Abstract

The Healthy Way Card (KMS) is a valuable tool for documenting and tracking the growth and development of children between the ages of 0 and 5 years. The aim of this research is to make it easier for cadres and parents to see the development of toddlers as well as reminders of posyandu activity schedules in real time. This research uses Firebase Realtime Database for storing toddler data and Firebase Storage for storing media/photos. Use of Java and Android Studio as programming languages. The Waterfall system development method is also used. Push Notification is divided into 2 privileges, namely Broadcast for routine posyandu information which is sent to all users and Private which is pushed to each user's account for the development of toddlers after activities. The Towards Healthy Card Application System has a multiplatform, namely Mobile and Web. The system used can run well. The system can be accessed by several users so that it can be used to record data on toddler development, as well as obtain information on posyandu activities in real time. Thus, from the test results, the system can display growth and development graphs, immunization graphs, weight graphs, from all these graphs you can see toddler development data.

Abstract

PT. Indako Trading Coy is a dialer that operates in the field of selling motorbikes. Data processing is a routine matter in a company. At PT. Indako Trading Coy data processing is still done manually, such as managing spare parts stock is still done by typing and printing data one by one and searching for this data takes a long time so it is necessary to implement an information system that supports goods data management. For this reason, a computerized system support is needed, which can help owners and employees in the process of managing spare parts stock for the progress of PT. Indako Trading Coy. This system is designed using a Reorder Point algorithm to ensure sufficient inventory that can be used to meet customer demand and helps companies avoid overflowing inventory in the warehouse. The system was designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) design and using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. This system design also uses the UCD (User Centered Design) system development method which discusses what is needed and needed by system users, therefore this application design can work optimally. It is hoped that this system can be used and is able to help PT. Indako Trading Coy in knowing the amount of spare parts stock needed to improve staff performance in working on spare parts stock management reports so that they become more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Computer systems are currently needed by many companies. The stock of goods owned by the company also needs to be considered. Maju Jaya Parfum in its sales can be higher or lower depending on the request of each seller, as a result, several difficulties and errors arise in recording reports on purchases and inventory of goods. Therefore, inventory management is very necessary to avoid circumstances that are detrimental to the company which can cause considerable expenses for the company. System development in this study uses the Waterfall model and the research method used is the R&D method, then the algorithm used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). The results showed that the existence of this system can display the ordering process, transactions of incoming goods and outgoing goods digitally instead of manually and be able to help Maju jaya perfume in overcoming the amount of perfume stock needed to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi sekarang teknologi sangat berkembang dengan cepat khususnya di bidang teknologi informasi. Menggunakan komputer untuk membantu manusia sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencapai efektifitas yang tinggi, ini berlaku di semua bidang termasuk bidang industri. Perkembangan teknologi dapat memfasilitasi banyak hal, termasuk dalam pelayanan pembelian obat di apotek madani yang menggunakan teknologi untuk memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan yang membutuhkan informasi. Pelayanan pada apotek madani dalam bertransaksi masih bersifat manual, sehingga pelanggan tidak mendapatkan struk sebagai bukti pembayaran dan sebagai penjelasan harga pembelian yang telah dikeluarkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka penulis membangun aplikasi sistem informasi point of sale dan rack storage management menggunakan algoritma FEFO berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan apotek madani secara optimal.

Abstract

Toko SecondaryShoe menjadi destinasi favorit bagi mereka yang mencari pakaian bekas berkualitas tinggi, mulai dari sepatu hingga topi, dengan berbagai gaya dan model. Toko SecondaryShoe berhasil mencapai penjualan yang tinggi dan memiliki stok barang yang cukup, namun batasan kapasitas penyimpanan serta ketidakadanya penjadwalan pemesanan menyebabkan kelebihan stok. Penggunaan cara manual dalam penyimpanan data juga dapat memicu risiko kinerja pegawai yang tidak efisien. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan sistem informasi manajemen berbasis web dengan penerapan metode EOQ pada modul penyimpanan di Toko SecondaryShoe, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kinerja pegawai. Penerapan Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam manajemen persediaan dimaksudkan untuk menemukan jumlah pesanan terbaik, sehingga proses pengolahan dan penyimpanan data dapat lebih teratur, memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja keseluruhan. Dalam proses perancangan sistem ini, metode penelitian Research & Development (R&D) diimplementasikan, mencakup serangkaian tahap untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan guna mengembangkan sistem yang handal. Sistem yang diuji menggunakan metode blackbox testing berhasil memenuhi ekspektasi, menunjukkan keberhasilan implementasinya pada objek penelitian. Hal ini memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam membantu pegawai dalam pengolahan data, serta memastikan terwujudnya kebutuhan informasi yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat.

Abstract

The development of information technology has made various aspects of life easier, including product marketing through marketplace applications. In Pasar Bengkel Village, known as a culinary center, vendors have experienced a decline in the number of customers due to the operation of the Medan–Tebing Tinggi toll road, which has reduced visitor traffic. The purpose of this study is to design a marketplace application with a recommendation system that can help vendors increase product visibility and attract customers back. The research method is the application of a Content-Based Filtering-based recommendation system with the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm to process product description data and generate relevant recommendations for users. The result of this study is a marketplace application that is able to provide personalized product recommendations based on the frequency of word occurrences in product descriptions using the TF-IDF technique. In conclusion, this application is expected to be an innovative solution in increasing the competitiveness of local culinary vendors by expanding their marketing reach and maintaining the sustainability of their businesses..

Abstract

Ainun Bag Store is a fashion retail business specializing in the sale of high-quality women’s bags, both locally made and imported, at affordable prices. However, the store still relies on manual systems for managing operations, marketing, transactions, and inventory. Customers are required to visit the store directly to make purchases, and all transaction records are manually written in physical ledgers. This conventional method has several limitations, such as inefficient inventory management, potential human error, and a lack of accessible sales data. Additionally, consumer behavior—such as satisfaction with service—has a direct impact on sales performance. This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce platform for Ainun Bag Store by applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and Consumer Behavior Analysis. The EOQ method is implemented to optimize stock levels and reduce storage costs, while Consumer Behavior Analysis is used to understand customer preferences and improve overall satisfaction.

Abstract

Student academic achievement is a key indicator of learning success and is influenced by various internal factors (such as motivation, learning style, and attendance) as well as external factors (such as parental support and learning facilities). This study aims to identify the main factors that determine students academic achievement by implementing a web-based information system using the Apriori algorithm. The study applied a quantitative descriptive approach using data from 300 students of MAN Karo, collected through questionnaires and academic records. The Apriori algorithm was implemented with a minimum support threshold of 0.05 and a minimum confidence threshold of 0.6, producing 1,621 association rules. The results indicate that a combination of internal and external factors is strongly associated with high academic achievement. The strongest association rule shows that students who attend tutoring classes tend to achieve high report card scores (?85) and have complete learning facilities, with a confidence value of 67.6% and a lift ratio of 3.12. Overall, internal factors such as motivation (77.33%) and high attendance (63.67%), along with external factors including parental support, learning facilities, and tutoring participation, significantly contribute to improving students academic performance. These findings demonstrate that the Apriori algorithm can effectively support schools in identifying dominant academic factors and can be used as a basis for data-driven decision making.
