Abstract

ERP system is an integrated system that is relied on by companies that aim to improve operational efficiency and optimize company resources. PT XYZ, which is currently engaged in IT, has implemented the use of the SAP ERP system. This study aims to evaluate the success of the ERP implementation at PT XYZ through testing the success of information systems using the DeLone & McLean model. The research method used is quantitative research method and data is collected through filling out questionnaires. This research data processing uses the SEM-PLS method through the SmartPLS application. In determining the sample, non-probability sampling techniques were used. There are 6 DeLone & McLean variables used, namely information quality, system quality, service quality, interest in use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. From the results of the analysis of 9 hypotheses, 5 hypotheses were accepted and 4 hypotheses were rejected. From the test results, the ERP implementation at PT XYZ is still not said to be a direct success with DeLone & McLean testing because there are variables that do not affect each other and are related to interest in using the system by users. Improvements in the system quality, service quality and information quality of the ERP system used will support the successful implementation of ERP technology in the company in the future.

Abstract

The Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) is the core of e-Government, which aims to create a clean, transparent, and free government from corruption, collusion, and nepotism. SPBE utilizes information and communication technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, so that it plays an important role in improving the quality of services, the implementation of government duties, and interaction with the community and inter-institutions. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are the main tool for optimizing information management by integrating eGovernment systems for more structured problem monitoring. This research measures the readiness of ERP implementation in the local government of Indramayu Regency, with a focus on technology, organization, and environmental readiness. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 230 respondents from 5 SKPDs in Indramayu Regency. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM method through the R Study application. The results showed that of the three hypotheses developed, one was accepted with a positive and significant influence (p-value < 0.05, t-statistic > 2.045), while the other two were rejected. The technological aspect has a negative and insignificant influence on ERP readiness, the organizational aspect has a positive and significant influence, and the environmental aspect has a weak and insignificant positive influence. Improving the quality of technology and the environment is important for the successful implementation of ERP.

Abstract

Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) is a model used to describe user behavior towards the acceptance of information technology. UTAUT is a development of eight previous leading theories. UTAUT has four constructs that can be a significant direct determinant of behavioral intention and use behavioral, ie performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. This model is then used to analyze user acceptance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at PT Wijaya Toyota Dago. ERP is a system that can help companies to integrate one process with another process, in order to achieve company goals. This research will explain about the relation of factors influencing acceptance and usage of ERP by using UTAUT model. This research is an explanative research with data analysis technique using PLS (Partial Least Square). Data obtained comes from respondents who are employees of After Sales function of PT Wijaya Toyota Dago, data obtained by way of distributing the questionnaire tertuup. The sample size in this study was 37 resondents and analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS applications. The analysis results are as follows: (1) Variable Performance Expectancy (PE) has a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention (BI); (2) Variable Effort Expectancy (EE) has a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention (BI);(3) Social Influence Variables (SI) have a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention (BI); (4) Variable Facilitating Conditions (FC) has a positive and significant influence on Use Behavior; (5) Social Influence (SI) variable has positive but not significant influence on Behavioral Intention (BI).

Abstract

PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) adalah sebuah entitas bisnis yang dimiliki oleh negara, yang merupakan bagian dari kelompok perusahaan milik pemerintah. (BUMN) berfokus pada penyediaan solusi IT Endto-End. PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka telah menerapkan sistem Perencanaan Sumber Daya Perusahaan (ERP) untuk mengoperasikan kegiatan bisnis perusahaan. SAP merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan oleh PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) sebagai aplikasi primernya. Dengan hal ini, penulis akan melakukan penelitian berupa evaluasi kesuksesan penerapan SAP dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model 3 yang mempunyai 15 variabel pengukuran dan 17 hipotesis yang akan diuji. Data yang diperoleh akan diolah dengan perhitungan SEM-PLS menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan data SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil yang didemonstrasikan menggunakan sistem terhadap kegunaan yang dirasakan, dorongan dan pengaruh orang lain terhadap status sosial mereka, kepuasan yang dirasakan terhadap kemudahan yang digunakan, dan Niat dalam penggunaan sistem terhadap perilaku dalam menggunakan sistem SAP memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada penerimaan implementasi sistem SAP di Telkomsigma. Abstract

Apotek Namina Farma berfungsi menyediakan layanan farmasi, termasuk pengadaan obat, penjualan obat dan konsultasi kesehatan. Saat ini pengelolaan data transaksi dan laporan keuangan belum memiliki sistem yang terintegrasi, sehingga proses pencatatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual. Kondisi ini meningkatkan potensi human error yang berdampak pada akurasi data transaksi dan berpengaruh pada keakuratan laporan keuangan. Selain itu, Apotek Namina Farma hanya menggunakan laporan laba/rugi kotor. Kondisi ini membuat pemilik apotek tidak memiliki gambaran menyeluruh tentang kinerja keuangan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat yang terintegrasi dengan setiap divisi dan membuat laporan keuangan. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menggunakan open source Odoo, khususnya pada modul accounting. Pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development untuk memperjelas alur penerapan sistem. Perancangan modul accounting berhasil diintegrasikan dengan modul sales, modul purchase dan modul payroll dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan dengan sistem Odoo. Dengan demikian pemilik apotek dapat melakukan perencanaan strategi, seperti pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan laba. Sistem ini di uji menggunakan integration testing dan black box testing, hasil dari pengujian ini menunjukan indikator keberhasilan. Kata kunci— Apotek, Odoo, ERP, Accounting

Abstract

Apotek Namina Farma merupakan salah satu jaringan apotek nasional dengan integritas yang dapat dipercaya dalam langkahnya menyediakan pelayanan farmasi yang terintegrasi. Sebuah sistem terintegrasi diusulkan agar digunakan untuk mengelola pembelian dan penjualan pada Apotek Namina Farma yang masih melakukan proses transaksi jual beli, stocking dan rekap data dengan mencatat dibuku, kekurangan dalam sistem manual tersebut yaitu mengakibatkan proses pengoperasian obat tidak terkontrol karena volume pencatatan barang yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka Apotek Namina Farma membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang lebih terintegrasi dan mengurangi peluang terjadinya pengoperasian obat yang tidak terkontrol. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) merupakan salah satu produk teknologi based on computer system yang dapat menjadi solusi potensial bagi Apotek Namina Farma. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengusulkan penerapan ERP khususnya menggunakan Odoo, agar proses stocking, jual beli dan rekap data menjadi lebih terintegrasi di Apotek Namina Farma. Metode yang digunakan adalah RAD (Rapid Application Development) sebuah metode yang dapat memastikan kecepatan dan adaptibilitas dalam pengembangan sistem serta implementasi modul Operation Management menggunakan Odoo dapat menjadikan seluruh proses pencatatan dan jual beli di Apotek Namina Farma meningkat lebih efisien dan efektif. Abstract

— PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. PT Telkom Indonesia menggunakan SAP TREMS (Telkom Revenue Management System) untuk mengelola berbagai aspek penting dalam bisnis telekomunikasi mereka. Di dalam SAP TREMS, terdapat beberapa proses bisnis yang krusial seperti pencatatan data pelanggan, pembuatan tagihan, pembuatan data pembayaran, dan menampilkan informasi transaksi, yang semuanya memainkan peran penting dalam operasional sehari-hari PT Telkom Indonesia. Namun, pengujian yang saat ini dilakukan pada SAP TREMS oleh perusahaan masih dilakukan secara manual, yang dimana bisa berakibat memakan waktu yang lama dan kurang efisien. Hal ini menimbulkan kebutuhan akan solusi yang lebih efisien. Implementasi pengujian otomatis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak TestComplete diharapkan dapat mengatasi tantangan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan pengujian otomatis dalam lingkungan SAP TREMS ECC di PT Telkom Indonesia, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Proses ini mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan pengujian, pengembangan kasus uji, persiapan lingkungan pengujian, eksekusi pengujian, dan penutupan siklus pengujian. Melalui penggunaan Keyword Test dan VBScript dalam TestComplete, diharapkan pengujian dapat dijalankan berulang, sehingga menghasilkan pengujian yang lebih efisien. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga akan melakukan perbandingan waktu pengujian antara metode manual dan otomatis, untuk menunjukkan bahwa pengujian otomatis menggunakan TestComplete dapat mengurangi waktu yang diperlukan untuk pengujian. Abstract

In the digital era, Financial Technology (Fintech) has become a pivotal force in transforming business operations, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Despite their significant contributions to the economy, MSMEs need help in adopting digital solutions, including limited access to financial services and technological integration. This study explores the role of Fintech in driving the digital transformation of MSMEs and examines its contributions to financial inclusion, operational efficiency, and market expansion. Through a systematic literature review, the study highlights key factors influencing Fintech adoption, such as digital literacy, regulatory support, and technological infrastructure. The research also discusses the potential of Fintech to support the Satu Data Indonesia initiative by integrating financial and operational data. However, barriers such as low digital literacy, complex regulations, and cybersecurity concerns persist. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners to develop effective strategies for supporting MSMEs in leveraging Fintech for sustainable growth and competitiveness.

Abstract

There are so many graduated people from university, and it affects the number of unemployment who are educated and have specific knowledge in some field. In the other side, in our new education curriculum, students have to learn much by their self. The teacher only needs to monitor them. They do not teach at all. Students usually search the review their courses from the internet which are not valid at all because it is usually opinion from the author. Therefore, the educated person is essential to support education in informal learning. In this paper, authors made an innovation of website which can be used to confront educated unemployment with students to share and learn a specific knowledge. By using a website (such as a common website for marketplace), both of unemployment and student can get the benefit, such as knowledge and skill for students, and also profit/income for unemployment. This informal learning process would be held either online or offline, which unemployment as a teacher and students meet to do learning process. This website would provide benefits for all entities which involved in business processes, such as salary from the student for the teacher and profit from sharing with the teacher, promotion on the website, and sponsor of the website for the service provider. Abstract

Len Industries (Persero) experienced problems related to Accounts Payable in the accounting department as incompatibility and delays in the processing of data and information that flows every day from other parts related to Accounts Payable section and otherwise. This is caused by the information system on PT. Len Industries (Persero) has not integrated with one to another and still done with simple technology and recording manually. Therefore, has been designed of an ERP information system that supports the activities of recorded Accounts Payable(AP) module at PT.Len Industries (Persero). Design of the system is used the method of ASAP (Accelarated SAP). By using this method, the authors conducted an analysis of the business processes that are running on the company and analysis of business processes in SAP ERP application. Then based on the results of the gap/fit analysis, will performed design proposal and design of business processes to SAP applications that have been compared to the needs of the company. The results from this study is an SAP Accounts Payable system that has been design and integrated with the company needs can be easier for companies to conduct cross-section of the existing Accounting.
