Abstract

SMP Negeri 3 Tampaksiring is one of the State Junior High Schools in Gianyar Regency that wants to prepare its educators to be ready to learn online due to the current pandemic conditions. Not all educators at SMPN 3 Tampaksiring can use and operate Google Classroom due to age and unfamiliarity. The purpose of this community service is so that every educator can share subject materials, assignments and exams in one application that can accommodate all of that. Through this community service activity, SMPN 3 Tampaksiring in collaboration with the Indonesian Institute of Business and Technology (INSTIKI) held online training on the use of Google Classroom for educators. This training is conducted online using the Zoom Meeting application. So, it is hoped that all educators at SMPN 3 Tampaksiring can participate and gain an understanding of the use of Google Classroom. Seeing the enthusiasm of the educators, it is possible that similar activities will be continued with other trainings to support teaching and learning activities at the school.

Abstract

The declining use of the Balinese language, especially among the younger generation, is something that the Bali Provincial Language Center needs to pay attention to immediately holding a language revitalization program. One of the activities in the regional language revitalization program is a photography training activity (motrek) for junior high school teachers which aims to revitalize language starting from the school realm, namely teachers and students. His hope in everyday life is not far from photography. The resulting photos can be given a description in Balinese, especially when uploading to social media. The training lasted for 4 days, attended by 75 State Middle School teachers. The training was filled with delivery of material, discussions, questions and answers and hands-on practice using each participant's cell phone. The results of the posttest showed an increase in understanding of the material by 48% from the results of the previous pretest.

Abstract

This research purpose to evaluate the effectiveness of the hybrid learning program at the INSTIKI Denpasar institution. This qualitative evaluative research uses the Discrepancy Evaluation Method model by Provus (1971) through 5 stages of design, installation, process, product, and cost-benefit analysis. Data were collected using interviews with Vice-Chancellor 1 for education, four lecturers and five students, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Based on the research, the objectives of the hybrid learning program were achieved. The results of the study found that the hybrid learning effectiveness program at the INSTIKI Denpasar institution was considered good with a description of the design stage, installation stage, stage on-campus that fulfilled eighty percent of the government's aspects, and stage four objectives were achieved so that it was of good value. In the comparison phase with other programs, each program is helpful but supports the other. Four gaps were found in the program: the lack of parental involvement in the classroom and the cessation of lecturer-to-lecturer activities. There is no combination of news and accompanying readings, caregivers participate in the program. Researchers suggest continuing this program with improvements

Abstract

Technological advances and the current pandemic situation require SD Muhammadiyah 3 Denpasar to evaluate the current learning system. The current learning system is less effective due to advances in technological developments, as well as the prolonged pandemic situation that has forced the learning system to be carried out online. Students are still confused about participating in online learning, and are often left behind in effective online learning because the gadgets students usually use for online learning are sometimes being used by their parents or other circumstances. Students need a source of literature or other sources of teaching materials that allow students to review the teaching materials after study hours. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out to provide an effective alternative to be applied to students, namely by making animated videos covering natural science subject matter regarding the functions and parts of plants. This community service activity begins with survey and preparation activities, analysis and development of learning videos, and then conducts outreach and training on how to use these learning videos. Based on the results of the training conducted, students and teachers can properly use this learning video as an alternative reference for learning materials.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu SMP negeri di Kabupaten Bangli, SMPN 2 Bangli ingin menyiapkan tenaga pendidiknya agar siap untuk pembelajaran secara daring akibat pandemi saat ini. Tenaga pendidik di SMPN 2 Bangli tidak semuanya mampu menggunakan dan mengoperasikan Google Form karena faktor usia dan karena belum terbiasa. Selain itu Google Form merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang disarankan oleh dinas terkait untuk digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar pada pembelajaran daring saat ini. Dengan Google Form diharapkan setiap guru dapat memberikan tugas, kuisioner, ulangan harian atau pun ujian secara daring. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat STIKI Peduli ini, SMPN 2 Bangli bekerja sama dengan STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA (STIKI) untuk melakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan Google Form untuk para tenaga pendidik. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pemberian pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode Presentasi, metode Praktek Langsung, Tanya Jawab (Diskusi), dan pemberian Pretest dan Posttest kepada peserta pelatihan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilakukan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 2 hari agar jumlah peserta dalam ruangan tidak terlalu banyak. Harapannya semua tenaga pendidik di SMPN 2 Bangli dapat ikut berpartisipasi dan mendapatkan pemahaman tentang Google Form.

Abstract

Sistem monitoring dalam penanganan kerusakan peralatan elektronik di STMIK STIKOM Indonesia saat inidilaksanakan dengan melakukan pencatatan di buku besar.Kendala yang dihadapi adalah sering terjadinya kesimpang siuran informasi peralatan yang sudah diperbaiki dan yang belum diperbaiki.Teknisi yang telah memperbaiki kadang tidak melaporkan ke Bagian Rumah Tangga hasil dari perbaikan tersebut.Hal ini menyebabkan Bagian Rumah Tangga, BAA, dan PK II tidak tahu informaasi mengenai kondisi peralatan saat itu sehingga pelayanan STMIK STIKOM Indonesia terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa menjadi kurang efektif.Penelitian ini akan diawali dengan melakukan observasi terhadap sistem yang sudah ada kemudian dilanjutkan dengan requirement analysis dari pengguna sistem dan berikutnya dilakukan proses pengembangan sistem. Tahap akhir dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode black box testing. Sistem monitoring penanganan kerusakan peralatan elektronik ini dibangun dengan tujuan dapat memantau penanganan kerusakan peralatan yang dilakukan oleh teknisi.Proses monitoring akan diawali dengan penginputan data kerusakan oleh bagian rumah tangga yang kemudian dapat langsung dilihat oleh bagian teknisi dan PK II. Jika perbaikan telah selesai dilakukan maka bagian teknisi akan menginputkan status dan tanggal selesainya perbaikan tersebut. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayananpada STMIK STIKOM Indonesia.

Abstract

Duta Utama Grafika adalah sebuah UMKM percetakan yang masih mengelola keuangan secara manual menggunakan buku transaksi, yang menimbulkan berbagai tantangan, seperti potensi kesalahan perhitungan, keterlambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta inefisiensi kerja. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, tim pengabdian masyarakat mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan keuangan berbasis web sebagai solusi yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan dan kemudahan akses data keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini mencakup transfer knowledge melalui pelatihan staf, difusi IPTEKS dalam bentuk penerapan teknologi sistem informasi keuangan, serta transfer teknologi dengan implementasi sistem berbasis web yang dapat diakses secara real-time. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diterapkan mampu mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi, menyusun laporan keuangan secara sistematis, serta meningkatkan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan bagi mitra. Dengan adanya sistem ini, Duta Utama Grafika dapat lebih efisien dalam mengelola keuangan serta meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.

Abstract

Dalam memastikan efektivitas efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna atas suatu produk, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan penilaian atas produk tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Usability Testing dengan menggunakan Metode Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) pada E-Modul Basis Data. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan teknik wawancara, teknik observasi ataupun teknik angket/kuisioner. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari hasil rekapitulasi hasil pengujian kuisioner dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale dengan skor yang diperoleh adalah 80,7 dari sisi Acceptability, Grade Scale dan Adjective Rating diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat Acceptabilty Range pengguna terhadap E-modul Basis Data yang dikembangkan berada pada grade Acceptable, tingkat Grade Scale berada pada kategori B, dan tingkat Adjective Rating berada pada kategori Excelent maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-Modul Basis Data yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Currently, the challenges facing education include the quantity and quality development to globally competition, as well as producing human resources. Therefore, it is important to educate the younger generation, specifically high school students to become imaginative and creative. This systematic review aimed to focus on internet searching of entrepreneurship context related to character-in-making. The data were collected from three major databases i.e., google Scholar, Sinta, and Scopus database. The results showed that online learning help to shape students' character or behavior to promote entrepreneurial spirit. The results of this research also showed that institutional stakeholders easily select, sort, and compare the quality of applications. Nevertheless, the application or software is beneficial to children in terms of teaching and educating. From a commercial perspective, this software is beneficial because it provides income through purchase or rent. This qualitative descriptive study implies and highlights within its limitation that the emergence of entrepreneurs tends to improve the learning quality and the community economy. And there tend to be needed for educational facilities or software which affects the number of entrepreneurs engaged in teaching.

Abstract

Education is a vital necessity in people's lives. One of the media that can be used is Interactive Learning Media, which can present material in visual form, as well as simulate material that is difficult to convey verbally. The author plans to provide material on Introduction to Key Figures Involved in the Proclamation of Independence, which is expected to facilitate students’ learning process. The research location is Jagapati Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali. The data collection methods used include interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review. The testing process involved both alpha and beta testing. The number of respondents was 32 people, consisting of 28 fifth-grade students, 2 subject matter experts in Social Studies for fifth grade at SD N 1 Jagapati, and 2 media experts. The results showed that the interactive learning media had a positive impact, with an evaluation score of 86% from teachers, indicating that the media is beneficial for teaching. The student evaluation score was 89.996%, showing a positive effect on student learning, while an evaluation score of 78% from university lecturers indicated that the media is suitable for use. It can therefore be concluded that Interactive Learning Media is highly practical for use by both students and teachers in the Social Studies learning process.
