Abstract

Transmission Gear Ratio usually affects torque and speed. The effect on fuel consumption for coal trucks with a capacity of 20 tons needs technical analysis and experiment to obtain actual data. In the experiment process using a standard transmission issued by the factory that is with 8 forward speed and 1 reverse speed. Experiment is done by comparing the calculation of fuel consumption with the use of transmission. Tests carried out using 2 dump trucks, 6 times sampling, 8-Speed, 30 km distance, with variations in the grade 8 segments and loads. From the results of testing and calculation of fuel consumption with parameter 8 variations in road grade and loaded, different fuel usage is obtained for each road segment and in load or empty conditions. When high grade fuel consumption also increases, when loaded conditions fuel consumption increases. Road grade and loaded conditions affect the use of fuel consumption. The use of transmission speed or gear ratio also affects fuel consumption.

Abstract

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek yang penting dalam industri. Industri pengolahan teh termasuk industri yang punya potensi kecelakaan tinggi, sebuah perusahaan pengolahan teh tahun 2018 mengalami kecelakaan kerja 94 kasus, dengan FR=5,04. Pareto kasus kecelakaan tertinggi adalah tergores, 34 kasus. Oleh sebab itu, perlu kajian identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian resiko di proses pengolahan teh, yaitu blending, filling dan packing. Kajian dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode HIRA (hazard identification & Risk Assesment). Metode HIRA dimulai dari identifikasi bahaya, menilai resiko dan pengendalian bahaya/resiko. Dari hasil observasi dan analisis data, bahaya yang teridentifikasi adalah bahaya mekanis dan kimia di semua proses. Tahap kedua penilaian resiko dengan kategori extrim adalah terkena mesin press, terpapar bahan kimia dan terpeleset, dan semuanya di proses filling. Setelah dikendalikan dengan hirarki control bahaya, resiko terkena mesin press turun menjadi low, sedangkan resiko terpapar kimia turun menjadi high, dan resiko terpeleset turun menjadi low.

Abstract

Dalam upaya gotong-royong menangani wabah Covid-19 di Indonesia, berbagai pihak bersatu untuk mencegah dan mengatasi wabah Covid-19. Berbagai kerja sama dilakukan salah satunya dari pihak kampus dan pihak masyarakat. Program penangangan wabah Covid-19 ini diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya perubahan perilaku Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru untuk masyarakat Penataan lingkungan di Desa Srimahi ini sudah cukup tertata rapi, namun masih terlihat adanya sampah di pinggir jalan serta lahan kosong. Tingkat penerapan hidup dalam normal baru ini dianggap kurang karena banyak warga yang tidak menggunakan masker dan tidak memenuhi protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi COVID-19 saat ini. Melihat profil Desa Srimahi seperti di atas, maka dapat disusun program kerja yang merujuk pada kebersihan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat sekitar sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan terdampak wabah COVID-19 di wilayah ini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut kami dari Dosen dan Mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, memiliki Program Penyuluhan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Desa Srimahi Kecamatan Tambun Utara Kabupaten Bekasi.

Abstract

Abstract

Upaya penanganan wabah Covid-19 dilakukan secara gotong royong dimana berbagai pihak bersatu untuk mengatasi dan mencegah wabah pandemi Covid-19. Berbagai program kerja sama dilakukan dengan salah satunya adalah pihak kampus dan pihak masyarakat. Pihak kampus dalam salah satu programnya yaitu Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan suatu program implikasi dari Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dalam hal ini Mahasiswa dan Dosen Teknik Industri Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya mencangankan Kegiatan KKN dengan Program Upaya Penanggulangan Penyebaran Covid-19 yang terbagai dalam 2 bidang yaitu bidang prasarana fisik dan kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan utama dari program upaya penanggulanan Covid-19 ini adalah untuk membantu program pemerintah dalam memutus tali penyebaran Covid-19 dengan program-program secara fisik maupun non fisik sehingga Desa Srimahi menjadi salah satu desa zona hijau bebas Covid-19. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pembuatan alat cuci tangan, pemberian handsanitizer, pengadaan masker, penyemprotan desinfektan, pemasangan poster protokol kesehatan. Dampak dari kegiatan ini adalah menurunnya jumlah warga yang terjangkit Covid-19 dan meningkatnya kesadaran warga akan pentingnya protokol kesehatan di masa Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Performance measurement in manufacturing industry is usually measured with the approach of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). In the mining industry, backhoe excavator performance can also be measured by OEE value approach. OEE value measurement performed on the excavator in coal mine Embalut Kaltim. In the case study on the company, the performance analysis also compared with the backhoe excavator defined performance targets of the company. OEE Value mine done OEE parameter modification into 3 dimensions: availability, utilization and productivity index. OEE measurement mine OB Removal devoted to the activity, as this activity has a value greater than most activity cost Getting Coal. The measurement results OEE values for the existing conditions is very low. Two of six units which have a low OEE value. The low value of OEE most influential is the utilization value. If compared with OEE value targets, there are five units of backhoe has a value below the target. Efforts are being made to improve OEE values is by the application of TPM: implementing autonomous maintenance, implementation of SMED: change the internal activity into external and doing jobs that could be eliminated or Parallelize and application 5W1H: make your creative ideas by way of brainstorming or explore the idea of problem solving, After implementation of the improvement idea, the value of simulation obtained quite good, an increase compared with OEE value before improvement.

Abstract

PT Riung Mitra Lestari trying to improve the main load tool off high way truck (OHT) from one of theirjob site dari salah satu job site owned PT. RML, Job Site Krassi, North Kalimantan where data showedgains in productivity tools primarily under standard load. In January – August 2015 trend ofproductivity gains is 83%. Krassi site that has the most difficult locations and conditions of 80% peatland. With the location With a location 80% peat into one unique in handling dan its mining methods.Research conducted using the QCC method to improved productivity mining equipment. Improvementgroup is often called QCC uses severeal tools improvement and productivity improvement measures.Inthe analysis of the probem or step 3 there are several causes at the root of the problem of inaccesibilityCat hauler unit 777. In actual achievement prior to productivity improvement tool hauler Cat 777 is 78bcm / hour of a target of 100 bcm / hour.In percentage only reaches 78% and the target after QCCapplication is expected to reach 95%. Based on fishbone and pareto analysis major problem and thedominant causes of the failure in the productivity tool loading and unloading is less good technique,the second is the lack of a hard material that serves as mixing and blending. By making improvementin loading technique and road repair there is productivity improvement 57,3 % dari from previous dataand 22,8 % improvement from target. The other factor that affected incapability of production is losstime. After QCC improvement loss time decreased into 90,14 minutes per days from previously 227,14minutes / days.
