Abstract

Kota Bandung adalah salah satu kota yang sangat banyak memiliki tempat penginapan bagi orang-orang yang melakukan kegiatan wisata, berlibur serta melakukan kegiatan meeting di luar perusahaan. Tempat penginapan yang sesuai dengan keinginan pasti salah satu yang dicari dan dibutuhkan dalam melakukan kegiatan tersebut, salah satunya adalah Hotel. Hotel salah satu penginapan yang paling dicari sebagai tempat penginapan bagi orang-orang yang melakukan kegiatan wisata, berlibur serta melakukan kegiatan meeting di luar perusahaan mereka. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menentukan Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Melalui Analisis Pengembangan STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) Dan BMC (Business Model Canvas Pada Lingian Hotel & Convention) Tahun 2023.Kata Kunci : Segmentation,Ttargeting, Positioning, Bisnis Model Canvas, Kualitatif

Abstract

The digitalization era is experiencing rapid development, various digital platforms come with various features provided to users. Ease of access to technology and searching for information is one of the things that attracts users to use digital platforms, one of which is social media. Social media can be used for promotion by creating attractive and valuable content. The content created is content that educates, inspires, entertains, and of course contains promotional content. Tourist villages are villages with various tourism potentials, such as natural tourism to educational tourism. One of the villages in the South Bandung area, namely Bumiwangi village, has various potentials that can be developed, but is hampered by the lack of promotional facilities and delivery of tourist village information. In order to overcome these obstacles, community service activities were held through mentoring and developing promotions for the Bumiwangi tourist village, activities including creating social media accounts, promotional content, and training.ABSTRAKDigitalisasi era mengalami perkembangan yang begitu pesat, berbagai platform digital hadir dengan berbagai fitur yang disediakan bagi pengguna. Kemudahan akses teknologi dan pencarian informasi merupakan salah satu hal yang menjadi daya tarik pengguna dalam menggunakan platform digital, salah satunya adalah sosial media. Sosial media dapat digunakan untuk promosi dengan cara membuat konten yang atraktif dan valuable. Konten yang dibuat merupakan konten yang mengedukasi, menginspirasi, menghibur, dan tentunya memuat konten promosi. Desa wisata merupakan desa dengan berbagai potensi wisata, seperti wisata alam hingga wisata edukasi. Salah satu desa di wilayah Bandung Selatan yaitu desa Bumiwangi, memiliki berbagai potensi yang dapat dikembangkan, tetapi terkendala dengan masih minimnya sarana promosi dan penyampaian informasi desa wisata. Guna mengatasi kendala tersebut, maka diadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui pendampingan dan pengembangan promosi desa wisata Bumiwangi, kegiatan mencakup pembuatan akun sosial media, konten promosi, serta pelatihan.

Abstract

The trend of the growth of café in the North Bandung City Area is increasing, along with increasing mobility and the need for people to enjoy coffee in beautiful nature. The growth of the café is also in line with the growth of nature-based tourist destinations, which are increasingly attractive to visit. This study analyses how lifestyle influences the decision to visit café in North Bandung City, West Java Province. The research method used qualitative with a descriptive survey approach of 100 respondents who visited café in North Bandung City, West Java Province. Simple linear analysis is the data analysis method employed. The results showed that lifestyle positively and significantly affected the decision to visit café in North Bandung City, West Java Province. This influence is in a robust classification. Thus, the implication of this research is the need for café in the North Bandung City area of West Java Province to organize café oriented towards visitors' needs and lifestyle desires, mainly when associated with social media. This research needs to be continued by involving other aspects as variables studied, for example, social media.
