Abstract

This research aims to find out which tourists use public transportation provided by the DKI Jakarta Government. Public transportation is used to avoid traffic jams to get to tourist destinations comfortably and quickly. This research is qualitative research. The objects of this research are all public transportation places in the city of Jakarta and the seven tourist destinations most visited by tourists in Jakarta. The research was conducted by interviews and observations with the DKI Jakarta Transportation and Transportation Department and domestic and foreign tourists who use public transportation. The research results show that traveling to Jakarta using public transportation is a practical, efficient and often economical choice. Jakarta has various types of public transportation, including KRL, MRT, LRT, TransJakarta, Jaklingko, and online motorbike taxis, which can make it easier for tourists to explore various tourist attractions in this city. Jakarta has high safety standards in the field of public transportation, and passengers are expected to comply with applicable regulations and etiquette. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of accessibility and facilities on visitor satisfaction at Menteng Park, Bintaro Jaya, South Tangerang. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory research design. The study population was visitors to Menteng Park during the study period, with a sample of 200 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey measuring accessibility, facilities, and visitor satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results showed that accessibility and facilities significantly influenced visitor satisfaction. Good accessibility, such as easy transportation and parking availability, contributed to visitor comfort, while adequate facilities, such as seating, play areas, and clean restrooms, increased visitor satisfaction. These two factors are interrelated and strengthen positive visitor experiences. Menteng Park management needs to continuously improve the quality of accessibility and facilities to enhance visitor satisfaction. This study recommends improving pedestrian paths, adding parking facilities, and providing more comfortable public spaces. Further research could explore the social and environmental factors that influence satisfaction and examine the relationship between accessibility, facilities, and visitor loyalty. Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to identify and evaluate internal and external factors, (2) to formulate strategy toward tourism village in Gempol village. Based on analysis result, Internal factor’s strength is the beauty and conservation of nature are the most significant influence on the development of tourism village. The most important weakness of Gempol village is not ready to receive the tourists, since the lack inadequate facilities.. External factor’s opportunity is the value of the people who always maintain and preserve traditional cultural. The most important threat is competition with others regions in the development of tourism village. The strategy taken is to maintain the harmony of nature and culture of the village. The need for a strong commitment from the entire village community. Promote village community training, including village government on tourism management, how to manage tourist attractions, guest or visitor management. Use all media to introduce and publicize tourism potential in the village both conventional and unconventional media, such as the internet media.

Abstract

Culinary tourism is one of domestic and foreign tourists attractions who take a journey with the aim to enjoy various types of local food. Culinary in tourism areas also has a high that competitiveness in the context of promoting tourism in the Sakerta Timur tourism village, Kuningan, one of the ways is by developing local food-based culinary tourism. The purpose of this research is to identify local food ingredients that have potential to be developed into culinary tourism to raise the competitiveness of the Sakerta Timur tourism village. The methods of these research is used qualitative descriptive using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) in the Sakerta Timur tourism village in July 2019. The results of this study is to the identify the local food ingredients that can be developed, so it will be competitive for culinary tourism. The local food ingredients are white mushrooms, cassava, sweet potatoes, fresh water fish, nira and coffee. Examples of product development are mushroom sauce, sweet potato sticks, pempek, palm sugar, millennial getuk rolls and coffee beans.

Abstract

Cost Control in a hotel is a part of the function of carrying out the task of cost control, recording the inventory of raw materials for food and beverages, where the Food Controller perform the recording of special costs associated with the cost of food (Food Cost), while the Beverage Controller is part of carrying out the recording Special costs associated with the cost of drinks (Beverage Cost). Research Objective, food and beverage inventory turn over, percentage of Food Cost and Beverage Cost, Average Check of Food and Beverage Service, Labor Cost, Profit Department of Food and Beverage. The data retrieval procedure uses the primary data, such as: conducting interviews to the Food and Beverage Controller. Secondary data are: Profit Loss F & B Department Period December 2015. The result of the research showed that: Food Cost Percentage reached 33.9% from budgeted 35%, meaning 1.1% below budget, Beverage Cost reached 22.44% from budgeted 25 %, Meaning 2.56% below budgeted, Labor Cost Percentage can be achieved 19.75% of budgeted at 24.0%, means 4.25% below budget, Percentage of Department Profit achieved 33.7 % Of the budgeted amounted to 28.6% in other words 5.1% above the budget.
