Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan di Violet Bakery Kota Probolinggo bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 203 responden dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistic berupa uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, serta pengujian dan pengolahan hipotesis dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the variables of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on partial employee performance at CV. Pia Forta Probolinggo City. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach, with a sample size of 32 respondents who are CV employees. Pia Forta Probolinggo City using saturated sampling techniques. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and also the T test are data analysis methods. In this way, from the results of the T Test it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of the variables emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of CV employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions at UD. Jaya Abadi partially. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method using a sample of 100 consumers of UD. Jaya Abadi. The independent variables in this study are brand image and product quality with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. Sampling using incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is the primary data distribution of the questionnaire. Data processing is done using SPSS computer software. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that r arithmetic > r table, and from the overall number showing the Cronbach Alpha value > 0.60 it was stated that all variables in the reliability research test were declared reliable. Based on the T-test, the results of t count 4.664 > t table 1.985 and sig value 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions at UD. Jaya Abadi and t count 2.602 > t table 1.985 and sig 0.011 <0.05 which means it means that there is an influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at UD. Jaya Abadi
