Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Dr. Arie Adrianus Polim's presence as an Obgyn specialist on TikTok and trust simultaneously on patients' preferences in choosing an Obgyn. This type of study falls under quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study involves all followers of Dr. Arie Adrianus Polim's TikTok account @dokAriePolim, amounting to 73,500 people. The sample size was calculated using Slovin's formula. The sample size is 100 respondents, using convenience sampling as the sampling method. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and literature studies. Hypothesis testing utilized simultaneous tests (F test) and t-test (partial), as well as multiple linear regression, along with the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²). The results of the data analysis show that the regression model as a whole is not significant in predicting patient preferences (Y). Partially, (1) TikTok content (X1) has a regression coefficient ß= 0.073 (p = 0.202 > 0.05). Trust (X2) has a regression coefficient ß= 0.082 (p = 0.119 > 0.05), meaning that the influence of the TikTok content variable (X1) and Trust (X2) on Consumer Preferences (Y) in this study is not significant, with positive beta coefficients, indicating a unidirectional but insignificant effect. The predictive strength of the model is very weak, indicated by an R² value of 0.017. This means that only 1.7% of the variation in patient preferences is explained by TikTok content and trust, while 98.3% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the workplace has become a key factor in enhancing organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency, including in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector. PT XYZ, an EPC company established in 2019, has implemented digital transformation through the use of a project management application, Asana. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital work system transformation at PT XYZ and its impact on employee performance. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Informants consist of six categories: Shareholders, Board of Directors (BoD), General Manager, Manager, Supervisor, and Functional Staff. The results show that the implementation of a digital work system via Asana has had a positive impact on work transparency, communication efficiency, inter-unit collaboration, and task progress tracking. Employee performance indicators such as timeliness, productivity, and adaptability have also improved. However, the implementation is not yet optimal due to challenges such as unequal utilization of Asana across departments, lack of role-based digital training, and the absence of an integrated performance evaluation system linked to Asana. This research recommends enhancing role-based digital training, providing selective premium access for strategic-level roles, standardizing the use of Asana across units, and developing a digital performance evaluation system. Additionally, adaptive leadership and a strengthened digital work culture are essential to support the overall success of digital transformation.

The competitive landscape of the banking sector, particularly in wealth management, demands high-performing relationship managers to retain affluent clients and drive revenue. Within this context, work motivation and adaptive leadership practices are regarded as crucial factors influencing employee performance. This research explores the impact of work motivation and situational leadership style on the performance of Priority Relationship Managers at Bank ABC’s Wealth Management Division. Using a quantitative approach and the census method, data were collected from 130 employees through structured questionnaires. The analysis employed Exploratory Factor Analysis and multiple linear regression to examine the relationships among variables, both partially and simultaneously. The results show that both work motivation and situational leadership significantly and positively affect employee performance. Situational leadership exhibited a stronger partial influence, while the combined effect of both variables explained 90.7% of the variance in performance. These findings highlight the strategic importance of adaptive leadership and motivational drivers in enhancing productivity, especially in the competitive landscape of priority banking services.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions because many factors can influence how buyers act towards products or services. When buyers want to buy something, they have to go through several stages. The initial stage is problem recognition, where they know what they need. Once they know what they need, they will be encouraged to seek additional information to meet their needs. Each person has unique characteristics. There are different cultures, ages, educations, jobs, activities, and hobbies. Producers must be able to steal the attention of various consumers so that the goods they sell are purchased. Marketers must understand consumer behavior, actions and ways of thinking so they can create effective marketing strategies. Consumers will respond to marketers' actions if they have the right strategy. The ability to compete increases when marketers take over the study of consumer behavior. There are several components that influence repurchase intentions, namely 1. Consumer satisfaction: if customers are satisfied with the services provided, the company will become better in the eyes of customers, reduce purchasing costs, reduce failure costs, increase profits, and reduce trial and error purchases. so customers will prefer to buy again. 2. Brand preferences: brands are constituents of differentiation attributes that influence customers' perceptions of what they buy.

Abstract

The competency-based curriculum is a critical component in designing effective training programs, particularly for industries requiring highly specialized skills, such as oil palm plantations. This study evaluates the competency-based curriculum development process for the fresh graduate training program at HPI Agro, focusing on its effectiveness in aligning training objectives with industry demands. Using a qualitative research approach, the study collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. The findings reveal several gaps in the current curriculum, including insufficient emphasis on technical skill mastery, lack of continuous evaluation during training, and limited integration of soft skills development. The proposed improvements include redesigning the curriculum to address these gaps, incorporating advanced training methodologies, and strengthening the mentoring system to enhance practical application. By refining the training program, HPI Agro can produce highly competent and competitive human resources, ensuring workforce readiness and organizational sustainability. This research contributes to the broader discourse on competency-based training and highlights the need for dynamic and context-specific curriculum development to meet evolving industry needs.

Abstract

The Effectiveness of Team-Based Training Programs in Hospitals aims to evaluate the effectiveness of team-based training programs in developing the competencies of health workers in hospitals. The research is based on the importance of collaboration between health professions to improve quality of care, but is often hampered by communication and coordination gaps. The research methodology involved systematically evaluating the training program qualitatively, measuring changes in trainees' competencies, and exploring participants' perceptions and experiences. The main objectives of the study were to evaluate the effectiveness of the program in developing health worker competencies, measure changes in participant competencies, explore participant perceptions and experiences, and provide recommendations for future program improvements. It is expected to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of team-based training programs and identify areas that require improvement. This will be used to improve future training programs, with the ultimate goal of improving health worker collaboration and the quality of health services for patients. The implications of this study include contributions to human resource development in healthcare and the promotion of a culture of collaboration between healthcare professionals. The research findings from the study on the Effectiveness of Team-Based Training Programs in Hospitals indicate several positive outcomes.
