Abstract

Education is a whole series of activities held by educators for students on all aspects of the development of student’s potential to achieve the goal. Educational objectives can be achieved through learning activities that are able to build and develop students' knowledge as a whole. Including in Indonesian learning. There are four skills in Indonesia language learning that must be developed, namely reading, listening, speaking and writing skills. The purpose of this study is to describe 1. Whole language approach, 2. Implementation of a Whole language approach in Indonesia language learning. The results of this study are: (1) Whole language is a language learning approach based on constructivism. Whole language is implemented contextually, logically, chronologically, communicatively, and intact so students can see language as a whole; (2) The implementation of the Whole language approach in Indonesian language learning is combining reading, listening, writing and speaking.

Abstract

Petani milenial merupakan salah satu indikator tingkat regenerasi di sektor pertanian serta menunjukkan pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang diharapkan dapat menciptakan pertanian modern yang produktif dan berkelanjutan. Siapapun bisa menjadi wirausaha online dengan memanfaatkan banyaknya media sosial yang tersedia untuk memasarkan produk usahanya. Hal ini merupakan sebuah potensi dan modal dasar yang dimiliki petani milenial Kecamatan Kumai dalam mengembangkan bisnis di bidang pertanian. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, diharapkan peserta mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pemasaran produk hasil pertanian. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan tentang pemasaran produk hasil pertanian dengan pemanfaatan media digital. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat menyambut baik dan terbuka karena peserta kegiatan mendapatkan manfaat bertambahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan khususnya digital marketing.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to map the learning styles of students in the learning design in class IB at SDN Gayamsari 02 Semarang (2) to design a learning design that is in accordance with the results of profiling observations of students in class IB at SD Negeri Gayamsari 02 Semarang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were all grade 1 students at SD Negeri Gayamsari 02 Semarang, while the research sample was Class IB at SD Negeri Gayamsari 02 Semarang with a total of 26 students. There were 13 female students and 13 male students. The stages of this research are planning, implementation, and reflection. The observation results show that the designed learning has not been able to facilitate the diversity of the characteristics of students in the class. Preparation of the learning design begins with observing student profiling, followed by mapping learning styles, planning methods, models and approaches to be used in accordance with all student learning modalities. The use of the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) approach, the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, and the Timeboard media in class IB SD Ngeri Gayamsari 02 Semarang. Abstract

Abstrak Tanaman cabai merupakan tanaman hortikultura, yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam ketahanan pangan keluarga, ekonomi serta memberikan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat. Komoditas cabai mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi selalu diminati seluruh lapisan masyarakat dan mempunyai kontribusi pada perekonomian, akan tetapi hargai cabai sering mengalami fluktuasi, yang disebabkan oleh ketidakstabilan produksi. Dalam rangka menstabilkan produksi salah satunya adalah dengan teknik budidaya yang sesuai dengan Good agriculture Practice (GAP), merupakan teknis penerapan sistem sertifikasi proses produksi pertanian yang menggunakan teknologi maju ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan, sehingga produk panen aman dikonsumsi, kesejahteraan pekerja diperhatikan dan usahatani yang memberikan keuntungan ekonomi bagi petani. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi penerapan Good Agriculture Practice (GAP), mengetahui pergeseran tenaga kerja perempuan tani dan pendapatan petani cabai rawit. Alat analisis yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, rumus kontribusi dan analisis pendapatan. Hasil penelitian ini petani cabai rawit di Kecamatan Arut selatan belum melaksanakan semua indikator Good Agriculture Practice, adanya pergeseran penggunaan tenaga kerja wanita pada usahatani cabai rawit dan kontribusi tenaga kerja wanita tani sebesar 53,48 %. Pendapatan petani cabai rawit di Kecamatan Arut Selatan sebesar Rp. 499.532.955. Kata Kunci : Cabai Rawit; Good Agriculture Practice; Usahatani Abstract Chili plants are horticultural crops, which have an important role in family food security, the economy and providing welfare for society. The chili commodity which has high economic value is always in demand by all levels of society and contributes to the economy, however the price of chilies often fluctuates, which is caused by production instability. In order to stabilize production, one way is by cultivating techniques that comply with Good Agricultural Practice (GAP), which is the technical implementation of an agricultural production process certification system that uses advanced environmentally friendly and sustainable technology, so that harvest products are safe to consume, worker welfare is cared for and farming provides economic benefits for farmers. The aim of this research is to identify the implementation of Good Agriculture Practice (GAP), determine the shift in female farming labor and the income of cayenne pepper farmers. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis, contribution formula and income analysis. The results of this research are that cayenne pepper farmers in South Arut District have not implemented all Good Agriculture Practice indicators, there is a shift in the use of female labor in cayenne pepper farming and the contribution of female agricultural labor is 53.48%. Abstract

Telang flower tea is one of the plants that has potential as an herbal drink because it can treat several diseases. The partner is a Women Farmers Group that has a telang flower tea production business. One of the obstacles faced is that the marketing aspect is still limited because the product is less attractive and less recognized by the public. The purpose of this activity is to rovide digital marketing education, with the rebranding aspect for acid pretreatment of telang flower. The method of implementing activities is through education with presentation, pre test and post test, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), as wel as hands on activities. The result of this activity is that partners are open to improving product branding, including logo improvements. The conclusion is that digital marketing in the aspect of rebranding is able to increase the competitiveness of herbal products more widely.

Abstract

Observation results indicated that the designed learning approach did not effectively accommodate the diverse student characteristics in the class. Preparation of the learning design began with observing student profiles, mapping learning styles, and planning methods and approaches in line with all student learning modalities. The learning design included the use of the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) approach, the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, and the Timeboard media in class IB at SD Negeri Gayamsari 02 Semarang. Reflection activities were conducted to identify and evaluate inappropriate learning designs.

Abstract

Home industry Ibu Gati menjalankan 2 proses produksi yang bergerak secara bersamaan yaitu keripik singkong dan keripik usus. Terdapat kendala dalam penggunaan sumber daya yang dimiliki yaitu tenaga kerja yang terbatas dan keterbatasan modal. Dengan adanya jumlah permintaan yang cukup banyak perlu dikelola dan diatur dengan baik sesuai dengan kapasitas modal dan ketersediaan sumber daya agar mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu berkaitan dengan proses memaksimalkan keuntungan, proses mencari solusi untuk mencapai produksi yang optimal dan mendapati keuntungan yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk menentukan kombinasi produksi keripik singkong dan keripik usus ayam yang optimal. (2) Untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan produksi keripik singkong dan keripik usus ayam. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Home Industry milik Ibu Gati, usaha ini dibidang pengolahan keripik singkong dan keripik usus ayam, berlokasi di Jalan Samari Gang. Markisa I Kelurahan Madurejo Kecamatan Arut Selatan Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada Ibu Gati untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan. Dengan hasil penelitian kombinasi produksi yang optimal adalah sebanyak 17,63 kali produksi keripik singkong setiap bulannya dan 0 produksi pada keripik usus ayam, serta kentungan maksimal yang didapatkan sebanyak Rp. 5.413.764.

Abstract

Secara nasional, status gizi balita menunjukkan gambaran yang penuh tantangan, seperti terlihat dari hasil Pemantauan Status Gizi (PSG) 2017, menunjukkan bahwa status gizi buruk dan gizi kurang pada balita lebih tinggi daripada status tersebut pada baduta (bawah dua tahun), yaitu 17,8% dan 14,8% dengan status gizi buruk masing-masing 3,8% dan 3,5%. Persentase gizi buruk tersebut masing-masing meningkat dari 3,4% dan 3,1% (2016), sedangkan pada tahun 2015 3,9% dan 3,2%. Riset Kesehatan Dasar 2013 mencatat prevalensi stunting nasional mencapai 37,2 persen, meningkat dari tahun 2010 (35,6%) dan 2007 (36,8%). Artinya, pertumbuhan tak maksimal diderita oleh sekitar 8,9 juta anak Indonesia, atau satu dari tiga anak Indonesia. Peran aktif kader besifat penting karena kader mempengaruhi keberhasilan program Posyandu khususnya dalam pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang buku KIA dalam rangka pencegahan stunting Pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan mengenai isi buku KIA dan cara deteksi stunting pada anak balita. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan para kader posyandu di Desa Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Jati Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Diharapkan pemberdayaan kader posyandu dapat dilaksanakan secara konsisten dan berkesinambungan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja kader dalam pelayanan posyandu yang optimalKata kunci: Buku KIA. kader posyandu, balita stunting, pemberdayaan
