Abstract

Pengelolaan bantuan sosial di Kantor Kecamatan Pondok Aren masih terkendala proses seleksi manual yang rentan bias subjektivitas dan ke-salahan komputasi. Hal ini kerap memicu ketidaktepatan sasaran dis-tribusi bantuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan algoritma Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menghasilkan seleksi yang objektif dan akunt-abel. Sistem ini dibangun dengan Python (Flask) dan SQLite, mengolah data dari 11 kelurahan berdasarkan tujuh kriteria sosial-ekonomi. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan sistem mampu menentukan prioritas secara konsis-ten; warga dengan nilai preferensi ≥ 0,50 dinyatakan layak. SPK ini di-harapkan mentransformasi proses seleksi menjadi lebih transparan dan tepat sasaran

Abstract

SMAN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan requires a more integrated system to support assignment management, task submission monitoring, and academic data presentation. This study aims to implement a web-based academic information system that provides assignment management, student answer submission, task status monitoring, role-based access control, and academic dashboard visualization. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The application was implemented using PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, and Chart.js, and tested using Black Box Testing. The results show that the system can help teachers manage assignments, monitor student submissions, provide grades and feedback, and present academic information through a visual dashboard.

Abstract

Breast cancer remains one of the most prevalent causes of cancer-related mortality among women worldwide, making early and accurate detection critically important. Machine learning techniques have been widely applied for this purpose; however, many existing studies primarily focus on predictive accuracy without providing comprehensive analysis of model optimization and interpretability. This study proposes a comparative framework integrating Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) with Bayesian Optimization to enhance hyperparameter tuning and model performance. The Breast Cancer Wisconsin Dataset, consisting of 569 samples with 30 numerical features, is used for evaluation. The proposed approach includes data preprocessing, dataset splitting, systematic hyperparameter optimization, model training, and performance evaluation. Experimental results show that the XGBoost model achieves superior performance compared to SVM, with an accuracy of 98.24% and an Area Under the Curve (AUC) of 0.994. Further analysis indicates that the model maintains a strong balance between precision and recall, with minimal misclassification. In addition, feature importance analysis reveals that attributes related to tumor size and structural irregularities contribute significantly to the prediction results, supporting the interpretability of the model in a medical context. The main contribution of this study lies in providing a more comprehensive evaluation that combines performance comparison, optimization effectiveness, and feature-level interpretation within a unified framework. The findings demonstrate that the integration of XGBoost and Bayesian Optimization offers a reliable and interpretable approach for breast cancer classification, with strong potential for implementation in machine learning–based clinical decision support systems. Abstract

URI Academy integrates various student development programs covering education, research, incubation, and networking with the industry. Challenges arise because the publication of research achievements and the dissemination of activity schedules still rely on manual methods. As a result, the delivery of information to students and industry partners is less than optimal. To address these issues, this study aims to design a web-based student activity information system at URI Academy using the agile methodology. The data collection process in this research combines interview techniques, direct observation, and literature review analysis. In terms of technology implementation, the system architecture uses the PHP programming language with MySQL as the database management system. The development of this system provides several key features, including an administrator dashboard, an activity release module, user data management, and an activity information center. Test results show that this platform offers easy accessibility for users. The system implementation has proven to enable more systematic and efficient student data management. The existence of this new system transforms the documentation process while optimizing the effectiveness of information distribution within the URI Academy environment.

Abstract

Penilaian kematangan tandan buah segar (TBS) kelapa sawit di PT Trihar Sentosa Abadimasih dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung oleh petugas quality control. Cara tersebutdapat menimbulkan perbedaan hasil penilaian karena dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman,ketelitian, serta kondisi kerja di lapangan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pakarberbasis web untuk membantu mengidentifikasi tingkat kematangan buah kelapa sawitsecara otomatis menggunakan model Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) denganarsitektur MobileNetV2. Data yang digunakan berjumlah 5.000 citra buah sawit dandibagi ke dalam lima kategori, yaitu unripe, underripe, ripe, overripe, dan abnormal.Proses pengembangan model dilakukan melalui tahap pelatihan, validasi, dan pengujian.Model yang telah dilatih kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam aplikasi webmenggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dan framework Flask. Berdasarkan hasilpengujian, model memperoleh akurasi sebesar 85,47% pada data uji. Hasil tersebutmenunjukkan bahwa MobileNetV2 mampu mengenali perbedaan visual pada buah sawit,terutama berdasarkan warna, tekstur, dan kondisi permukaan buah. Sistem yangdikembangkan diharapkan dapat membantu proses sortasi menjadi lebih cepat, konsisten,dan objektif sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas hasil panen sertamengurangi risiko kesalahan klasifikasi.

Abstract

Peristiwa banjir kerap melanda kawasan kita, sehingga menuntut adanya distribusi data yang presisi dan cepat. Metode konvensional dalam melaporkan genangan air membuat data yang masuk ke pihak berwenang menjadi lambat, sehingga menghambat proses evaluasi maupun penanggulangan. Studi ini difokuskan pada penerapan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) pelaporan banjir dengan memanfaatkan platform web dan pustaka Leaflet.js di lingkungan UPTD Cidurian Cisadane. Pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan yakni model Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis spesifikasi, perancangan, penyusunan kode, uji coba, hingga tahap pemeliharaan. Aplikasi ini mengintegrasikan Leaflet.js beserta OpenStreetMap guna menyajikan letak genangan air ke dalam format peta visual interaktif bagi pengunjung situs. Temuan riset membuktikan bahwa platform ini sanggup mengadministrasikan data pengaduan, memvisualisasikan titik lokasi secara spasial, dan mempermudah aparatur dalam memantau situasi di lapangan. Merujuk pada evaluasi fungsional, seluruh komponen esensial beroperasi sesuai sasaran, menjadikan sistem ini sebagai sarana pengaduan dan pengawasan bencana yang jauh lebih mangkus.

Abstract

This study details the development of an employee monitoring platform that combines electronic leave administration features with integrated logistics distribution tracking at PT Global Marketing Technology. The crucial obstacle found in the field is that the biometric attendance system has not been linked to secondary licensing procedures. Employees still use paper forms to request approval, making the human resources division highly vulnerable to calculation errors due to leave quota clashes with national holidays. In addition, the corporation does not yet have an instrument to monitor the location of delivery couriers in real-time. The linear sequential approach (Waterfall) is applied as a software engineering method, which includes the phases of Requirement identification, architectural Design, coding, testing, and Maintenance. The trials show that this web application is capable of automatically calculating effective working days, shortening the approval bureaucracy chain, while providing a GPS tracking function for field logistics couriers. It can be concluded that this platform has successfully overcome conventional administrative hurdles and boosted the visibility of personnel supervision by management.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly impacted the culinary business sector, particularly in improving service quality and operational efficiency. Saung Tiga Restaurant, located in Sawangan, Depok, West Java, still relies on a manual ordering process that frequently leads to recording errors, service delays during peak hours, and difficulties in generating accurate sales reports. This study aims to design and develop a web-based food ordering system using the Waterfall development method. The system was built with the Laravel framework, Blade Template Engine for the backend, Bootstrap for the frontend, and MySQL as the database. The system features digital menu management, an online ordering module with a shopping cart, table reservation with double-booking prevention, real-time order status management through an admin dashboard, and daily and monthly sales statistics. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method across 19 test scenarios covering all major functional features. The results showed a 100% success rate, indicating that the system fully meets the specified functional requirements and is ready for implementation at Saung Tiga Restaurant.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology requires improved competence in utilizing multimedia-based learning media to support more interactive and engaging learning processes. However, many students still have limited knowledge and skills in using multimedia applications as learning tools. This community service program aimed to improve participants' knowledge and practical skills through multimedia-based learning media training at MA Raudlatul Hidayah. The implementation method consisted of preparation, material presentation, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluation. The results showed that participants gained a better understanding of the basic concepts of multimedia-based learning media, became familiar with various supporting applications, and acquired initial skills in developing simple digital learning media. In addition, participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and active involvement throughout the training activities. This program is expected to enhance participants' digital literacy and encourage the effective, creative, and innovative use of technology to support the learning process.

Abstract

Keterbatasan akses informasi katalog menu dan proses pemesanan yang masih bersifat konvensional kerap menjadi hambatan utama dalam menjangkau pelanggan yang lebih luas di Key’s Coffee. Tanpa adanya platform digital terpusat, calon pelanggan kesulitan mengeksplorasi menu, mengetahui informasi produk secara visual, serta berkomunikasi dengan pihak kedai secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem penjualan dan profil kedai berbasis web guna meningkatkan kemudahan interaksi pelanggan serta mempercepat alur transaksi secara keseluruhan. Pengembangan antarmuka dan seluruh fitur pemesanan diimplementasikan menggunakan metode Agile yang bersifat iteratif dan adaptif. Pemilihan metode Agile dinilai sangat tepat karena kemampuannya mengakomodasi perubahan kebutuhan antarmuka dan preferensi pengguna secara cepat di setiap siklus iterasi. Proses pengembangan dilakukan dalam tiga iterasi utama yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif pemilik kedai, mulai dari perancangan antarmuka, implementasi fitur pemesanan, hingga pelatihan asisten virtual. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa platform digital yang menampilkan profil kedai, katalog menu interaktif dengan informasi harga dan variasi produk, integrasi asisten virtual berbasis pencocokan kata kunci untuk layanan informasi otomatis, serta sistem pemesanan yang terhubung langsung ke WhatsApp pemilik kedai melalui tautan Application Programming Interface. Berdasarkan pengujian kotak hitam yang dilakukan pada akhir setiap iterasi, seluruh fitur antarmuka, navigasi halaman, dan tautan integrasi pesan telah berfungsi dengan baik tanpa kendala teknis. Implementasi situs web ini terbukti efektif dalam mempermudah pelanggan mengakses informasi produk sekaligus mempercepat alur komunikasi pemesanan secara langsung kepada pihak Key’s Coffee.
