Abstract

One of the main obstacles to online learning is learning infrastructure and the availability of internet facilities, i.e., internet quotas. Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) students regularly receive internet quota assistance from the Minister of Education and Culture and Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Therefore, it is expected that the online learning process will run well. The study aimed to determine 1) the impact of the online learning service quality on student satisfaction and 2) the moderation effect of Infrastructure to strengthen the effect of service quality on student satisfaction in online learning. The subjects of this study were students of the UNESA, Indonesia, with 250 students as research samples. Data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis. The results proven that 1) the online learning service quality affects student satisfaction, 2) infrastructure as the moderator variable not proven as a moderator model, but infrastructure has a direct influence on student satisfaction in online learning. Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in learning motivation and digital skills of class X BD students. The number of students sampled and studied in the experimental class was 30 students and in the control class was 30 students. In this study, the research method used was Quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental approach. The sample taken was all class X BD students totaling 60 students for two classes. With relatively equal initial conditions. Data collection used questionnaires, interviews, drawing tests, and observations. The results of the study can be seen that the learning motivation of the experimental class has an average of 73.33 and digital skills of 75.00. The Control Class learning motivation has an average of 71.33 and digital skills of 71.17. Statistical analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and the Independent T-test. This shows that there are differences in learning motivation and digital skills between the experimental class taught using Tiktok media and the control class using PowerPoint.

Abstract

This research provides an illustration of a project-based learning experience that combines both understanding and business projects in a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education program. Specifically, students enrolled in the Marketing Strategy class create a new product (goods or services) and develop an accompanying marketing strategy, including packaging design and marketing videos to be shared on social media. Afterward, students select one product from the show for use in their own semester sales project. In order to assess the effectiveness of this experience, tests were conducted before and after the project using descriptive analysis to analyze the data. Additionally, a questionnaire was distributed to obtain student responses during the classes. The findings demonstrate that Project Based Learning increases students’ abilities to work in groups and individually, and boosts their proficiency in implementing marketing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian menginvestigasi pengaruh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan melalui efikasi untuk menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Niaga Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) angkatan 2019. Data dikumpulkan dari responden yang telah mengikuti kegiatan PLP sebagai bagian dari program studi mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument kuesioner dari dengan basis penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara variabel PLP melalui efiksi diri terhadap variabel minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa UNESA program studi Pendidikan Tata Niaga angkatan 2019. Hal ini menandakan bahwa melalui kegiatan PLP, mahasiswa merasa lebih percaya diri ketika menghadapi situasi di lapangan. Penelitian ini penting karena dapat memberikan konstribusi yang posifit terhadap institusi pendidikan untuk mempertimbangkan dan menyelenggarakan kegiatan PLP yang efektif guna mendukung perkembangan minat mahasiswa menjadi guru pada mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Tata Niaga UNESA.

Abstract

Masyarakat semakin terbiasa dengan kemudahan memesan makanan melalui aplikasi, sehingga penggunaan jasa yang sejenis yaitu aplikasi pesan antar makanan diperkirakan akan terus meningkat. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui kebutuhan konsumen pada layanan jasa pesan antar makanan yaitu dengan memahami perilaku konsumen. Terdapat model perilaku konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian terhadap produk yaitu marketing mix (bauran pemasaran) 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, dan process) dan terdapat 4 faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi, faktor psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor perilaku konsumen dan faktor dominan dalam pembelian makanan/minuman melalui aplikasi di kota Surabaya Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis faktor. Hasil dari uji analisis faktor terbentuk 8 faktor yaitu produk (product), motivasi, harga (price), bukti fisik (physical evidence), promosi (promotion), profesionalisme, proses (process), budaya. Faktor dominan adalah faktor produk (product) karena memiliki nilai eigen yang paling tinggi.
