Abstract

The type of research used is a type of statistical quantitative research. The population used in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are 46 banking sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the sample was determined using the purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria so that there were 32 samples of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, stock movements that experienced ups and downs caused by Covid-19 and shares that were still active according to the brand name during the research period, namely 2021. Data collection techniques were accessed by accessing the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id and the website of each company, namely share price data used were share price data. In proving and analyzing this, it is necessary to test the normality of the data and test the hypothesis. Data processing begins with Microsoft Excel and then with SPSS version 22. The results of the test (t) show that Covid-19 has an effect on the prices of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the results of the test (t) show that profit and loss has no effect on the prices of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, test (f) shows that Covid-19 and profit and loss together have a significant effect on the prices of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai penilaian kinerja karyawan kontrak yang berperan sebagai Koordinator Fasilitator dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat bidang perumahan yang dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan pengelola kegiatan Bantuan Stimulan Rumah Swadaya (BSPS) dari Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Penilaian  kinerja dilakukan berdasarkan konsep kualitatif dengan analisis dan pembahasan menggunakan teknik deskriptif.  Pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa stake holder pada pelaksanaan kegiatan BSPS di tingkat pusat (Jakarta) dan di daerah. Mencermati hasil penilaian kinerja Secara umum, ke 39 orang karyawan kontrak perusahaan, dalam hal ini Koordinator Fasilitator mendapatkan nilai “Baik” dengan range nilai antara 76 sampai dengan 90.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas metode sistematis untuk pemilihan saham berdasarkan kriteria fundamental dalam investasi pasar modal. Metode ini menggunakan aplikasi Stockbit melalui fitur Stock Screener untuk mempermudah identifikasi saham-saham yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada saham-saham pilihan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang memiliki potensial baik untuk investasi jangka panjang. Langkah-langkah yang terinci melibatkan penentuan kriteria pencarian, eksekusi pencarian, analisis fundamental, pemilihan saham, diversifikasi portofolio, monitoring, evaluasi, serta pelaporan dan pengambilan keputusan investasi. Unsur kebaruan atau temuan dalam tulisan ini dengan mengkorelasikan antara pemanfaatan alat Stock Screener dengan konsep Simplifikasi Analisis penyaringan saham, edukasi dasar memilih emiten saham yang tepat, evaluasi valuasi saham menggunakan indicator tertentu dan identifikasi saham diskon diatas 20% serta analisis mendalam maupun pemahaman sektor bisnis yang dapat memberikan pandangan menyeluruh terhadap proyeksi masa depan. Dalam penelitian pada penulisan ini terdapat empat emiten saham yang lolos kriteria kualitas dan valuasi saham kemudian berpotensi memiliki diskon lebih dari 20% antara selisih harga pasarnya saat ini dengan valuasi harga rata-rata wajarnya dalam 5 tahun terakhir yakni HMSP, GEMS, BJBR dan TKIM.  Dengan berbekal hasil tersebut dapat menjadi data temuan penting bagi investor untuk mendalami lebih lanjut dengan mengunduh laporan keuangan lima tahun terakhir dan memahami model bisnis perusahaan yang menjadi target investasi

Abstract

Human resource management is included in organizations that focus on human resources. Human resources or human resources are one of the most important parts of a company, especially at the Directorate General of Regional Financial Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline and work stress on employee performance. The analytical tool used was Spss29.0 ver.2023, in this study 40 respondents were used as the study population and the research sample technique used was saturated sampling technique, and questionnaires were used as a data collection tool. From validity test and reliability test The variables of work environment, work discipline and work stress are said to be valid because the value of r count > r table and the reliability test results are said to be reliable with the cornbanch alpha value r count 0.494 > r table 0.304. The results of the determination test for the R square value are 0.308 or 30.8% so that the work environment variables work discipline and work stress have an effect of 30.8% on employee performance, the rest are influenced by other variables not examined. The F test shows the value of Fcount, 5,339 > Ftable, 1.92. Therefore, it can be concluded that the work environment, work discipline and work stress have a simultaneous influence on employee performance. Abstract

The analytical instrument employed was Spss29.0 ver.2023, in this study 40 respondents were used as the study population and the research sample technique used was saturated sampling technique, and questionnaires were used as a data collection tool. From validity test and reliability test. The reliability test results are considered reliable with the Cronbach alpha value r count 0.494 > r table 0.304, and the variables of work environment, work discipline, and work stress are considered valid because the value of r count > r table. The work environment variables of work discipline and work stress have an effect of 30.8% on employee performance, according to the results of the determination test for the R square value, which is 0.308 or 30.8%. The remaining variables are influenced by other variables that were not examined. According to the F test, Fcount (5,339) is greater than Ftable (1.92). Thus, the working environment, work discipline, and work stress all have an impact on employee performance at the same time.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically establish the relationship between cash management and the profitability and liquidity of manufacturing firms in the Industrial Anek Sector that are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this analysis, we employ the current ratio, quick ratio, and return on assets. The years 2020 and 2022 were chosen for this analysis. This study is a quantitative statistical analysis. The population of this analysis consists of the many different types of manufacturing that will be traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2020 and 2022. Purposive sampling was employed to choose the sample. There are ten businesses that are a good fit for the requirements. Methods of regression analysis and conventional assumption testing were applied in this investigation. This research shows that between 2020 and 2022, Cash Management will not significantly affect the bottom lines of businesses across different sectors. Abstract

Public sector financial performance requires evaluation as a form of evaluation so that financial performance is more optimal. The financial performance of the Tangerang Regency Government in this study uses the Value for Money (VfM) approach with factors from three main factors, namely economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in 2014 to 2023. Based on the analysis of the public sector financial performance of Tangerang Regency, it is very economical with an average of 101.33% and very efficient with an average of 112.93%, but its efficiency is still low with an average of 98.54%. The results of this analysis can be used as evaluation material for the Tangerang Regency Government to carry out efficiency in public sector financial performance, so that the Tangerang Regency Government can optimize the quality of service to the local community.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Salah satu inovasi adalah penerapan sistem pendaftaran peserta didik baru (PPDB) secara online yang meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, biaya, dan tenaga. SMAIT Asy-Syukriyyah, sebagai lembaga pendidikan swasta terkemuka di Kota Tangerang, telah menggunakan sistem pendaftaran berbasis website melalui ppdb.asy-syukriyyah.sch.id. Namun, beberapa masalah muncul, seperti delay dalam aktivasi akun calon peserta didik dan kesulitan transaksi, yang berdampak pada kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas website PPDB SMAIT Asy-Syukriyyah menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0, yang mencakup tiga dimensi: kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan interaksi pelayanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna, yaitu manajemen, guru, dan pegawai sekolah. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kualitas website guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini juga menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan website PPDB di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Financial performance is essential to ensure accountability and efLiciency in public sector organizations, especially in government. Public Sector Financial Performance requires assessment as a form of evaluation, so that Linancial performance becomes more optimal. The process of regional Linancial management consists of three stages: planning, implementation, and accountability, according to Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 13 of 2006 Concerning Regional Finavfc ncial Management Guidelines. The Financial Performance of the Bogor Regency Government in this study uses the Value for Money (VfM) approach with 3 (three) main factors, namely: Economic, EfLiciency, and Effectiveness of the 2014-2023 Fiscal Year. The Linancial reports produced have been in accordance with government accounting standards agreed upon by all parties involved, therefore used as a guideline to produce fair, clear, and complete Linancial reports to ensure transparency. The budget implementation report is a Linancial report that describes the future budget and budget allocation managed by the government during the reporting period. The Linancial performance of the Bogor Regency public sector is economical, with an average of 100.58%. However, efLiciency is still a concern, with an average of 99.21%, which needs more attention. The results of this analysis can be used as evaluation material for the Bogor Regency Government so that its public sector Linancial performance is more efLicient, so that the Bogor Regency Government can improve the quality of service to the community to be more optimal.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat penting dilakukan untuk memastikan karyawan memberikan kontribusi maksimal sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang dimiliki dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan secara efektif dan efesien. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memiliki kesempatan untuk melakukan penelitian pada Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik Tangerang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dengan fokus pada pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner ke 30 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena diperoleh t hitung 1.766 < t tabel 2,052 dengan sig. sebesar 0,89 > 0,05, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena diperoleh t hitung sebesar 5,290 > t tabel 2,052 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena diperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar 43,079 > f tabel 3,35 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05.
