Abstract

The Da'wah through literary works is based on Al-Quran surah Ali Imran verse 110. Da'wah through literary works, in this case, the writer or creator of literary works is an element of da'i. Religious points, both religious themes or messages are elements of the message of preaching. While literary works are the media of his da'wah. Da'wah through literary works will be most successful depending on the way the presentation and packaging it uses. Da'i who are competent to become Islamic writers are needed. This was to meet the challenges when many writers (writers) often turned away from religious literature and preferred to pursue liberalism or genital literature (exploiting sex). Therefore, a cadre of the preachers should be needed for proselytizing professionals through literary works. Need to conduct training based on "Da'wah and Literature". The trainings study theoretically and practically about da'wah through media literary works. The main goal is for the preachers to be both theoretically and practically skilled in preaching through.

Abstract

This research aims to examine multicultural education from the perspective of Islamic Education Science by identifying multicultural values in Islam and chlorinating challenges and obstacles in realizing multicultural education in the Islamic context. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach. The results showed that multicultural education from an Islamic perspective is by integrating multicultural values into  Islamic religious learning and the focus is on developing attitudes and behaviors that respect cultural, religious, and ethnic diversity and of course by involving the development of character, knowledge, and attitudes by Islamic teachings. The challenges and obstacles in realizing multicultural education in the Islamic context are the difficulty of building a strong perception and awareness of the importance of multicultural education in Islamic societies, the existence of several traditions and cultures in Islamic societies emphasizing homogeneity, and resisting change or outside influences. Finally, the development of curricula and teaching methods that conform to multicultural principles in the Islamic context requires profound adjustment. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara mendalam tentang  pendidikan multikultural dari perspektif Ilmu Pendidikan Islam dengan mengidentifikasi nilai –nilai multicultural dalam Islam dan mengeklorasi tantangan dan hambatan dalam mewujudkan pendidikan multicultural dalam konteks Islam.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural dalam  persfektif Islam yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran agama Islam dan fokusnya adalah pada pengembangan sikap dan perilaku yang menghargai keragaman budaya, agama, dan etnis dan tentunya dengan melibatkan pengembangan karakter , pengetahuan, dan sikap yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Adapun yang menjadi tantangan dan hambatan dalam mewujudkan pendidikan multicultural dalam kontek Islam adalah sulitnya membangun persepsi dan kesadaran yang kuat tentang pentingnya pendidikan multikultural dalam masyarakat Islam,adanya beberapa tradisi dan budaya dalam masyarakat Islam menekankan pada homogenitas dan menolak perubahan atau pengaruh luar. Dan terkahir pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pengajaran yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip multikultural dalam konteks Islam memerlukan penyesuaian yang mendalam.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has diversity, culture, ethnicity, language and religion, the impact of differences in society often causes problems and hostility and even bloodshed due to heterogeneous understanding. In fact, if differences are combined well, it will produce diversity and awareness that this is all a gift from God which has given the potential to become a pluralistic society in terms of cultural dimensions which will bring a more mature civilization towards a just, harmonious, advanced and prosperous nation. The aim of this research is to implement multicultural education at As-Salam High School in Islamic education management education. The method used is a qualitative method with a library study approach which is then analyzed. The results of this research, Multicultural Education is a concept that must be implemented in everyday life, especially applied in schools so that students have a paradigm/mainsentor a mindset of accepting differences and mutual respect, tolerance, diversity, equality of rights and obligations with the Pancasila philosophy with a Tunggal Ika diversity frame, even though we are different, we are one Indonesian unit. Differences due to the essence of life, everything does not have to be the same, but how can these differences bring a positive appearance towards happiness and prosperity. Instead, differences become classic problems that create complications based on race, religion and ethnicity which create disharmony. The conclusion is that pluralism cannot be eliminated, but how humans respond to differences in terms of ethnicity, culture, ethnicity and religion so that they can be implemented in the management of Islamic education is seen from the multicultural urgency at SMA As-Salam Bandung. Indonesia merupakan sebuah negara yang mempunyai keragaman, budaya, suku, etnik, bahasa dan agama, dampak dari perbedaan dimasyarat sering terjadi menimbulkan permasalahan dan permusuhan bahkan petumpahan dara akibat heterogen pemahanan. padahal apabila perbedaan dikelola dengan baik  akan menghasilkan keragaman dan kesadara bahwa ini  semua merupakan anugerah Tuhan yang telah memberikan potensi untuk manjadi masyarakat majemuk dari segi dimensi kultular yang membawa peradaban yang lebih dewasa menuju bangsa yang adil, harmonis, maju dan  makmur. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan multikultural di SMA As-Salam dalam pendidikan manajemen pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi perpusakaan yang selanjutnya dianalisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini, Pendidikan Multikutural sebuah konsep yang harus diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, khususnya diterapkan disekolah-sekolah agar siswa paradigma/ mainsent atau pola berpikir  menerima perbedaan dan saling menghormati, toleransi, kebergaman, persaman hak dan kewajiban berfalsafah pancasila dengan bingkai bineka Tunggal Ika meskipun berbeda-beda tetapi kita satu kesatuan Indonesia.  Perbedaan karena hakikatnya hidup segala sesuatu tidak harus sama tetapi bagaimana perbedaan ini dapat membawa nampak yang positif menuju kebahagian dan kemakmuran. Alih-alih perbedaan dijadiakan permasalahan yang klasik yang membuat komplik yang dilatarbelakangi suku, agama dan etnik yang membuat tidak harmonis. Simpulan bahwa kemajemukan tidak bisa dihilangkan tetapi bagaimana cara manusia menyikapi perbedaan dari segi suku, budaya, etnik dan agama agar dapat diimplementasikan dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam dilihat dari urgensi multikultural di SMA As-Salam Bandung.

Abstract

This research discusses the development of a Guidance and Counseling model based on an Islamic perspective that is relevant to the needs of Indonesian society. The main problem is the dominance of Western psychological approaches in counseling services in Indonesia, which often ignore the spiritual dimension, even though the majority of Indonesian society is religious. This research aims to integrate Islamic values into Guidance and Counseling practices in order to improve individual psychological and spiritual well-being. The research method involves literature analysis and case studies at the IKIP Siliwangi Cimahi campus. This approach emphasizes the integration of Al-Qur'an and Hadith values in the counseling process, such as the use of prayer, dhikr, and advice based on Islamic teachings. The research results show that the Islamic Guidance and Counseling model is able to provide holistic solutions, including psychological and spiritual aspects, and is more relevant to Indonesian culture. This model increases the effectiveness of Guidance and Counseling services in helping individuals overcome problems, develop personal potential, and achieve prosperity in the world and the hereafter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the educational method ofdealing with juvenile delinquency in handling juvenile delinquencyusing the Inabah rehabilitation method at Suryalaya Islamic BoardingSchool. The results of the study revealed that juvenile delinquencycarried out by children built before Inabah is drunk, often skips schooland is involved in the use of illegal drugs after completing education.Juvenile delinquency is divided into two, namely two-dimensionalvictims and five-dimensional victims with different levels of effect oneach offender. Awareness or education methods consist of: bathingrepentance, prayer fardlu and sunnah, dzikir jahar and dhikr khofi,talqin dzikir, fasting, other beneficial activities, and health checks andeducation skills. The way to overcome juvenile delinquency is throughinabah education method in Suryalaya Islamic Boarding Schoolconsists of three stages, namely the rejection stage, the acceptancestage and the habituation stage. While the success of the Inabah methodin overcoming juvenile delinquency is shown by the existence of medicalawareness and spiritual awareness.

Abstract

Adanya masalah serius dalam pola asuh dan pendidikan keluarga. Orang tua yang seharusnya menjadi teladan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kejujuran, kerja keras, dan keberkahan rezeki, justru memberikan legitimasi terhadap perilaku menyimpang. Kebanggaan orang tua terhadap anak yang memperoleh uang dari sumber haram memperlihatkan lemahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya keberkahan dalam nafkah, sekaligus mencerminkan adanya pergeseran orientasi hidup dari nilai moral ke nilai material. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep kewajiban orang tua dalam memberikan ilmu agama kepada anak sesuai hukum Islam, mengidentifikasi realitas sosial yang terjadi di Desa Bagan Asahan, dan menganalisis upaya solusi untuk mengoptimalkan peran orang tua. Dari pembahasan ini, rumusan permasalahan adalah apa kewajiban orang tua terhadap anak, bagaimana orang tua di Desa Bagan Asahan memahami kewajiban memberikan ilmu agama kepada anak, bagaimana kewajiban orang tua dalam memberikan ilmu agama kepada anak di Desa Bagan Asahan dipandang dari hukum Islam dan apa konsekuensi orang tua jika tidak memenuhi kewajibannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar orang tua di Desa Bagan Asahan belum memberikan pengetahuan agama secara optimal kepada anak-anak karena kesibukan ekonomi dan rendahnya pemahaman beragama. Dampaknya terlihat dari kurangnya pemahaman agama seperti moral anak yang lemah, dan meningkatnya perilaku menyimpang. Hukum Islam menekankan bahwa orang tua berkewajiban untuk mendidik anak sejak dini dalam ilmu agama dan moral, dan kelalaian dalam kewajiban ini adalah dosa.

Abstract

Modern society lives in an environment characterized by increasingly complex cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity due to the influence of globalization. This condition demands that the education system, especially Islamic Religious Education (PAI), adapt so that it does not only emphasize ritual and dogmatic aspects, but also fosters mutual respect, empathy, and tolerance between religious communities. Without a pluralism-based approach, PAI learning has the potential to become rigid and less relevant to the social reality of students. Therefore, it is essential to incorporate pluralistic values, such as respect for differences, compassion, and cooperation, into the learning process from an early age. This principle aligns with QS. Al-Hujurat verse 13 which emphasizes the importance of recognizing and respecting diversity. Teachers play a role as facilitators in creating an inclusive, reflective, and dialogical learning environment, so that the values of pluralism can be internalized naturally in students. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilising case studies at SMPN 46 Bandung and SMPN 2 Cileunyi. The research results show that the internalization of pluralistic values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning occurs systematically, contextually, and effectively through experience-based learning activities, teacher role models, and a supportive school culture. This process successfully shapes students' religious character to be tolerant, inclusive, and virtuous. Therefore, pluralistic character education in PAI is a crucial strategy in preparing a religious generation capable of living harmoniously in a diverse and dynamic society.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of application-based transportation has transformed employment relations in Indonesia, particularly in the digital partnership model between platform companies and online motorcycle taxi drivers. Unlike formal workers, online drivers are categorized as partners, thereby excluding them from structural entitlements such as religious holiday allowances (THR) under Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 6 of 2016. In 2025, the government issued Circular Letter of the Minister of Manpower No. M/3/HK.04.00/III/2025 encouraging platform companies to provide a religious holiday bonus equivalent to 20% of drivers’ average annual net income. This study aims to analyze the juridical status of the holiday bonus within Indonesia’s labor law framework and to examine its implementation and fairness in Medan City. Employing a normative-empirical method with a qualitative approach, this research integrates regulatory analysis, doctrinal legal review, and field interviews with online motorcycle taxi drivers. The findings indicate that the partnership status limits drivers’ formal labor rights; however, the ministerial circular represents an initial state intervention toward enhancing protection for workers in the digital informal sector. Empirical data reveal inconsistencies in implementation, lack of transparency, and disparities in bonus distribution, leading to perceptions of distributive injustice. The study contributes to labor law discourse by highlighting the need for clearer regulatory frameworks governing digital platform workers and strengthening legal protection mechanisms in Indonesia’s evolving gig economy.

Abstract

This study examines liability for damage in iPhone rental practices in Medan Johor based on the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES). The phenomenon of iPhone rental is growing among young people, creative workers, and business people due to lifestyle and work needs. However, this practice often gives rise to disputes, especially when damage occurs to the rented item. This study aims to analyze the practice of iPhone rental in Medan Johor and examine the division of liability for damage to rented items based on the provisions of the KHES. The research method used is empirical juridical with a field study approach and literature review. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain an empirical picture supported by normative analysis. The results show that according to the KHES, the lessee is responsible for damage caused by negligence, carelessness, or misuse, while damage arising from inherent defects, technical factors, or factors beyond the control of the lessee is the responsibility of the lessor. The case analysis shows differences in liability according to the cause of the damage, making it important for the parties to draft a detailed agreement. This research emphasizes the urgency of implementing the principles of justice, transparency, and good faith in ijarah contracts, especially for high-value modern electronic goods such as iPhones, so that legal certainty and protection for both parties can be guaranteed.
