Abstract

Research aim: This study investigates the potential influence of financial and economic literacy on the financial management of adolescents in Sumberejo Village. Design/Methode/Approach: A quantitative approach is employed, utilizing purposive sampling techniques for the selection of adolescent participants. Data analysis is conducted using t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination testing with the assistance of SPSS software version 23. Research Finding: After analyzing the data, the study reveals a Fcount of 92,251, suggesting that there is a simultaneous impact of both financial and economic literacy on the financial management of adolescents residing in Sumberejo Village. Moreover, financial literacy and economic literacy account for a contribution of 0.569 and 56.9%, respectively, towards financial management.

Abstract

Research Aim : The purpose of writing this article is to further examine marketing strategies and educational approaches that can increase public awareness of the importance of insurance. Design/Methods/Approach : The author conducted research through a qualitative approach to explore the education and communication strategies implemented by Pani Dai-Ichi Life, Data collection was carried out in three ways namely; observation, interviews, and documentation. Research Findings : The education and communication strategy implemented by Panin dai-Ichi Life has proven effective in expanding access to information and increasing public awareness about the importance of insurance, especially among the younger generation. The educational approach is carried out through workshop activities in Surabaya area campuses, as well as informative content on social media that discusses financial management, financial protection, and risk management. Theoretical contribution/Originality: Academic basis that can be utilized to design more efficient education and communication strategies in increasing public understanding and awareness of insurance. Practice/Policy Implications:  1. optimization of digital education through webinars, and social media, 2. Interactive communication strategies such as question and answer sessions and insurance benefit simulations, 3. Use of simple lenguage to make information easier to understand. Research limitations: This study has limitations such as a regional focus that only covers Surabaya, so the findings may be less representative of other regional contexts.

Abstract

Research aim: This study aims to explain the role of the Independent Learning Independent Dictionary(MBKM) internship program at BTPN Syariah as a facilitator for the development of students' critical thinking skills through internships.Design/Methode/Approach: The research used is qualitative descriptive qualitative with interview data collection techniques.Research Finding: The results of the study showed that students who participated in the internship program obtained the aim of examining the benefits of the Certified Independent Study Internship(MSIB) in developing students' critical thinking skills through the role of a companion facilitator in the internship program. Internship programs, particularly those involving the role of an accompanying facilitator, provide a unique opportunity for students to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world contexts.Theoretical contribution/Originality : This study makes significant theoretical contributions by examining how the Companion Facilitator role in PT. BTPN Syariah's MSIB program bridges experiential learning theory with practical workplace application in Islamic banking. Our findings demonstrate how structured mentoring, real-world problem solving, and critical reflection in certified internships uniquely develop students' higher-order thinking skills - an underexplored dimension in conventional internship research. The research introduces an innovative framework that connects industry mentorship practices with cognitive skill development, offering new insights into optimizing industry-academic partnerships for more impactful experiential learning. This work particularly advances understanding of critical thinking cultivation in non-Western business contexts and Sharia-compliant financial environments.Practitionel/Policy implication : For higher education institutions, these findings emphasize the need to develop formal partnerships with industry players like PT. BTPN Syariah to design internship curricula that systematically cultivate critical thinking through mentored projects and reflective practice. Corporations should implement structured internship guidelines featuring analytical tasks and provide mentor training programs to maximize cognitive skill development. At the policy level, MSIB organizers should incorporate critical thinking metrics into program assessments and expand this model across sectors. Students should approach internships as active learning opportunities by engaging in challenging projects and reflective discussions. These recommendations collectively enhance the transformative potential of certified internship programs in developing future-ready graduates.Research limitations: This research has limitations such as peers who are only placed 1 student in each branch so that it is difficult to find students as respondents, so that the context may not be representative of students from other universities.kills

Abstract

The existence of COVID-19 currently has an impact on the education system in Indonesia. The result of the decision from the minister of education that all learning activities both in schools and colleges are carried out in their respective homes through the available application. The Minister of Education issued Circular Number 3 Year 2O2O concerning the Prevention of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-l9) in the Education Unit which stated that schools and colleges were closed. This is done to break the chain of spreading COVID-19, instead learning activities are carried out online for all levels of education. Therefore we conducted research on the effect of online / online learning on student learning outcomes. This type of research uses a questionnaire that will be filled in by students. The population in this study were all students of the 2nd level of Economics Education Study Program, Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. Student learning outcomes data obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire / questionnaire after treatment, the data is then processed by validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and regression test. The results showed that there was a strong influence on online / online learning on the learning outcomes of students of the 2nd level of Economics Education Study Program, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri during the covid'19 pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas produk, kepercayaan dan promosi terhadap minat beli pada belanja online Shopee baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Purposive sampling digunakan sebagai teknik penentuan sampel yang diambil dari kelompok populasi mahasiswa FEB UNP Kediri angkatan 2018. Hasil penelitian kualitas produk dengan t hitung 2,428>t tabel 1,992 dan nilai sig 0,18<0,05, kepercayaan dengan t hitung 2,168>t tabel 1,992 dan nilai sig 0,033<0,05, promosi dengan t hitung 4,189>t tabel 1,992 dan nilai sig 0,000<0,005 sedangkan F hitung 38,446>F tabel 2,72 dan nilai sig 0,00<0,05 sehingga disimpulkan secara parsial dan simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas produk, kepercayaan, dan promosi terhadap minat beli mahasiswa pada belanja online Shopee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 58 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Hasil perhitungan signifikansi uji t motivasi adalah 0,000 < 0,05 dengan t hitung 4,591 > 1,672, lingkungan keluarga 0,065 > 0,05 dengan t hitung 1,880 > 1,672, dan ekspektasi pendapatan adalah 0,000 < 0,05 dengan t hitung 4,848 > 1,672. Selanjutya uji f motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap minat berwirausaha adalah 28,853 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan motivasi dan ekspektasi pendapatan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Sedangkan lingkungan keluarga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Secara simultan motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan ekspektasi pendapatan, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran online menggunakan google classroom terhadap hasil belajar siswa, mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara sebelum pembelajaran dengan sistem offline dan sesudah menggunakan google classroom dan mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala pembelajaran online dengan menggunakan google classroom siswa XI AKL mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK PGRI 3 Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 25 siswa. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian bahwa uji deskriptif pada pembelajan online menggunakan google classroom diperoleh diperoleh thitung>ttabel dengan nilai 19.013>2,068 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berarti pembelajaran online menggunakan google classroom secara parsial efektif terhadap hasil belajar dengan siginifikansi (Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,05 maka Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa google classroom efektif dalam pembelajaran online, hasil uji komparatif yang didapatkan dengan siginifikansi p value (Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,003. Karena p value 0,003<0,05 maka H0 di tolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan, nilai sebelum pembelajaran dengan sistem offline dan sesudah menggunakan google classroom terhadap hasil belajar siswa, akan tetapi masih ada kendala-kendala yang mengakibatkan pembelajaran online menggunakan google classroom kurang menyenangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian paket data pada konter AIDA Cell Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu Masyarakat Dusun Lobeser Timur Desa Baron Kecamatan Baron Kabupaten Nganjuk, dengan sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan pengukuran skala Likert. Hasil pada penelitian ini tentang pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian, berdasarkan dari hasil uji t maka diketahui variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji f secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) dengan nilai sebesar 42,5% yang sisanya yaitu 57,5% dijelaskan pada variabel lain dan tidak dikaji di dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of internet and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class X students majoring in Accounting. This research approach uses quantitative, the research technique uses causality. The population and sample are students of class X majoring in Accounting, totaling 30 students. Sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis used classical hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis testing, certainty testing and hypothesis testing. Research results show that: 1) internet use affects learning outcomes 0.002<0.05, 2) learning motivation affects learning outcomes 0.039<0.05, 3) internet use and learning motivation has an effect on learning outcomes simultaneously 0.00 <0.05. Coefficient of determination = 0.466 = 47%,. Therefore, it can be conclusion that there is an effect of internet and learning motivation about learning outcomes of class X majoring in accounting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of economic conditions and consumptive behavior on students' learning motivation. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive analysis approach with observational data collection techniques, interviews and questionnaires. Using saturated sampling technique. The analysis uses a Likert scale, and the analysis uses classical assumptions, multiple regression, t-test, and f-test. Findings (1) partially show that parents' financial status has a positive effect on learning motivation Sig. 0.009 <0.05, H_o is rejected, H_a is accepted, (2) partial consumption behavior on learning motivation has a positive effect on Sig. 0.029<0.05, H_o is rejected, H_a is accepted, (3) At the same time, the influence of parents' economic conditions and consumptive behavior on learning motivation has a positive effect on Sig. 0.001 < 0.05, H_o failed, H_alulus. it has been concluded that the economic conditions of parents and consumptive behavior have a positive effect on the learning motivation of students in class XI IPS SMAN 6 Kediri.
