Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh circuit training terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskular siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 1 Martapura. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest and posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), yang populasinya berjumlah 30 siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal dan 15 peserta dipilih sebagai sampel dengan purposive sampling. Uji-t paired sample test atau uji t merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan menjalani pengujian prasyarat sebelumnya untuk homogenitas dan normalitas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa circuit training mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskular siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 1 Martapura. Nilai (t-hitung) sebesar 5,203 > 2,144 (t-tabel) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 diperoleh dari temuan uji t. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah melakukan circuit training pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMPN 1 Martapura.

Abstract

The aim of physical education is to develop physical abilities. Good physical abilities have an impact on students' ability to think and concentrate on learning. Children aged 5 to 17 years are recommended to do physical activity with a duration of 60 minutes in the moderate to vigorous intensity category. Physical activity done more than 60 minutes a day can provide body health. Learning PE at school, all the time available for learning is not fully used effectively so that to gain physical fitness students must spend time doing physical activities outside of learning hours. The aim of this research is to determine the physical activity carried out by students outside school hours. The sample for this research was 174 students in elementary schools throughout South Kalimantan. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The technique used in taking samples is purposive sampling. The instrument used to obtain research data was the IPAQ questionnaire. The research results showed that physical activity carried out by students with heavy activities was mostly carried out for 3 days with a percentage of 28%, the time range used was 60-90 minutes a day. Students who do moderate activities mostly do it for 2 days with a percentage of 24%, the time span used is less than 60 minutes a day. Students' walking activities are mostly carried out for 7 days with a percentage of 61%, the time range used is 60-90 minutes a day. Students do most of the sitting activities for 7 days with a percentage of 59%, the time range used is 60-90 minutes a day. Elementary school students do a lot of physical activity in the moderate category with a range of 600 – 6000 MET-minutes/week as much as 51.72%.

Abstract

Persetala Tanah Laut adalah klub sepak bola yang telah berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kejuaraan nasional, seperti Liga 3 Nasional dan Piala Suratin. Untuk memastikan efektivitas program latihan, dilakukan pelatihan tes dan pengukuran fisik dominan bagi pelatih dan pemain. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 5 pelatih dan 15 pemain dengan fokus pada lima aspek fisik utama: VO2max, kekuatan otot tungkai, kelincahan, kecepatan, dan kelentukan. Kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi teori tes pengukuran, dilanjutkan dengan praktik lapangan sesuai prosedur standar. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada rata-rata skor fisik pemain, dari 55 pada tes awal menjadi 80 pada tes akhir. Tes VO2max mengungkapkan peningkatan kapasitas aerobik pemain, sedangkan pengujian kekuatan otot tungkai menggunakan leg dynamometer menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan maksimal otot kaki. Tes kelincahan, seperti Illinois Agility Test, mencatat perbaikan signifikan dalam kemampuan pemain untuk bergerak cepat dan berubah arah. Dalam tes kecepatan, rata-rata waktu sprint 20 meter menunjukkan percepatan yang lebih baik, dan tes kelentukan mencatat peningkatan fleksibilitas tubuh pemain. Implikasi dari pelatihan ini adalah penyediaan data objektif untuk mengevaluasi kondisi fisik dan kebutuhan spesifik pemain. Data ini memungkinkan pelatih untuk merancang program latihan yang lebih terarah, meningkatkan performa pemain di lapangan, serta meminimalkan risiko cedera. Selain itu, pelatihan ini memperkuat kolaborasi antara akademisi olahraga dan pelatih lokal, yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan pendekatan berbasis ilmiah dalam pengelolaan tim. Dengan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, Persetala Tanah Laut dapat meningkatkan standar kompetitifnya dan menjadi model bagi pengelolaan tim sepak bola di tingkat lokal. Training Test and Dominant Physical Measurement of Tanah Laut Football Players Abstract Persetala Tanah Laut is a football club that has participated in various national championships, such as the National League 3 and Suratin Cup. To ensure the effectiveness of its training program, a dominant physical measurement and testing training was conducted for coaches and players. The training involved 5 coaches and 15 players, focusing on five key physical aspects: VO2max, leg muscle strength, agility, speed, and flexibility. The activity began with the socialization of measurement test theory, followed by field practice conducted in accordance with standardized procedures. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in the players' average physical test scores, rising from 55 in the initial test to 80 in the final test. The VO2max test demonstrated increased aerobic capacity, while the leg muscle strength test using a leg dynamometer indicated an improvement in maximal muscle strength. Agility tests, such as the Illinois Agility Test, recorded significant progress in the players' ability to move quickly and change direction. The speed test, involving a 20-meter sprint, showed enhanced acceleration, and the flexibility test noted better overall body flexibility among the players. The implications of this training include the provision of objective data to evaluate the physical condition and specific needs of players. This data enables coaches to design more targeted training programs, enhance on-field performance, and minimize injury risks. Additionally, the training fostered collaboration between sports academics and local coaches, contributing to the development of a scientific approach to team management. With continuous training, Persetala Tanah Laut can elevate its competitive standards and serve as a model for local football team management.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan passing dan control pemain futsal pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMPN 13 Banjarbaru. Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan, dan tes serta observasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Passing And Stopping Futsal Bangbang Test” yang mendapat konfirmasi langsung dan logis dari para ahli. 10 dari 14 pemain futsal SMPN 13 Banjarbaru yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini. Perolehan pengkajian menunjukkan, pemain futsal SMPN 13 Banjarbaru mempunyai tingkat passing dan penguasaan sedang dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Hal tersebut tampak dari perolehan tes passing and control menunjukkan, 1 pemain 10% dinyatakan memiliki tingkat keberhasilan yang “sangat tinggi”, 2 pemain 20% tingkat keberhasilannya “tinggi”, 5 pemain 50% memiliki tingkat keberhasilan “sedang”, 1 pemain 10% tingkat keberhasilannya “rendah”, dan 1 pemain 10% tingkat keberhasilannya “sangat rendah”. Sementara itu, perolehan maksimum sejumlah 87,7 perolehan minimum 51,2 dan rata-rata perolehan sebesar 72,0 terletak pada interval 63 < ???? ≤ 75, jadi secara keseluruhan tingkat keberhasilan passing dan control masuk dalam kategori “sedang”, sejalan dengan perolehan dari hasil penilaian, kesimpulannya perlu dilakukan pembinaan yang lebih intensif untuk meningkatkan tingkat passing dan control pemain futsal di ekstrakurikuler SMPN 13 Banjarbaru.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini  yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat daya tahan atlet lari jarak menengah PASI kabupaten Tanah laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mendiskripsikan data penelitian mengenai tingkat daya tahan atlet lari jarak menengah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet lari jarak menengah PASI kabupaten Tanah laut. Untuk mengukur tingkat daya tahan atlet lari jarak menengah PASI kabupaten Tanah laut menggunakan tes cooper lari 2,4 km. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang tingkat daya tahan aerobik atlet lari jarak menengah PASI kabupaten Tanah laut dapat disimpulkan dari 7 orang responden dengan menampilkan tingkat daya tahan pada klasifikasi baik sekali dan terlatih terdapat 1 orang dengan presentase (14,29%), sangat baik berjumlah 2 orang berdasarkan presentasenya (28,57%), tergolong baik berjumlah 2 orang berdasarkan presentasenya (28,57%),   sedang 2 orang berdasarkan presentasenya (28,57%), kurang terdapat 0 orang berdasarkan presentasenya (0%) dan sangat kurang termuatnya 0 orang pada presentasenya (0%).

Abstract

Kegiatan olahraga khususnya atletik mempunyai banyak aspek dan faktor yang menunjang prestasi atlet baik secara fisik, teknik, dan psikis. Namun, saat ini banyak atlet atletik yang mengalami overthinking baik saat latihan, pra-kompetisi, dan saat kompetisi sehingga muncul sebuah kecemasan (anxiety) yang tentunya dapat mempengaruhi performa atlet tersebut. Kecemasan merupakan respon tubuh terhadap situasi tertentu, antara lain kelelahan, ketegangan, mudah tersinggung, ketegangan otot, panik, dan ketakutan yang tidak rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan atlet atletik Kalimantan Selatan dalam menghadapi pertandingan POMNAS XVIII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 21 orang atlet sampling yang digunakan total sampling. Instumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah angket Sport Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT). Dengan pengambilan data yaitu menyebarkan angket melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 5 (25%) atlet atletik yang memiliki tingkat kecemasan rendah. 11 atlet (55%) memiliki tingkat kecemasan rata – rata dan 5 (25%) atlet dengan kecemasan tinggi. Dan mayoritas atlet atletik tim POMNAS XVIII Kalimantan Selatan memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang. Sehingga perlunya latihan mental dalam upaya mengurangi tingkat kecemasan atlet dalam menghadapi pertandingan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik atlet futsal putri di SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot pada aspek kecepatan, kelincahan, dan daya tahan. Kondisi fisik berperan penting karena memengaruhi hampir seluruh performa futsal, termasuk kemampuan menjaga intensitas permainan pada olahraga berintensitas tinggi dengan tempo cepat; penelitian dilakukan karena penulis mengamati rendahnya kondisi fisik atlet futsal putri di sekolah tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan tes: lari 20 meter untuk kecepatan (sering digunakan dalam penelitian olahraga, kepelatihan, dan kajian kebugaran karena objektif serta reliabel), Illinois Agility Test untuk kelincahan (sesuai tuntutan futsal yang membutuhkan gerak eksplosif, rotasi tubuh, dan pergantian arah cepat), serta Pacer Test untuk daya tahan. Sampel berjumlah 12 atlet futsal putri yang merupakan tim inti ekstrakurikuler futsal sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan kondisi fisik atlet secara umum berada pada kategori kurang sekali hingga cukup. Kecepatan: 1 atlet kategori baik sekali (interval 3,2–3,4), 2 atlet kategori cukup (interval 3,8–4,0), dan 9 atlet kategori kurang sekali (interval >4,3). Kelincahan: 11 atlet kategori cukup (interval 18,0–21,7) dan 1 atlet kategori kurang (interval 21,8–23,0). Daya tahan: 4 atlet kategori cukup (norma 33–41 jumlah balikan), 2 atlet kategori kurang (norma 24–32 jumlah balikan), dan 6 atlet kategori kurang sekali (norma <23 jumlah balikan). Berdasarkan posisi, pivot memiliki kondisi fisik lebih baik daripada anchor, flank, dan kiper. Temuan menegaskan kelemahan utama pada kecepatan dan daya tahan, sehingga perlu perhatian intensif melalui program latihan yang lebih terstruktur, spesifik, dan berorientasi peningkatan komponen yang belum optimal untuk mendukung performa dan prestasi olahraga sekolah berkelanjutan dan terukur. Physical Condition Level of Female Futsal Athletes at State Middle School 1 Tanah Grogot Based on Player Position Abstract This study aimed to determine the level of physical fitness of female futsal athletes at SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot in terms of speed, agility, and endurance. Physical fitness plays an important role because it affects nearly all aspects of futsal performance, including the ability to maintain playing intensity in a high-intensity sport with a fast tempo; this study was conducted because the author observed low physical fitness levels among the school’s female futsal athletes. Data were collected through a survey using physical fitness tests: a 20-meter sprint for speed (widely used in sports research, coaching, and fitness studies due to its objective and reliable results), the Illinois Agility Test for agility (appropriate for futsal’s movement demands that require explosive actions, body rotation, and rapid changes of direction), and the Pacer Test for endurance. The sample consisted of 12 female futsal athletes who were members of the school’s core extracurricular futsal team. The results showed that the athletes’ overall physical fitness generally fell within the very poor to fair categories. Speed: 1 athlete was in the excellent category (interval 3.2–3.4), 2 athletes were in the fair category (interval 3.8–4.0), and 9 athletes were in the very poor category (interval > 4.3). Agility: 11 athletes were in the fair category (interval 18.0–21.7) and 1 athlete was in the poor category (interval 21.8–23.0). Endurance: 4 athletes were in the fair category (norm 33–41 shuttle runs), 2 athletes were in the poor category (norm 24–32 shuttle runs), and 6 athletes were in the very poor category (norm < 23 shuttle runs). Based on playing positions, pivots demonstrated better physical fitness than anchors, flanks, and goalkeepers. These findings confirm that speed and endurance remain the primary weaknesses that require intensive attention in training program planning. Therefore, a more structured, specific, and improvement-oriented training program is needed to enhance the less optimal components of physical fitness, thereby supporting improved performance of female futsal athletes and contributing to measurable, sustainable sporting achievement in the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the comparison of traditional games and modern games against the skills of students at State Elementary School 1 Guntung Manggis. In today’s digital era, ,modern games are increasingly dominating than traditional games, so it is important to explore its effect on children’s skills. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through observation and interviews. The data analysis process is carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that traditional games such as gobak sodor, forts, clogs, hide and seek and hid plots were more often played at the State Elementary School 1 Guntung Manggis and had a significant impact on the social, physical, and emotional development of students. Meanwhile, while modern games such as rubik, monopoly, roblox, free fire and pubg are also popular, the negative impact is seen in the reduction of social interaction and the tendency to play individually. The conclusion is that games have a greater positive impact than modern games, Especially in the aspects of social interaction, cooperation, thinking skills, and emotional and behavioral management.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore the role of physical education in shaping students' character at Paringin City Elementary School in the contemporary era. The examined character encompasses elements of religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, and responsibility. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach using a survey technique, in which questionnaires are distributed to fifth-grade students across 10 elementary schools in Paringin City. The gathered data is analyzed using the percentage technique and presented through tables and bar charts to depict each category in the character development process.. The study results indicate that physical education significantly contributes to shaping students' character. The majority of the analyzed character aspects fall within the categories of "excellent" to "good", The responsibility aspect achieved the highest percentage at 84%, followed by honesty at 77%. These findings reaffirm that physical education contributes not only to physical development, but also serves as an effective tool for character development. Hence, to further instill character values in students, it is essential to enhance and optimize physical education teaching methods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Body Mass Index (BMI) levels and waist circumference of Belly Dance participants at Sanggar Purnama. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method using a total sampling technique, involving 15 active Belly Dance participants. The instruments used included BMI measurements and waist circumference. The results showed that most participants (40%) fell into the obesity category I, 26.67% were overweight, 26.67% were in the normal range, and 6.67% were classified as obesity category II. Regarding waist circumference, 53% of participants were within the normal range, while 47% exceeded the normal threshold for women (>80 cm), indicating central obesity. These findings suggest that although Belly Dance is regularly practiced, not all participants achieved ideal body weight or waist circumference. This highlights the importance of a holistic approach to weight management, incorporating regular physical activity, a balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle. This study contributes to the understanding of Belly Dance’s effectiveness on body composition and participant health and serves as a foundation for future health intervention strategies.
