Abstract

Penelitian ini menggabungkan empat studi kasus dalam analisis data publik Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan data mining. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi pola tersembunyi dari data nyata yang mencakup penyerapan anggaran kementerian tahun 2012, perkembangan UMKM periode 2015–2018, struktur penggajian di Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, serta saham sektor perbankan dalam indeks LQ45. Metode yang digunakan meliputi K-Means Clustering untuk pengelompokan berdasarkan kemiripan fitur, serta Decision Tree untuk klasifikasi efektivitas penyerapan anggaran. Dataset diperoleh dari sumber resmi seperti Seknas FITRA, Kementerian Keuangan, BPS, dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan data mining mampu mengelompokkan entitas berdasarkan karakteristik dominan, serta menemukan segmentasi yang relevan untuk mendukung pengambilan kebijakan berbasis data. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemanfaatan data mining dalam menganalisis data publik secara komprehensif dan efisien.

Abstract

XYZ Electrical Store is one of the small and medium enterprises that sells various types of electrical equipment for household needs. The management of sales data in the store is still done by recording sales transactions in a book, making the sales report generation process take a long time. With such a sales data management system, control and planning of stock items become less than optimal. Customers often find that the items they want to buy are out of stock. Moreover, the accumulation of less popular items also poses a challenge to the store's cash flow, resulting in subopti mal business processes. This research was conducted to address the issues of controlling and planning stock of goods using data mining techniques with the Apriori algorithm on sales transactions of electrical tools. Through a series of threshold tests, a minsup of 10% and minconf of 60% were obtained. This study results in information on the types of electrical tools that need to be monitored as they can lead to stock shortages when buyers need them, namely, the categories of LED lights, electrical cables, plugs, electrical insulation, and out bow. By knowing this information, it can provide solutions to Sinar Mulya Electric Store in stocking the most frequen tly sold items in the store.

Abstract

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and domestic government revenue are two important indicators that reflect the condition and stability of a country's economy. In Indonesia, understanding the relationship between these two indicators is highly relevant, especially in assessing the success of fiscal policy and the direction of national development. This research aims to identify the relationship pattern between GDP and Indonesian government domestic revenue using data from 2007-2011. The analysis was carried out through correlation and linear regression approaches to measure the level of relationship and form a predictive model between the two variables. The results show a significant positive correlation between GDP growth and increased government revenue. These findings are expected to contribute to supporting the formulation of macroeconomic policies based on empirical data.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity aims to improve the basic digital literacy of children at TPQ Miftahul Huda through the paper craft method as an educational medium for basic computer architecture. The activity participants numbered 25 children aged 7–12 years, who were accompanied by 1 TPQ teacher and 3 facilitators from the community service team. The implementation method is carried out in the form of a face-to-face workshop that includes short lectures, demonstrations, paper craft assembly practice, interactive discussions, and simple evaluations. Paper craft media is used to introduce computer components such as CPUs, monitors, keyboards, and mice in a concrete and fun way without using computer devices directly. The results of the activity show an increase in the percentage of children who are able to name at least three basic computer components from 32% before the activity to 84% after the activity. In addition to improving cognitive understanding, this activity also encourages active participation, creativity, and fine motor skills of children during the learning process. Thus, the paper craft method has proven effective as an alternative learning medium to improve children's basic digital literacy in non-formal educational environments with limited facilities, and has the potential for sustainable replication. Abstract

Analysis of the situation based on observations in the field regarding the profile of the Bintang Nusantara Vocational School during this pandemic, namely the lack of learning materials and the provision of knowledge gained by students. Many students have scores below the minimum average in the vocational competency unit. Values ​​below the average will have difficulty taking the school exam in theory and practice. For students who have a minimum competency value, it will be difficult to find a job later. With a less than average graduation rate, it will have an impact on the school's own accreditation value. The justification for the proposer and partners in determining the priority issues that have been agreed to be resolved during the implementation of the PkM program is the Basic Full-Stack Programming Network Training for SMK Bintang Nusantara Students.

Abstract

The government pays attention to vocational education, including vocational high schools (SMK). The aim of the various programs that have been launched by the government is to produce graduates who are able to meet industry needs. Bintang Nusantara Vocational School offers skills competency education such as AKL, OTKP, ​​Multimedia with graduates ready to work, become entrepreneurs or continue their education. To achieve this, the education and learning process must refer to and comply with the applicable curriculum in accordance with the school's vision, mission and goals. Subjects that discuss Digital Marketing teach how to market via the internet. This marketing can be done through web pages or using the social media provided. By doing business online, of course it will be easier and will not require a lot of costs, to rent a shophouse, buy stock, pay employees and so on. Carrying out online buying and selling activities requires special skills to achieve success. So we are hereby proposing this PkM activity with the theme of building Soft Skills for Bintang Nusantara Vocational School students through training in optimizing live shopee management for marketing content. The presentation by the resource person and then continuing to practice the features available on Shopee live streaming is expected to increase knowledge regarding online selling skills in a good and structured manner.

Abstract

The selection process for the best athletes at the Indonesian Basketball Association (PERBASI) Serang Regency remains characterized by a reliance on the subjective discretion of coaches, which implies a deficit in transparency and objectivity. This condition potentially triggers decision inconsistencies and organizational internal friction. This research aims to construct and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) to mitigate these issues. The primary methodology adopted is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is capable of analyzing multi-criteria problems through measurable priority weighting. The evaluation criteria employed encompass Dribbling, Passing, Shooting, Defense, and Speed & Agility. System development was executed using the Waterfall life cycle, with primary data obtained through interview and observation techniques. Implementation results confirm that the AHPbased DSS has been validated as capable of facilitating a more efficient and objectively measurable decision-making process. The AHP calculations yield the best athlete recommendation, namely Alfri (A2), with the highest Global Priority weight of 0.512. Consequently, the application of this AHP framework significantly contributes to reducing subjective bias and optimizing the speed of the athlete selection cycle

Abstract

Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks remain a major threat to network service availability due to their ability to generate massive traffic volumes that closely resemble legitimate activities. This study proposes an Explainable Ensemble Learning approach for DDoS detection using the CIC-DDoS2019 dataset. The proposed framework integrates Mutual Information-based feature selection to identify the 20 most relevant features, Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) for class balancing, and a Voting Ensemble of Random Forest, XGBoost, and LightGBM classifiers. Model performance was evaluated using a 70:30 train-test split with Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC metrics. Experimental results achieved 99.80% Accuracy, 99.79% F1-score, and 0.9999 ROC-AUC. SHAP analysis identified Avg_Packet_Size and packet-length-related features as the most influential predictors, improving both detection performance and model interpretability. These findings demonstrate that integrating Ensemble Learning with Explainable Artificial Intelligence provides an accurate and transparent solution for DDoS detection interpretability.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sekolah memegang peranan vital dalam mendukung literasi dan pembelajaran siswa. Namun, pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMK Islam Insan Mulia masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku pencatatan untuk mendata koleksi buku, anggota, serta transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian. Dengan beban operasional melingkupi sekitar 500 eksemplar buku, 700 siswa, dan 20 hingga 30 transaksi harian yang hanya dikelola oleh satu orang petugas, sistem manual ini menyebabkan inefisiensi waktu pencarian (5–10 menit per transaksi), tingginya risiko kesalahan manusia (human error), serta kerentanan terhadap kehilangan data fisik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan berbasis web responsif guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tujuh tahapan sistematis: persiapan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan, pengujian, implementasi, sosialisasi dan pelatihan, serta evaluasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berbasis web yang dikembangkan berhasil mempercepat proses pendataan dan pencarian buku, meminimalisir kesalahan pencatatan, serta meningkatkan kemudahan akses informasi bagi siswa maupun petugas melalui antarmuka Front-End dan Back-End yang terintegrasi. Pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diberikan juga terbukti meningkatkan kapasitas mitra dalam mengoperasikan sistem secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penentuan tingkat kematangan buah mangga merupakan faktor penting dalam proses pascapanen dan pemasaran, namun penilaian secara visual masih bersifat subjektif dan dipengaruhi oleh variasi pencahayaan serta kondisi permukaan buah. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam klasifikasi kematangan mangga. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan metode analisis warna HSV menggunakan thresholding adaptif sebagai pendekatan sederhana dan objektif dalam mengklasifikasikan tingkat kematangan buah mangga ke dalam tiga kelas, yaitu mentah, setengah matang, dan matang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahapan preprocessing citra berupa resize menjadi 256×256 piksel, penerapan Gaussian Blur untuk mengurangi noise, masking background berdasarkan komponen Value, serta pemfokusan area kulit mangga. Analisis dilakukan pada komponen Hue karena merepresentasikan perubahan warna selama proses pematangan. Nilai threshold adaptif ditentukan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata dan standar deviasi Hue sehingga mampu menyesuaikan variasi warna pada setiap citra. Hasil pengujian terhadap 45 citra mangga menunjukkan adanya perbedaan distribusi Hue yang jelas pada masing-masing tingkat kematangan, dengan pola transisi warna dari hijau, hijau kekuningan, hingga kuning kemerahan. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa metode thresholding adaptif berbasis HSV efektif dalam membantu klasifikasi kematangan mangga secara konsisten tanpa memerlukan perangkat keras khusus
