Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the news framing of Supervision and Law Enforcement on Detiksultra.com Online Media from November-December 2022. The research used Entman's framing analysis with four things, namely Define Problems, Diagnose Cause, Make Moral Judgment and Treatment Recommendation. The conclusion of this study is that DetikSultra.com Online Media frames the supervision and law enforcement activities of Road Transportation carried out by the Southeast Sulawesi Province Transportation Service because of the many violations committed so that it is hoped that safe, comfortable, humane transportation will occur and refers to applicable regulations.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet yang masif serta semakin majunya penggunaan teknologi informasi mendorong terbentuknya media baru. Penyebaran informasi serta edukasi menjadi sangat cepat dengan media baru. Youtube adalah salah satu media baru tersebut di era saat ini. Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis dari salah satu konten di youtube @Laku terkait edukasi untuk tertib berlalu lintas dengan kajian semiotika Charles Sanders Pierce. Topik terkait rendahnya budaya kesadaran berlalu lintas di masyarakat menarik diangkat karena budaya disiplin berlalu lintas adalah cerminan perilaku masyarakat suatu bangsa di jalan umum. Hal ini menjadi kekhawatiran bahwa pelanggaran lalu lintas sudah dianggap hal yang biasa dan seakan menjadi budaya masyarakat Indonesia. Representasi terkait masih rendahnya kesadaran tertib berlalu lintas menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis semiotic sebagai pendekatannya.. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa masih rendahnya kesadaran untuk tertib berlalu lintas oleh banyak pengguna jasa lalu lintas dengan berbagai alasan seperti melanggar tata tertib dan melawan arah ini sudah menjadi kebiasaan yang sudah ada, melawan arah membuat jalur yang ditempuh menjadi lebih pendek dan cepat dan berbagai alasan lain yang cenderung membenarkan pelanggaran terhadap tata tertib berlalu lintas.

Abstract

Ferry Ports play an important role in human life and the movement of goods in the Southeast Sulawesi Province region. However, there are still several obstacles for prospective service users in finding out port information, schedules and ferry crossing routes quickly and easily. To overcome this problem, researchers designed a web-based GIS application to search for the nearest port, port list, schedule information and ferry routes operating at all Ferry Ports managed by the Transportation Service. The research method was carried out by observing to collect data and then analyzing application needs which resulted in application design and design which was defined by Use Case Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and application interface displays. It is hoped that the final results of this research will produce an application that is user friendly and can assist the needs of prospective service users in finding information on ferry schedules and routes easily, thereby having an impact on increasing efficiency, comfort and passenger satisfaction as well as reducing uncertainty in finding information related to schedules and routes. the ferry. It is certainly hoped that the recommendations of this research will enable the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service to develop a better Information Search and Ferry Route Application for ease and optimal organization of ferry transportation to encourage increased satisfaction of service users.

Abstract

The Reporting by the mass media is able to influence public perception and opinion regarding an event. Research was carried out to analyze the framing of news on the Implementation of Public Goods Transport including Heavy Equipment on the Local Media Telisik.Id in the news in November 2023. using Entman's framing analysis with four things, namely Define Problems, Diagnose Cause, Make Moral Judgment and Treatment Recommendation. Conclusion of the research carried out by finding the online media Telisik.id framing it and seeing that the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service has made continuous and consistent efforts in controlling and supervising Public Goods Transportation activities in accordance with applicable regulations to minimize violations and errors that could result in traffic accidents and potentially resulting in loss of life and in order to create safe, comfortable, secure and sustainable transportation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of online transportation in the context of the sharing economy and its impact on economic and social transformation in Indonesia. The method used is a literature review with a narrative approach that integrates empirical research results from various national and international indexed sources. The results of the study show that online transportation, through platforms such as Gojek, Grab, and Maxim, has created new jobs, increased digital inclusion, and expanded the participation of low-income communities in the digital economy. On the other hand, the disruption caused has put pressure on the conventional transportation sector due to a shift in consumer preferences towards fast, efficient, and transparent services. The adaptation of traditional players through digital collaboration and government policies is a key factor in maintaining the balance of the national transportation ecosystem. The overall results show that online transportation functions not only as an instrument of mobility but also as a catalyst for socio-economic transformation that drives inclusive growth, community empowerment, and the formation of new technology-based interaction patterns in the era of Indonesia's digital economy

Abstract

In bureaucratic practice, public services often involve many stages, work units, and officers, so that without standard procedures, the service process is prone to irregularities, inconsistencies, and even deviations. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) exist to answer the need for work standards that can be followed consistently by all service personnel. SOPs have an important role in creating structured, efficient, transparent, and accountable services. This study aims to examine the urgency of implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in public services through a literature study approach. This research was conducted using a literature review method through a literature study approach and a narrative model. The results of the study based on literature analysis indicate that SOPs as a standardization of public services, SOPs play a role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of public services, SOPs encourage service transparency, and are able to increase public satisfaction with the services provided.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of passenger satisfaction with services at the Amolengo Ferry Port. This research was conducted at the Amolengo Ferry Port from July to August 2024, with a sample size of 406 service users at the Amolengo Ferry Port. The results showed that the public satisfaction score was 61, or poor. This issue requires attention from the Amolengo-Labuan Ferry Port Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), which manages transportation at the Amolengo and Labuan ports, to improve service quality and impact user satisfaction at the Ferry Port.

Abstract

Transportasi yang efisien memainkan peran vital dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui peningkatan konektivitas, efisiensi distribusi barang, dan aksesibilitas tenaga kerja. Sistem transportasi yang baik memungkinkan pergerakan logistik lebih cepat dan biaya lebih rendah, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan daya saing produk. Selain itu, mobilitas tenaga kerja yang tinggi juga memperluas kesempatan kerja dan mendorong pertumbuhan sektor-sektor ekonomi di berbagai wilayah secara merata. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur yang membahas pengembangan transportasi dan dampaknya terhadap sektor ekonomi.. Kajian ini menganalisis berbagai studi terdahulu yang menunjukkan korelasi positif antara investasi infrastruktur transportasi dengan peningkatan produktivitas, investasi regional, dan perkembangan sektor ekonomi secara keseluruhan Berdasarkan kajian literatur, pengembangan transportasi memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi. Transportasi yang baik meningkatkan konektivitas antarwilayah, memperlancar distribusi barang dan jasa, membuka akses ke pasar dan sumber daya. menurunkan biaya logistik, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memperluas kesempatan kerja. Selain itu, pengembangan transportasi juga dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja dan mendukung pembangunan wilayah tertinggal. Namun, terdapat pula tantangan seperti ketimpangan akses, dampak lingkungan, dan kebutuhan pembiayaan besar. Hasil kajian ini menekankan pentingnya perencanaan transportasi yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan guna memaksimalkan manfaat ekonomi yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola kepadatan penumpang pada lintasan penyeberangan Torobulu–Tampo menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering sebagai pendekatan analisis operasional transportasi berbasis data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data harian jumlah penumpang Pelabuhan Torobulu selama periode Januari 2023 hingga Oktober 2025. Penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu preprocessing data untuk membersihkan data yang tidak konsisten, proses normalisasi untuk menyamakan skala data, penentuan jumlah cluster optimal menggunakan metode evaluasi clustering, serta proses pengelompokan data menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola jumlah penumpang dapat dikelompokkan menjadi tiga kategori utama, yaitu kondisi sepi (low), normal (medium), dan padat (peak season). Cluster padat didominasi oleh periode hari besar nasional, musim mudik Idulfitri, dan libur panjang yang menyebabkan peningkatan mobilitas masyarakat secara signifikan. Sementara itu, cluster normal dan sepi lebih banyak terjadi pada periode operasional reguler di luar musim liburan. Hasil clustering juga menunjukkan adanya pola musiman yang memengaruhi tingkat kepadatan penumpang pada lintasan penyeberangan Torobulu–Tampo. Informasi tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai dasar dalam optimalisasi jadwal operasional kapal, pengaturan kapasitas penumpang, serta peningkatan kualitas pelayanan transportasi penyeberangan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak pengelola pelabuhan dalam melakukan perencanaan operasional yang lebih efektif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan pola mobilitas penumpang. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem analisis transportasi penyeberangan berbasis data yang lebih cerdas, efisien, terintegrasi, dan berkelanjutan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze participatory leadership in improving the motivation and performance of public sector employees through a literature review approach. The research method uses a literature study with a narrative model through analysis of various scientific journals and relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that participatory leadership plays a significant role in improving motivation, job satisfaction, internal communication, and employee performance through employee involvement in decision-making. However, its effectiveness is influenced by organizational culture, work environment, institutional systems, and employee characteristics. In addition, organizational culture has been shown to contribute significantly to improving the performance of public sector employees. Therefore, the implementation of participatory leadership needs to be supported by a collaborative work culture, open communication, accountability, and sustainable human resource development to improve the quality of public services.
