Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is an infection caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Drug therapy for Covid-19 patients currently uses broad-spectrum antivirals such as Remdesivir, Favipiravir, and Oseltamivir, which have side effects of impaired kidney function with a marked increase in serum urea levels. The study aims to analyze the relationship between antiviral administration and serum urea levels of Covid-19 survivors with student respondents from the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Banjarmasin, Indonesia. The research method is an analytic survey with a case-control design. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method and obtained from 10 respondents who were confirmed positive for Covid-19 who consumed antivirals, ten respondents who were confirmed positive for Covid-19 did not consume antivirals, and ten respondents who were not confirmed positive for Covid-19. The Urea test method uses the Rayto Chemray 120 Clinical Analyzer. The results showed that the average urea level of respondents who confirmed positive for Covid-19 who consumed antivirals was 37.35 mg/dl, and respondents who confirmed positive for Covid-19 who did not consume antivirals was 30.70 mg/dl. Respondents who were not confirmed for Covid-19 19 are 30.97 mg/dl. The study's conclusion showed a relationship between the administration of antivirals and serum urea levels of Covid-19 survivors. Suggestions for further research are to use different parameters in assessing the kidney function of Covid 19 survivors, such as creatinine and blood urea nitrogen.

Objective : supportive knowledge early teenage traits of drug abuser, how to prevent drug abuse by reinforcement of assertive behavior and self concept. Method : screening drug abuse randomly to 100 students,  leaflet distribution, practical simulation and health education to 55 participants of community school. Result : urine test to 95 students show negative, health promotion by DILAN drug abuse shows difference between pre and post test. Training introduction of DILAN drug abuse will help community school to care with drug abuse. Getting early to know potential deviation will be easy to early detection and prevention by teacher and family in school level. Recommendation : the need to continuity of program by monitoring aplication and tools by online program. Keyword : early detection, drug abuse, students

Abstract

Hasil uji silang triwulan I: 24 Puskesmas (88,9%) Baik, 3 Puskesmas (11,1%) Jelek. Nilai Error Rate 25 Puskesmas (92,6%) Baik, 2 Puskesmas (7,4%) Jelek. Hasil uji silang Triwulan II: 23 Puskesmas (85,2%) Baik, 4 Puskesmas (14, 8%) Jelek. Nilai Error Rate 27 Puskesmas (100%) Baik, 0 Puskesmas (0%) Jelek.

Abstract

This research focuses on social work technology engineering efforts with poverty on the changing profile of communities. One technology that is often used is Methodology Participatory Assessment (MPA) which aims to identify problems, needs and strengths of society in a participatory manner. However, the use of MPA does not guarantee the success of a program because it does not touch the motivational aspects of benefit recipients so that it has an impact on the sustainability of the program being run. Departing from this, it encourages researchers to adapt several methods to improve the current MPA. The research method used is a qualitative method with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This research attempts to combine the MPA method with motivational interviews (MI) into a motivational participatory assessment which can be used as an alternative in conducting assessments in community change programs at the Mulia Enterprise Foundation (YUM). MI is effective in generating thoughts, feelings and actions towards change and this includes readiness to make changes towards more sustainable options. This research involved Social Workers, YUM employees and beneficiaries using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, focus group discussions and documentation studies. The research begins with reflection on the initial model, then formulates the need for model improvement and designs the model according to the needs of the research locus. After the model is formed, the model design is implemented at the research locus and ends with an evaluation to obtain recommendations for a better model. The results of implementing the motivational participatory assessment technology engineering model are able to optimize participatory assessment by increasing the motivation of beneficiaries to increase awareness towards sustainable change.
