Abstract

The PCB manufacturing process involves many processes, one of which is Surface finishes. One type of Surface finishes commonly used is Immersion tin. Immersion tin is a Surface finishes process that uses pure tin in the process. Immersion tin protects the copper from oxidation and makes the copper surface or pad easy to solder. The cleanliness of the pad and the thickness of the Immersion tin affect the quality of the PCB produced. Therefore, the researchers evaluated the quality of the results of the Immersion tin process using the DOE (Design of Experiment) method. Where this method can help in determining the optimal parameters. The variables used are Storage Time After Microetch and Immersion in tin Bath. In the research process it was found that PCBs underwent morphological changes at 23 hours after being stored in storage. This is caused by the presence of moisture that is still present on the PCB as a result of not being optimal during the drying process. In this study, the optimal Solder Coating Thickness in the 14th sample was 4.59 µm and with the parameters Storage Time After Microetch for 50 minutes and Immersion in tin Bath for 120 minutes. For the most optimal pad cleanliness found in the 5th and 12th samples with the Storage Time After Microetch parameter for 30 minutes and 60 minutes and marked by the absence of contaminants on the pad. In addition, in this study there were less than optimal mapping results marked by only 1 part of 1 sample containing tin from 16 test samples. The sample is the 3rd sample with the parameter Storage Time After Microetch for 10 minutes and Immersion in tin Bath for 55 minutes with a tin content of 91.9%.

Abstract

The research carried out developed a Fuzzy Mamdani-based irrigation sluice control system. The prototype built consists of an irrigation canal which is limited by a sluice gate. In the electronic circuit, ESP32 is used as a controller which is equipped with an ultrasonic sensor to detect the water level which is installed on the supply side and irrigation channel respectively. The sluice gate is moved using a DC motor. Fuzzy input consists of the height of the supply water level and irrigation channel water level as well as planting or harvest time, with a combination of 18 fuzzy rules. The results of level sensor testing carried out on four height targets with 80 trials, obtained an average percentage error for each sensor of 0.3% and 0.2% with an accuracy of 99.7% and 99.8%. The results of testing the sluice gate with a fuzzy system have 100% conformity with the condition of the water gate opening and closing with the level and time of planting and harvesting.

Abstract

Upredictable natural conditions cause fish larvae to die because they cannot adapt to these conditions, leading to potential harvest failure. Changes in natural conditions due to weather result in unstable pH levels in pond water. Fish Farmers traditionally attempt to improve water pH quality using by manual pH meters, but This method has limitations if not monitored periodically. Based on this problems, researchers plan to develop a water acidity measurement tool using an IoT-based E4502C pH sensor to help fish farmers monitor pond pH levels through their smartphones. Testing the pH sensor showed an average error rate of 4.09% at pH 4, 2.47% at pH 7, and 6.31% at pH 9. More accurate results can be achieved by collecting more data and processing it to determine the average values before displaying them on the user interface.

Abstract

Papan reklame merupakan media untuk mempublikasikan produk atau jasa, namun efektivitasnya sulit diukur karena tidak diketahui jumlah orang yang melihatnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem berbasis metode Faster R-CNN untuk mendeteksi jumlah viewers papan reklame. Sistem ini bertujuan membantu pemakai jasa iklan dalam menilai efektivitas pemasangan iklan serta memberi nilai tambah bagi penyedia jasa dengan menyediakan data jumlah viewers sebagai daya tarik layanan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mendeteksi wajah dengan akurasi 56,74%, motor 76,47%, dan mobil 93,94%. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi akurasi deteksi antara lain pencahayaan, jarak, resolusi kamera, serta kesesuaian dataset dengan lingkungan implementasi. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pemakai jasa dapat menentukan lokasi pemasangan iklan yang lebih strategis berdasarkan data real-time, sementara penyedia jasa dapat meningkatkan daya tarik layanan pemasangan iklan dengan data jumlah viewers sebagai nilai jual. Teknologi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran melalui papan reklame secara lebih akurat, efisien, dan terukur.
