Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan menulis cerita fantasi berdasarkan komik “Doraemon” peserta didik kelas VII-I MTsN 2 Kota Banjarmasin berdasarkan unsur pembangun dan ciri kebahasaan cerita fantasi. Unsur pembangun cerita fantasi tersebut yaitu tema, tokoh, latar, alur, sudut pandang, dan amanat. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan seluruh aspek yang telah diteliti, seluruh peserta didik tergolong terampil pada aspek tokoh, alur, dan sudut pandang. Peserta didik kelas VII-I MTsN 2 Kota Banjarmasin yang tergolong terampil berjumlah 10,71%. Peserta didik yang tergolong mampu berjumlah 64,29%. Peserta didik yang tergolong cukup terampil berjumlah 21,43%. Peserta didik yang tergolong kurang terampil berjumlah 3,57%.

Abstract

Abstract. Increasing the productivity of women's workforce has a strategic role and potential to support the growth and development of household income. That way women farmers have the responsibility for the stability and survival of the family. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the participation of KWT Mawar Bodas members. 2) To find out the skills of KWT Mawar Bodas in processing agricultural products. 3) To find out the role of women's empowerment in improving family welfare at KWT Mawar Bodas. This study uses a qualitative research method, with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The results of this study indicate that in improving family welfare, KWT Mawar Bodas seeks to provide information regarding the benefits produced, as well as strives to develop, preserve its agricultural land properly and innovate, and utilize agricultural products innovatively by marketing agricultural products in the form of vegetables, processed cystic spinach and vegetable chips through the Thursday Market and through social media.

Abstract

 ABSTRAK. Arsitektur perilaku adalah arsitektur yang membahas tentang hubungan antara perilaku manusia  dengan lingkungan. Dalam penerapan konsep arsitektur perilaku pada sebuah bangunan, terdapat prinsip dan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku manusia. Salah satu bangunan fasilitas penyandang berkebutuhan khusus adalah Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). SLB adalah lembaga pendidikan yang merupakan bagian terpadu dari sistem pendidikan nasional yang secara khusus diselenggarakan bagi peserta didik yang memiliki tingkat kesulitan dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran karena kelainan fisik, emosional, mental sosial, tetapi memiliki potensi kecerdasan dan bakat istimewa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi konsep arsitektur perilaku pada bangunan fasilitas penyandang berkebutuhan khusus, khususnya fasilitas pendidikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa kesimpulan yang berasal dari analisis yang berfokus pada pembahasan mengenai ruang dan tata letak perabot. Dua pembahasan tersebut dianalisis berdasarkan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi prinsip arsitektur, yaitu kelompok pengguna.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, SLB Negeri 2 Jakarta telah menerapkan tiga prinsip arsitektur perilaku dengan sangat baik, meliputi mampu berkomunikasi dengan manusia dan lingkungan, mewadahi aktivitas penghuni dengan nyaman dan menyenangkan, serta memperhatikan kondisi dan perilaku dari pemakainya. Kata Kunci: arsitektur perilaku, sekolah luar biasa, ruang, tata letak perabot ABSTRACT. Behavioral architecture is an architecture that discusses the relationship between human behavior and the environment. In applying the concept of behavioral architecture to a building, there are principles and factors that can influence human behavior. One of the facilities for people with special needs is the Special School (SLB). SLB is an educational institution that is an integrated part of the national education system that is specifically organized for students who have a level of difficulty in participating in the learning process due to physical, emotional, social-mental disorders, but have the potential for intelligence and special talents. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method and aims to find out how the concept of behavioral architecture is implemented in facilities for persons with special needs, especially educational facilities. The results of this study are in the form of conclusions derived from an analysis that focuses on discussing space and furniture layout. The two discussions are analyzed based on one of the factors that influence architectural principles, namely the user group. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, SLB Negeri 2 Jakarta has implemented three principles of behavioral architecture very well, including being able to communicate with humans and the environment, accommodating residents activities comfortably and pleasantly, and paying attention to the condition and behavior of the users. Keywords: behavioral architecture, special schools, space, furniture layout

Abstract

The title of this socialisation activity is Building Healthy Internet Awareness among Children The rapid development of the internet is a challenge for children to use it wisely and safely. However, this ease of access also brings great challenges related to wise and safe use. The lack of understanding about digital literacy can lead to negative impacts, such as exposure to inappropriate content, cyberbullying, and internet addiction. This socialisation programme at PKBM Hikmah aims to build healthy internet awareness through digital literacy education, introduction to healthy concepts, and application of parental controls. The methods used include needs analysis, action plan development, and implementation of educational sessions. This activity includes interactive education sessions for children as well as assistance to parents and educators. The results of the programme showed a significant increase in the understanding of internet risks, how to maintain privacy, and how to activate time restrictions on the internet. The programme also provided practical guidance for parents and educators to assist children in using the internet wisely. In conclusion, the programme successfully achieved its objectives by providing the necessary knowledge to support positive development for children in the digital age.

Abstract

Peningkatan hasil panen ikan yang ada harus sebanding dengan proses pengolahan dan pengawetan ikan. Saat ini pengawetan ikan yang sudah banyak dilakukan menggunakan metode pengendalian suhu serta bahan kimia seperti nitrit, paraben, asam benzoat, asam sorbat, asam propionat dan lain-lain. Penggunaan zat-zat tersebut menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan jika melebihi dosis atau jumlah yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif, Lokasi penelitian di BRIDA dan di UPT. Labkesda Kota Bima, sedangkan lokasi pengambilan sampel di tempat pembongkaran ikan Kelurahan Kolo Kota Bima. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan September s/d Oktober 2023. Sampel berupa ikan tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) sebanyak 30 kg. Peralatan dalam penelitian : beaker glass, gelas erlenmeyer, pinset, pisau, baskom, sarung tangan, neraca analitik, batang pengaduk, Box perlakuan ikan, saringan, corong, kertas label, dan alat dokumentasi.­­­­ Bahan penelitian : Ikan tongkol, Garam, MSG, ice gel, soda, vanili, regaen formalin, reagen Borak serta bahan pengujian mikrobiologi pangan. Prosedur penelitian : (1)  Pengumpulan Data, (2) Pemeriksaan Kualitas Fisik, kimia dan biologi sampel, (3) Penentuan Formula Pengawetan Ikan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Pemberian formula terbaik yaitu pemberian es batu dan garam namun dengan kemungkinan penggunaan kurang dari 3 hari (1-2 hari) sebagai pengawet ikan tongkol yang ditunjukkan melalui parameter sifat fisik dan biologi (pemeriksaan angka kuman) pada sampel namun tidak ditemukan penggunaan bahan tambahan pangan berbahaya (formalin dan borak).

Abstract

Nyamuk Aedes aegypti merupakan vektor primer yang berperan dalam penularan virus dengue penyebab penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD). Pada awal tahun 2023, Pemerintah Kota Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), menetapkan status Kejadian Luar Biasa penyakit DBD. Data kejadian DBD di Kota Bima sejak Tahun 2020 mengalami fluktuasi. Namun, CFR tertinggi terjadi pada Tahun 2023, dengan rata-rata 2,05%. Berbagai metode pengendalian vektor dengue dapat diterapkan salah satunya dengan fogging dan abatisasi, tetapi populasi Aedes aegypti masih belum dapat dikendalikan. Sementara itu, Resistensi nyamuk Aedes aegypti terhadap insektisida (cypermethrin dan malathion) telah dilaporkan di berbagai Daerah. Peneliti bertujuan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai konsentrasi bahan kimia fogging dalam pengendalian nyamuk Aedes aegypti di Kota Bima yang diukur berdasarkan life table nyamuk. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan rancangan observasi analitik dan jenis studi uji laboratorium dalam rentang waktu bulan Agutus hingga November 2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Random Purpossive Sampling dengan prosedur penelitian antara lain: pembuatan formula bahan kimia fogging; (2) rearing nyamuk Aedes aegypti; (3) uji toksisitas bahan kimia; (4) analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa seluruh formula sifenotrin terbukti mampu menghambat perkembangan seluruh stadium nyamuk Aedes aegypti namun dalam waktu efektifitas yang berbeda. Formula bahan kimia fogging : F1 (Sifenotrin 1,5 ml + solar 98,5 ml), F2 (Sifenotrin 2 ml + solar 98 ml), F3 (Sifenotrin 2,5 ml + solar 97,5 ml), F4 (Sifenotrin 3 ml + solar 97 ml) dan F5 (Sifenotrin 3,5 ml + solar 96,5 ml) efektif dalam membunuh seluruh tahapan life table nyamuk Aedes aegypti dalam kisaran waktu 4 menit sampai dengan 2 jam 53 menit. Serta diketahui bahwa efikasi sifenotrin terutama pada stadium imago dengan kematian dalam hitungan menit, namun juga efektif pada stadium nyamuk lainnya meskipun pada waktu yang lebih lama. Abstract

Macrobrachium rosenbergii dikenal dengan nama udang galah adalah salah satu crustacea yang memiliki nilai ekonomis penting dan dapat dijumpai di sungai rokan dan sungai siak. Kedua sungai ini merupakan sungai besar di Provinsi Riau namun perairan Sungai Rokan dan Sungai Siak saat ini sudah mengalami tekanan atau tercemar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi perairan Sungai Rokan dan Sungai Siak, juga mengetahui perbedaan morfologi dari udang galah yang diperoleh dari Sungai Rokan dan Sungai Siak. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Mei 2022. Sampel di peroleh dari Sugai Siak dan Sungai Rokan dan pengamatan dilakukan di Laboratorium. Pengambilan sampel udang dilakukan 3 kali sekali/2 minggu. Udang ditangkap menggunakan jala dan pancing. Data udang dianalisis dengan uji Kruskall-Wallis dan uji Mann Whitney. Tujuh parameter lingkungan perairan dan sembilan belas karakteristik morfologi udang dipelajari. Panjang karapas (CL) digunakan sebagai referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di sungai rokan suhu air 30-310C, kecerahan 13-26cm, pH 6, oksigen terlarut 2,53-8,33 mg/L, karbon dioksida 2,8-5,00 mg/L, BOD5 10,10-33,20 mg/L, kekerasan 100,0 -160,0 mg/L, dan suhu air Sungai Siak 26-300C, kecerahan 14-23 cm, pH 6, oksigen terlarut 2,08-4,12 mg/L, karbon dioksida 2,7-4,00 mg/L, BOD5 10,10-33,20 mg/ L, kekerasan 115,0-155,0 mg/L. Karakteristik morfologi udang dari kedua sungai berbeda (p<0,05). Udang dari Sungai Rokan lebih kecil dari Sungai Siak (masing-masing 24,3 mm CL dan 29,3 mm CL). Udang Sungai Siak menunjukkan beberapa karakteristik yang relatif lebih panjang dibandingkan dengan udang dari Sungai Rokan, seperti panjang mimbar (201% dan 206%), panjang total (471% dan 513%) dan panjang standar (214%). dan 221%) dari CL masing-masing. Namun, udang dari Sungai Rokan memiliki karpus yang relatif lebih panjang, masing-masing sebesar 42% dan 35% dari CL.

Abstract

Cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Bima City are of concern because of its widespread spread and the number of sufferers continues to grow. The Municipal Government of Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, has established an Extraordinary Event (KLB) status for DHF. This status was assigned as a response to the high increase in DHF cases over the past two months, namely January and February 2023. Although vector control efforts have been made, DHF cases continue to fluctuate and increase significantly in early 2023. Therefore, researchers have conducted a Quick Response Analysis of DHF cases in Bima City with the aim of providing information about DHF cases and analyzing this information, as well as developing recommendations for alternative solutions in preventing an increase in DHF cases in Bima City. Through the descriptive method, it was found that the incidence of DHF in Bima City tends to increase significantly at the beginning of 2023 compared to the previous two years, with 172 positive cases and 4 of them leading to death as of February 10, 2023. One of the things of concern based on the case analysis is the understanding and attitude of the community regarding environmental sanitation. Meanwhile, solutions that can be recommended are in the form of short, medium, and long term recommendations which can be used as a reference for consideration in establishing regulations to control dengue fever

Abstract

Changes in water quality are the main focus in water management because they can have a major impact on the ecosystem. Water quality includes physical, chemical and biological conditions. Coverage of clean water and drinking water inspection data in Bima City reached 97.41%, while the feasibility percentage based on clean water and drinking water quality tests only reached 51.13%. The low percentage of appropriate clean water quality requires special attention. Based on this, researchers studied problems related to water quality, supply and level of need for clean water in Bima City. This research is an analytical observational study, and sampling was carried out using a non-random purposive sampling technique, and analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of physical water quality tests on 31 samples, the results showed that the physical quality of water met the requirements, the chemical quality of water in all measured samples met the requirements for class 1 and 2 clean water quality standards for the parameters DO, COD, total chlorine, nitrate, nitrite, and six valence chrome, while the BOD, Phosphate and Iron values did not meet the requirements (1/31 samples). The biological quality test showed that 12 samples did not meet the requirements for total coliforms (38.7%) and 3 samples showed the presence of E. coli bacteria (9.7%). On the other hand, it was recorded that 95.8% of respondents used shallow drilled wells for clean water; pump wells for 12.5% of respondents; PDAM constituted 16.6% of respondents; shallow drilled wells and PDAM 16.6%; and those using shallow drilled wells and hand pump wells 12.5%. Meanwhile, 37.5% use clean, untreated water and 62.5% use refilled drinking water.

Abstract

The digitalization era is developing rapidly in Indonesia. The pandemic that occurred accelerated digital transformation in various fields. Various digital platforms were developed to support the continuity of education during the pandemic so that they could develop digital skills and improve the status of digital literacy in Indonesia. In addition to the positive impacts, there are also negative impacts from the development of digital transformation. The National Cyber and Crypto Polytechnic which focuses on information security is committed to encouraging increased digital skills and literacy in the surrounding community. Therefore, this time the National Cyber and Crypto Polytechnic located in Bogor Regency began to focus on developing digital skills and literacy among high school students or equivalent in Bogor Regency. The students' digital literacy status was first measured and then the right program or activity was determined to develop their digital skills and literacy. The digital literacy status was measured based on four pillars, Pillar 1 Digital Skill, Pillar 2 Digital Ethics, Pillar 3 Digital Safety, and Pillar 4 Digital Culture. Data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires to 276 high school students or equivalent who used the internet in Bogor Regency. Students give a score to each statement and then the score will be calculated as an average per pillar. The digital literacy index is obtained from the average score of all pillars. The digital literacy index result is 3.14 which is higher than the West Java digital literacy index of 2.78. In addition, pillar 2 Digital Ethic has the lowest score among the four pillars so that the next program is expected to aim to increase this score.
