Abstract

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) merupakan sebuah konsep yang diterapkan untuk pengintegrasian manajemen dalam bisnis secara keseluruhan melalui sudut pandang penggunaan yang efektif dalam manajemen sumber daya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi perusahaan. Oddo merupakan salah satu aplikasi ERP yang bersifat open source sehingga dapat disesuaikan dengan proses bisnis dan kebutuhan perusahaan dengan mudah. Modul yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah modul Quality Control mengatur aktifitas kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh bagian Inspeksi, dimulai dari menerima kain, pengecekan, hingga pengiriman. PT Tarumatex merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang tekstil yang memproduksi kain. PT. Tarumatex mengalami Permasalahan yang terletak di pencatatan data kain yang berbeda antara bagian gudang dengan bagian inspeksi, dan akumulasi data keseluruhan. Hal tersebut disebabkan tidak adanya sistem informasi yang dapat mengakomodasi dalam mengatasi masalah ketidaksesuaian data, maka dari itu dibutuhkannya pengembangan Odoo untuk PT. Tarumatex. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), dimana metode ini untuk perancangan sistem perangkat lunak dengan waktu yang relatif singkat dan menghasilkan kualitas yang baik. Abstract

ABSTRAK: AZA COLLECTION merupakan UMKM konveksi rajutan yang berada di Binong, Kiaracondong, Jawa Barat. Jumlah pesanan yang banyak menuntut Aza Collection untuk mengatur proses produksi dengan baik dan benar. Beberapa masalah yang sering dihadapai seperti tidak terjadwal nya proses produksi, adanya penyimpangan data, dan kurangnya komunikasi dengan bagian lain di karenakan sangat minim dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Hal ini menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya proses produksi yang ada pada Aza Collection. Sistem yang dibutuhkan untuk membantu usaha tersebut adalah sistem informasi berbasis ERP. Konsep ERP sudah dikembangkan menjadi sebuah perangkat lunak, seperti OpenERP. Penerapan OpenERP modul Manufacturing dengan menggunkan metode Sure Step akan sangat membantu dalam melakukan pengontrolan proses produksi pada Aza Collection. OpenERP adalah sistem manajemen yang sangat terkenal dan sudah banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan besar, perusahaan kecil, tekstil, independen, dan lainnya. Salah satu fungsinya seperti, tersedianya tahapan–tahapan proses produksi dan adanya form untuk proses pengerjaan order. Kedepannya diharapkan dengan menerapkan OpenERP modul Manufacturing dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan proses produksi yang ada, sehingga dapat menyelesaikan masalah–masalah yang dihadapi dalam proses pengerjaan order dan dapat mendokumentasi dalam proses produksi. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian perancangan sistem untuk proses penggajian karyawan di Telkom PCC di unit Human Resource menggunakan salah satu paket aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) yaitu Odoo. Modul yang dipakai didalam Odoo adalah Payroll. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar proses ini berjalan terstandarisasi teknologi serta menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang diharapkan mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi Telkom PCC dalam mengelola aktivitas penggajian karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode QuickStart melalui empat tahapan utama, yaitu (1) kick off call, tujuannya untuk melakukan observasi bersama para pemangku jabatan. (2) analysis, tujuannya untuk menganalisa proses bisnis perusahaan. (3) configuration, kegiatan ini melakukan konfigurasi pada Odoo, (4) production, adalah tahap terakhir dari metode QuickStart dimamana tahap ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian user dengan sistem menggunakan Blackbox testing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perancangan sistem untuk proses penggajian karyawan di Telkom PCC telah selesai dibuat. dan dapat mempresentasikan keberhasilan uji integrasi. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kesulitan konfigurasi sistem dalam menyunting nilai penggajian karyawan. Kata kunci: Enterpsise Resource Planning, Odoo, Human Resource Payroll, QuickStart. Telkom PCC

Abstract

Current formal education does not only focus on developing scientific and theoretical knowledge, but also pays attention to thought processes and behavior. Extracurricular activities are a means that can be optimized to improve thinking skills or behavior. Of the various kinds of extracurricular activities that exist, robotics is one of the new extracurricular activities, but is very much liked by students. Limited human resources who understand robotics and school support is one of the challenges in introducing robotics technology, especially for elementary school (SD) students. The solution to addressing this problem is that in this community service activity socialization and workshops on assembling robots for elementary school students are carried out. There are three main stages carried out in service activities: initial preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting. Activities during the implementation of activities, begins with the introduction of robot components to be assembled. Participants in the activity totaling 37 students were divided into 6 groups. Each group was guided to follow the steps of assembling the robot, which consisted of: assembling several robot components and tightening the screws using a screwdriver, uploading the previously made computer program to the chip installed on the robot, activating the robot and controlling it via a smartphone. Partners filled out the questionnaire after the main activities were carried out. Partner responses to 6 statements related to the implementation of community service activities, on average giving a value in the category S = Agree, this means that partners agree and support this community service activity.

Abstract

The cause of ERP system implementation failure in companies can be caused by several factors, so we need a model that can be applied, especially at the stage of approval for system use. This study aims to analyze what factors influence approval for product use (approval) in implementing an ERP system in a company and to analyze what factors have a positive and significant influence on the success or failure of system implementation in terms of approval. Research systematics through several stages, namely the stages of review, collection, analysis, and interpretation. The object of this research is PT. Glico Indonesia and with the SEM-PLS analysis method use the SmartPLS 4 application to test the structural equation model that reflects the relationship between variables. This research has a total of eight variables with one dependent variable approval and seven independent variables consisting of certainty of outcome, causality, motive consistency, control potential, situational construal, appraisal, and coping. In each variable, there are several indicators to support research. The tests used in this study are outer model testing, structural model testing, and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. Based on the results obtained from this study, of the seven independent variables, three variables have a significant and positive effect on approval, namely certainty of outcome, situational construal, and coping. Two variables have a significant but negative effect on approval, namely causality and motive consistency, there is one variable that has no significant and negative effect on approval, namely control potential and there is one variable that does not have a significant but positive effect on approval, namely appraisal.

Abstract

Salah satu manfaat teknologi informasi adalah meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam persaingan di dunia usaha. KADIN Kota Bandung dalam membina UMKM binaannya, memandang perlu pengetahuan mengelola hubungan dengan pelanggan, melalui pelatihan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) menggunakan Odoo. CRM adalah strategi bisnis yang fokus pada interaksi dan hubungan yang baik antara perusahaan dengan pelanggannya. Odoo adalah platform perangkat lunak sumber terbuka yang menyediakan modul CRM yang lengkap dan dapat disesuaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan interaktif yang melibatkan para pemilik UMKM anggota KADIN Kota Bandung. Peserta diberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya CRM dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, merencanakan kampanye pemasaran yang efektif, serta memantau dan mengelola hubungan dengan pelanggan secara efisien. Selama pelatihan, para peserta diberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang konsep CRM, termasuk pengelolaan data pelanggan, analisis data, dan penggunaan alat CRM untuk mengoptimalkan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Mereka juga dilatih untuk menggunakan platform Odoo CRM dengan menggunakan fitur-fitur penting seperti pengelolaan kontak pelanggan, pelacakan prospek, manajemen penawaran, dan pelaporan. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan CRM menggunakan Odoo memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi UMKM anggota KADIN Kota Bandung. Para peserta menjadi lebih mampu dalam mengorganisir dan memanfaatkan data pelanggan dengan lebih efektif, meningkatkan kualitas hubungan dengan pelanggan, dan mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran mereka. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing mereka dan berkontribusi lebih besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bandung. Tulisan ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi dan strategi bisnis yang inovatif. Implementasi CRM menggunakan Odoo dapat menjadi langkah penting dalam memajukan sektor UMKM dan memperkuat ekosistem bisnis lokal di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

PT. XYZ has implemented System Application and Product in data processing (SAP) software to support business processes in the company. The success or failure of system implementation can be assessed from non-technical aspects, namely that users can accept and use the SAP system well. The aim of this research is to evaluate the use of SAP software through Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) modeling. Attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, behavioral intentions, and behavior are the variables used in this modeling. This TPB modeling explains the factors that influence an individual's interest and behavior in using SAP software. An individual's intention to use SAP software is influenced by attitudinal variables, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norms, while a person's influence to use SAP software is influenced by intention. This type of research is quantitative research through data collection using a questionnaire with 30 respondents coming from SAP users at PT. XYZ. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS application. The results obtained are that attitudes have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions, behavioral intentions have a positive and significant effect on behavior, subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions, and perceived behavioral control has a negative effect on behavioral intentions in using SAP software.

Abstract

ERP system is an integrated system that is relied on by companies that aim to improve operational efficiency and optimize company resources. PT XYZ, which is currently engaged in IT, has implemented the use of the SAP ERP system. This study aims to evaluate the success of the ERP implementation at PT XYZ through testing the success of information systems using the DeLone & McLean model. The research method used is quantitative research method and data is collected through filling out questionnaires. This research data processing uses the SEM-PLS method through the SmartPLS application. In determining the sample, non-probability sampling techniques were used. There are 6 DeLone & McLean variables used, namely information quality, system quality, service quality, interest in use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. From the results of the analysis of 9 hypotheses, 5 hypotheses were accepted and 4 hypotheses were rejected. From the test results, the ERP implementation at PT XYZ is still not said to be a direct success with DeLone & McLean testing because there are variables that do not affect each other and are related to interest in using the system by users. Improvements in the system quality, service quality and information quality of the ERP system used will support the successful implementation of ERP technology in the company in the future.

Abstract

The Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) is the core of e-Government, which aims to create a clean, transparent, and free government from corruption, collusion, and nepotism. SPBE utilizes information and communication technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, so that it plays an important role in improving the quality of services, the implementation of government duties, and interaction with the community and inter-institutions. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are the main tool for optimizing information management by integrating eGovernment systems for more structured problem monitoring. This research measures the readiness of ERP implementation in the local government of Indramayu Regency, with a focus on technology, organization, and environmental readiness. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 230 respondents from 5 SKPDs in Indramayu Regency. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM method through the R Study application. The results showed that of the three hypotheses developed, one was accepted with a positive and significant influence (p-value < 0.05, t-statistic > 2.045), while the other two were rejected. The technological aspect has a negative and insignificant influence on ERP readiness, the organizational aspect has a positive and significant influence, and the environmental aspect has a weak and insignificant positive influence. Improving the quality of technology and the environment is important for the successful implementation of ERP.

Abstract

Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) is a model used to describe user behavior towards the acceptance of information technology. UTAUT is a development of eight previous leading theories. UTAUT has four constructs that can be a significant direct determinant of behavioral intention and use behavioral, ie performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. This model is then used to analyze user acceptance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at PT Wijaya Toyota Dago. ERP is a system that can help companies to integrate one process with another process, in order to achieve company goals. This research will explain about the relation of factors influencing acceptance and usage of ERP by using UTAUT model. This research is an explanative research with data analysis technique using PLS (Partial Least Square). Data obtained comes from respondents who are employees of After Sales function of PT Wijaya Toyota Dago, data obtained by way of distributing the questionnaire tertuup. The sample size in this study was 37 resondents and analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS applications. The analysis results are as follows: (1) Variable Performance Expectancy (PE) has a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention (BI); (2) Variable Effort Expectancy (EE) has a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention (BI);(3) Social Influence Variables (SI) have a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention (BI); (4) Variable Facilitating Conditions (FC) has a positive and significant influence on Use Behavior; (5) Social Influence (SI) variable has positive but not significant influence on Behavioral Intention (BI).
