Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas XA SMA Muhammadiyah Daarul Khoir Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023, (2) mengetahui hasil belajar mata pelajaran fiqih siswa kelas XA Muhammadiyah Daarul SMA Khoir Gunung Kidul Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran fiqh pada Siswa Kelas XA SMA Muhammadiyah Daarul Khoir Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas XA SMA Muhammadiyah Daarul Khoir Gunung Kidul yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas XA SMA Muhammadiyah Daarul Khoir Gunung Kidul tergolong “Baik” berjumlah 11 siswa atau 55%, (2) Hasil belajar mata pelajaran fiqh Kelas XA SMA Muhammadiyah Daarul Khoir Gunung Kidul tergolong “Cukup” terdiri dari 55% berkategori Cukup, (3) Dari hasil perhitungan rxy dengan rumus product moment diperoleh nilai rxy sebesar 0,064 nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,778 atau masuk dalam kategori “Korelasi Lemah”. Dan setelah dilihat tabel pada taraf signifikansi 1% dan 5%, rhitung lebih kecil dari rtabel yang berarti hipotesis ditolak. Adapun besarnya pengaruh Y=a+bX adalah Y= 33,981 + (-0,22), artinya setiap peningkatan disiplin belajar sebesar 1 maka nilai hasil belajar akan menurun sebesar 0,22.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems of educational institutions in general which are related to how to be most effective in educating and teaching students through the Limited Face-to-face Learning system, especially related to instilling morals in students in Islamic boarding schools labeled tahfidz quran. Education in Islamic boarding schools, as is generally known, is carried out without any restrictions on the number or place. So the purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of moral inculcation in face-to-face learning is limited in the tahfidzul quran Islamic boarding school and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews, while the data analysis model used was data reduction and conclusion drawing. Sources of data from this study are the teachers and staff of the Islamic boarding school imtaq shighor Isykarima. Researchers found that in previous research, research was conducted in non-dormitory-based educational institutions. Then in another study explaining the effects of limited face-to-face learning requires the school to use learning that uses video. So the difference between this research and previous research is how Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions in dealing with face-to-face learning are limited and learning still requires meeting teachers with students.

Abstract

Purpose : “The purpose of this study is to analyse the legal protection for Muslim consumers of halal certified products in Law Number 33 of 2014. Method : This research uses a normative juridical approach, namely research that is focused on legal norms relating to legal protection for Muslim consumers against halal food certification in Law Number 33 of 2014. Result : The existence of various laws and regulations relating to halal labelling on food shows that the regulation is still partial. However, the existence of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee provides more legal certainty. Business actors who are required to include halal labels on food are one of the moral responsibilities of business actors. Implication :The JPH Law provides several forms of legal protection for Muslim consumers. However, the implementation of the JPH Law still faces several obstacles. To improve legal protection for Muslim consumers, several efforts need to be made, such as increasing socialisation of the JPH Law, strengthening BPJPH, and improving coordination between institutions.

Abstract

Application of the GRAND MBA Method in Improving the Reading Ability of Al-Qur'an Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Burhan. The background of this research is that there are still students who are not proficient in reading the Al-Qur'an and the students' lack of understanding of tajwid and makharijul letters of the Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) Application of the GRAND MBA Method in Improving Al-Qur'an Reading Ability of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Burhan Students, 2) Ability to read Al-Qur'an of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Burhan. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects were students and Al-Qur'an teachers while the informants were madrasah heads, Al-Qur'an teachers and Waka Curriculum. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation while data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1) The application of the GRAND MBA method also reveals an increase in students' ability to read the Qur'an. This can be seen from the ability of students to pronounce Arabic letters well, apply the tajwid laws correctly, read the Qur'an more smoothly and can interpret the verses of the Qur'an in words. 2) The process of applying the GRAND MBA Method in increasing the ability to read the Koran from semester 1 to semester 2 and there was an increase of 87%.
