Pelayanan Kefarmasian, Persepsi Perawat, Apoteker.

Abstract

ABSTRACTServices in the health sector are one of the services that are needed by the community, one of them is service in the field of pharmacy. The therapeutic process of a patient needs collaboration between the pharmacist, physician and other health workers. In some hospitals in Indonesia, they have not implementing all pharmaceutical care activities as regulated in Permenkes No. 72 of 2016. This studied aims to know the opinions and expectations of physician to the role of pharmacist in pharmaceutical care. This research was a quantitative descriptive study and data collection tool used was a questionnaire about the opinions and expectations given to 63 physician. Based on the research results obtained, it was known that the perception of physician tend to agree with an average value of 94,55% for the opinion and for the expectation of 91,78%. So that can be concluded that physician had good opinions and expectation to the role of pharmacists in accordance with Pharmaceutical Care Standards.Key words : Pharmaceutical Care, Physician Perception, Pharmacists.ABSTRAK Pelayanan dalam bidang kesehatan merupakan salah satu pelayanan yang banyak di butuhkan oleh masyarakat, salah satunya adalah pelayanan dalam bidang kefarmasian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa  persepsi dokter cenderung setuju dengan nilai rata-rata untuk pendapat sebesar 94,55% dan untuk harapan sebesar 91,78%. Abstract

ABSTRACTPatient satisfaction is an important indicator for pharmaceutical services and has a close relationship with service quality. A good quality of services will provide satisfaction to patient so that it affects to return the Health Center. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of outpatients with the quality of pharmaceutical services at the Tanawangko Health Center. This research is a descriptive study and the data collection tool used is the questionnaire given to 277 respondents. Based on the research results obtained, it is known that each question on the 5 dimensions has a negative value with an average value (-0.38) this value is obtained from the average value of the total service quality index between expectations and reality, meaning the patient is not satisfied. The reality received is lower yhan expectations.Keywords :  Level of satisfaction, expectations, reality. ABSTRAK Kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator penting bagi pelayanan kefarmasian dan memiliki hubungan erat dengan kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik akan memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien sehingga mempengaruhi pasien untuk kembali lagi ke Puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap mutu pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Tanawangko. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner diberikan kepada 277 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa setiap pertanyaan pada 5 dimensi memiliki nilai negatif dengan nilai rata-rata (-0,38) nilai ini diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai indeks total kualitas pelayanan antara harapan dan kenyataan, artinya pasien tidak puas. Kenyataan yang diterima lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan harapan.Kata Kunci  : Tingkat kepuasan, harapan, kenyataan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTImplementation of Hospital Minimum Serviced Standard is very important because it is a measured of the performanced of health serviced held in hospitals. This studied aims to determined the suitability of the MSS of pharmacy hospitals on the indicator of the length of time of prescription serviced and the indicators of patient satisfaction at the Bhayangkara Hospital, Manado. This researched used a descriptive type of researched conducted with quantitative and qualitative researched methoded. The sampled for this studied was 343 path patients or prescriptions IFRS Bhayangkara Manado. The results showed that the indicator for the length of time of prescription serviced obtained the averaged time for non-concocted prescriptions for 9.30 minuted and 22 minuted for prescription concocted, and for indicators of patient satisfaction, the result was 80.63%. Based on the results of the researched obtained, it can be concluded that the Bhayangkara Manado Hospital has met the standards according to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic Indonesia Number 129 / MENKES / SK / II / 2008 concerning Minimum Serviced Standards for Hospitals in the Pharmacy Sector that have been set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic Indonesia. Keywords: MSS, Waiting Time, Patient Satisfaction, IFRS  ABSTRAKImplementasi Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit sangat penting karena merupakan tolak ukur kinerja pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian SPM rumah sakit bidang farmasi pada indikator lama waktu pelayanan resep dan pada indikator kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sampel untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 343 pasien/resep di IFRS Bhayangkara Manado. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada indikator lama waktu pelayanan resep diperoleh waktu rata – rata untuk resep non racikan selama 9,30 menit dan resep racikan selana 22 menit, serta untuk indikator kepuasan pasien diperoleh hasil sebesar 80,63%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Manado telah memenuhi standar menurut Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 129/MENKES/SK/II/2008 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit Bidang Farmasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia                                                                 Kata kunci: SPM, Waktu Tunggu, Kepuasan Pasien, IFRS

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Indonesian government issued Minister of Health Regulation No. HK.02.02/MENKES/068/I/2010 which requires writing prescriptions with generic names in government health facilities. In addition, the government also compiled the National Formulary as a reference in drug selection as stated in Minister of Health Regulation No. 129/MENKES/SK/II/2008 concerning the Minimum Service Standard of Hospital.  However, there are still many government health facilities that still use non-generic drugs in BPJS prescriptions. The study was conducted to measure the percentage of prescription writing in generic names and the suitability of recipes with the National Formulary in outpatient BPJS patients in Manado Bhayangkara Hospital. The method used is descriptive analysis by taking 392 recipe sheets as samples. The results showed that the average percentage of prescription writing for the period December 2019 - May 2020 with a generic name was 81.38% and conformity to the National Formulary was 58.68%.  Recipes that fully use generic names and conform to the National Formulary only have an average percentage of 57.41%.  Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the writing of recipes in generic names has met the standards, but compliance with national formularies has not yet reached the established standards. Keywords: Health BPJS, National Formulary, Generic Drug  ABSTRAK Pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. HK.02.02/MENKES/068/I/2010 yang mewajibkan penulisan resep dengan nama generik di fasilitas kesehatan pemerintah. Disamping itu,  pemerintah  juga  menyusun formularium nasional  sebagai  acuan  dalam  pemilihan obat sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit. Namun, masih banyak fasilitisas kesehatan pemerintah yang masih menggunakan obat bukan generik dalam resep BPJS. Penelitian  dilakukan  untuk mengukur persentase penulisan resep dalam nama generik dan kesesuaian resep dengan formularium nasional pada pasien BPJS rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Manado. Metode  yang  digunakan  adalah  analisis deskriptif  dengan  pengambilan  392  lembar  resep  sebagai  sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persentase penulisan resep periode Desember  2019 – Mei 2020 dengan nama generik sebesar 81,38% dan kesesuaian dengan Formularium  Nasional  sebesar 58,68%. Resep yang sepenuhnya menggunakan nama generik dan sesuai  formularium nasional hanya memiliki persentase rata-rata sebesar 57,41%. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penulisan resep dalam nama generik telah memenuhi standar, akan tetapi kesesuaian dengan formularium nasional belum mencapai standar yang ditetapkan. Kata kunci: BPJS Kesehatan, Formularium Nasional, Obat Generik

Abstract

ABSTRACTPharmaceutical serviced have an important role in creating quality health to improve the quality of life of patients. The research purposed to measure the percentage of compliance wit the implementation of pharmaceutical serviced at Kimia Farma Pharmacy in Kotamobagu City, based on the Regulation of the Indonesia minister of health regulation Number 73/ 2016. This research used quantitative method with descriptive approach. The population in this study were all Kimia Farma Pharmacy in Kotamobagu City. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling Data were obtained through observation and filling out questionnaires. Based on the research results, it is known that the resource management of Pharmacy A, B, C has a percentage of 96% and Pharmacy D of 92%. The percentage of pharmaceutical services at Pharmacy A and C is 100%, Pharmacy B is 97% and Pharmacy D is 87%. Based on the research results, it is known that all Kimia Farma pharmacies in Kotamobagu City are categorized as good, including the aspects of resource management and clinical pharmacy services. Keywords : Pharmacy, Pharmacist, Pharmaceutical Service Standards ABSTRAKPelayanan kefarmasian berperan penting dalam mewujudkan kesehatan yang bermutu untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur persentase kesesuaian penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma di Kota  Kotamobagu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Rupublik Indonesia Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh Apotek Kimia Farma di Kota Kotamobagu.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Pengambilan data melalui observasi langsung dan pengisian kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui pengelolaan sumber daya Apotek A, B, C memiliki persentase sebesar 96 % dan Apotek D sebesar 92 %. Persentase pelayanan kefarmasian pada Apotek A dan C sebesar 100%, Apotek B sebesar 97 % dan Apotek D sebesar 87 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa seluruh apotek Kimia Farma di Kota Kotamobagu dikategorikan baik yang meliputi aspek pengelolaan sumber daya dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kata kunci : Apotek, Apoteker, Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian

Abstract

ABSTRACTService quality is closely related to patient satisfaction and is an important indicator for pharmaceutical services. Good quality service will give satisfaction to patients so that it affects patients to return to the Public health center The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the satisfaction levels of outpatient JKN participants with pharmaceutical services at the Langowan District Health Center. The results showed that the overall average value of patient satisfaction at the Tumaratas Health Center was (-0.49) while at the Walantakan Health Center it was (-0.62) with the difference between the two health centers of (-0.13), so it can be concluded that Patient satisfaction level is more satisfying at Public health center Tumaratas compared to Public health center Walantakan Keywords : Public health center, National health insurance, satisfaction level  ABSTRAKKualitas pelayanan sangat erat kaitannya dengan kepuasan pasien dan merupakan indikator penting bagi pelayanan kefarmasian. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik akan memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien sehingga mempengaruhi pasien untuk kembali lagi ke puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan Tingkat  Kepuasan pasien peserta JKN rawat jalan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Langowan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner diberikan kepada 265 dan 226 responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata secara keseluruhan nilai kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Tumaratas didapatkan sebesar (-0,49) sedangkan di Puskesmas Walantakan sebesar (-0,62) dengan selisih antara kedua puskesmas sebesar (-0,13), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien lebih memuaskan pada Puskesmas Tumaratas di bandingkan pada Puskesmas Walantakan.                                          Kata kunci  : Puskesmas, JKN, Tingkat Kepuasan

Abstract

The prescription of medication in healthcare facilities that collaborate with health social security administering agency refers to the National Formulary. Writing prescriptions that do not comply with the National Formulary can affect the quality of pharmaceutical services in hospitals and may result in rejected prescriptions for patients. The aim of this study was to determine the percentage of drug prescription compliance among BPJS Health patients with the National Formulary during the period of January to June in 2021 and 2022 at noongan regional general hospital, as well as to compare the percentage of prescription compliance between the years 2021 and 2022 during the same period. This research employed a descriptive design with retrospective data collection. The results of the study revealed an average percentage of prescription compliance with the National Formulary of 69.25% during the period of January to June 2021. However, during the period of January to June 2022, there was a decrease in the percentage to 67.22%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the compliance of prescription writing with the National Formulary has not yet reached the established standard.
