Indonesia is an agriculture country, which means the agricultural sector was an important role in the Indonesian economy. One of the main problems faced by the agricultural sector is the lack of farmer capital in developing his farm, the farmer is not able to fund their farm with their own funds. The agricultural sector is known to be quite risky and uncertain and this make the financial institutions to fund this sector is relatively low. Other financing alternatives that may be the solution for farmers is the shariah financing institutions. Some shariah products which can be applied to agribusiness, among others: Mudharabah, Musharaka, muzara'ah, musaqoh, bai 'murabahah, bai istishna, bai' as-salam and rahn.Keyword: Agriculture, Financing, Shariah

Desa Sei Buluh, kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu Serdang Bedagai dijadikan kawasan agrotechnopark berbasis tanaman pangan yang didukung oleh teknis pertanian yang baik secara ekonomi dan social. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatn petani. Metode yagn digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan 60 sampel petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani padi adalah harga benih dan luas lahan sedangkan variable harga pupuk urea dan TSP, harga pestisida dan biaya tenga kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani padi

One of the aim national development is the improvement of food security where Sei Buluh village, Teluk Mengkudu district North Sumatra recommended as Agro Technopark area based on food crops. The aim of this study was to determine factors that affected the income and food security of farm households. The method used Two Stage Linear regression Square (2SLS). The results show that factors that affected farm income were the price of seed and land, meanwhile, factors that affected the share of food expenditure in the price of chicken, instant noodles prices, and farm income.

The aim of this research is to analyze factors which affected interest in developing beef cattle. The sampling method was used Simple Random Sampling method, based on this research of the 176 population of beef cattle breeders available, 37 farmers were taken as samples. The analyze method used is multiple linear regression with dependent variable is interesting in developing beef cattle and independent variable were beef cattle seed price, education, experience and age of breeder cattle. The results show that experience effected the interest in developing beef cattle meanwhile beef cattle seed price, education and age of breeder cattle were not affected in developing beef cattle in Nagori Tempel Jaya.

Up to now, paddy farmers as farm managers have not received the expected results and income from both the farmers themselves and the government. This study aims to determine the factors that influence rice farming income in Tebing Tinggi Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The reason for choosing this location is because this village is the recipient of seed aid from SLPTT where there are 160 farmers using Ciherang seeds. The number of farmers sampled in this study were 40 farmers and the variables tested were labor costs, phonska fertilizer costs, SP fertilizer costs, KCl fertilizer costs, pesticide costs, land area, urea fertilizer costs, ZA fertilizer costs and seed prices. The results showed that feasibility of farm bussiness has R/C ratio was 3,28 its mean the farm business was feasible labor costs, KCl fertilizer costs and urea fertilizer costs had a significant effect on rice farming income, while other variables had no effect. Fertilizer subsidies and seed assistance are government policies that greatly relieve farmers in financing their farming business so that this policy must continue to be carried out and monitored in its implementation in an effort to increase the income of rice farmers.
