Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) learning model. The type of research used is PTK (Classroom Action Research). Methods of data collection using tests. The sample used was class VIIIB MTs Zainul Fauzi Kendit Situbondo, which consisted of 18 students. The results of the pre-cycle interviews showed that the classical completeness was only 44%. The learning outcomes after implementing CTL learning in cycle 1 obtained a classical completeness score of 83%. Learning outcomes in cycle 2 get a classical percentage value of 88%. The value of learning outcomes obtained is greater than 75% so that it meets the expected success target. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the application of the CTL learning model to the Excretion System material can improve the learning outcomes of class VIIIB students at MTs Zainul Fauzi Kendit Situbondo.

Abstract

Learning is the main activity of the educational process. Researches conducted observations in class XI SMA 02 Diponegoro Wuluhan Jember. This study aims to determine the effect of teaching methods charades and experiments of interest and student learning outcomes in study subjects circulatory system Heart. Based on the results of research and learning methods charades experiment did not affect the student’s interest in learning biology XI SMA 02 Diponegoro Wuluhan Jember academic year 2013-2014 for the hypothesis test the significance value of 0.223 is greater than 0.05. the learning methods of charades and experimentation influence the biology student learning outcomes XI SMA 02 Diponegoro Wuluhan Jember academic year 2013-2014 for the hypothesis test significance value of 0.04 less than 0.05

Abstract

The application of learning model innovative type the problem based instruction to improve ketuntasan to study for students to the matter interaction creatures with the environment ‘the application of learning model innovative type the problem based instruction to improve ketuntasan to study for students to the matter interaction creatures with the environment in MTs. Hasanuddin semboro jember. Based on the research done, so of students to study in the cycle i obtained the average 73,2 with ketuntasan klasikal 72 %, and on the average cycle ii diproleh 82,3 with klasikal 92 % , student learning ketuntasan has recorded an increase of 20 % .So that the result of students to study has increased very large thus learning activities model the problem of fee-based instruction student learningketuntasan managed to change for the better.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran dapat mengoptimalkan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar guna tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta menguji validitas dan kepraktisan media flipchart materi perkembangbiakan tumbuhan berbiji terbuka (gymnospermae) sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Develomen (R & D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan Plomp yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu analisis (analysis), desain dan pengembangan prototipe (design and develop prototype) dan evaluasi (evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) validasi ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata presentase sebesar 83,3% dengan kategori sangat valid; 2) validasi ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata presentase sebesar 90,7% dengan kriteria sangat valid; 3) uji kepraktisan oleh respon guru memperoleh nilai rata-rata presentase sebesar 86,8% dengan kriteria sangat praktis; 4) uji kepraktisan oleh respon peserta didik memperoleh nilai rata-rata presentase sebesar 92,75% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Kesimpulan bahwa media flipchart materi perkembangbiakan tumbuhan berbiji terbuka (gymnospermae) dinyatakan sudah valid dan praktis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Indeks Keanekaragaman Phylum Echinodermata tertinggi berdasarkan hasil perhitungan. Desain penelitian menggunakan fenomenologi, jenis data kualitatif, analisis data menggunakan rumus Indeks Keragaman dari Shannon Winner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pantai pulau Tabuhan merupakan daerah yang berpasir putih, terdapat terumbu karang. Jenis-jenis Echinodermata yang berhasil diamati terdiri dari Linckia laevigasta, Echinaster luzonicus, Archaster angulatus, Fromia milleporella, Choriaster granulatus, Omphiura sp., Tripneustes depressus, Toxopneustes pileolus, Diadema setosum, Himerometra robustipinna, Holothuria sp, Holouthuria atra, Holothuria leucospilota, Holothuria hilla, Synapta maculata. Indeks Keragaman hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari rumus menunjukkan bahwa komposisi spesies Echinodermata yang terbanyak di temukan di pantai pulau Tabuhan terdapat pada classis Holothuroidea dengan komposisi 31 individu dan terendah pada classis Crinoidea dengan komposisi 1 individu, Familia dominan dan co-dominan 1 familia diantaranya termasuk kategori dominan dengan nilai persentase yaitu 29,11% yang terdapat pada familia Holothuriidae. Sedangkan 10 familia lainnya merupakan kategori co-dominan dengan persentase terendah yaitu 1,26% yang terdapat pada familia Archasteridae, Struktur Echinodermata yang memiliki nilai penting tertinggi yaitu terdapat pada spesies Fromia milleporella dengan jumlah nilai penting 10,702%. Sedangkan jenis Echinodermata yang memiliki nilai penting terendah yaitu terdapat pada spesies Himerometra robustipinna dengan nilai penting 0,667% dan Indeks Keanekaragaman Echinodermata tertinggi yaitu terdapat pada spesies Tripneustes depressus dan Holothuria atra dengan Indeks Keanekaragaman Echinodermata bernilai 0,541. Indeks Keanekaragaman Echinodermata terendah terdapat pada spesies Archaster angulatus, Himerometra robustipinna, Holothuria sp. dengan nilai 0,24.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital multimedia books on students' learning outcomes concerning global warming among seventh-grade students at mts nadhalatut thalabah wuluhan. The research employs a quantitative experimental approach, involving two groups: one utilizing digital books and the other using traditional textbooks for learning. Pre-tests and post-tests were administered to assess students' knowledge before and after the intervention. Results indicate that students who engaged with digital books achieved significantly higher post-test scores (85) compared to those who used conventional textbooks (72). Furthermore, surveys revealed that students found digital books more engaging and motivating, which enhanced their learning experience. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). The findings suggest that incorporating digital multimedia resources into education can effectively improve students' understanding of environmental issues, highlighting the need for further integration of technology in teaching practices.

Abstract

The role of biology learning is very important as an effort to improve student learning activities and outcomes. This study aims to determine an increase in student learning activities and outcomes in MTs Ma'arif Ambulu after using the Discovery Learning learning model. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR) with 2 cycles where one cycle consists of four steps namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the first cycle test that was carried out obtained a percentage of 68.75% and the average activity of cycle I students was 60.6% while the results of the second cycle test were 87.5% and the average activity of cycle II students was 92.5%. This shows that the ability of activities and student learning outcomes have increased with the application of discovery learning models.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to increase student interest and learning outcomes with a think pair share cooperative model at SMP PGRI Mumbulsari, the type of research used is classroom action research (CAR). Based on the results data, it is known that the percentage of classical completeness in the pre-cycle is 25.80% of the 31 students who did not complete and 8 students who did not complete, in the first cycle 54.83% of the 31 students there were 14 students who did not complete and 17 students who completed because the students were less focused when the researcher explained the material, many of the students did not pay attention to it because other class conditions were not conducive, another cause the students were still confused when the researcher directed the students to carry out learning by using the Think Pair Share type cooperative model and in the second cycle occurred the increase in the value of completeness that is 87.09% of 31 students only 4 students who did not complete and 27 students completed. And the interest result data is known to be the percentage in the pre-cycle, which is 64.18, an increase after the research is 89.95. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the TPS type cooperative model can increase the interest and learning outcomes of students of SMP PGRI Mumbulsari. Abstract

Research on the application of the DMR Learning Model which is a model for student learning activities. The goal is to improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students at MTs Al Kawtsar Panti - Jember with 19 students being studied as respondents. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research. This data analysis uses qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the learning outcomes that were initially applied to the learning model were obtained by students with 36% classical completeness. With the implementation of the DMR learning model at the stage of cycle 1, student learning outcomes have increased by reaching an average of 80.00 with a classical completeness of 57%. The implementation of one cycle of student learning outcomes has increased but has not yet reached the researcher's target. In the second cycle of research, student learning outcomes have increased with an average score of 88.42 with a classical completeness of 78%. From the results of the amount of data that has been calculated based on the criteria for the level of success, it can be categorized as GOOD. Thus, it is concluded that the application of the DMR learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII MTs Al Kawtsar Panti – Jember

Abstract

Learning model is a whole series of teaching material presentation which includes all aspects before and after learning. The problem in this study is that student learning outcomes are still lo and lacking enthusiasm in the learning process, where the value of student learning outcomes is still much below the KKM. This type of research uses PTK, with a quantitative data collection in the from of student learning outcomes tests and qualitative data obtained from intervies and studend documentation data. With 23 students as research subjects. Based on the results of this study, the average cognitive score of srtudentd in cycle I was 73. In the first cycle the average cognitive score of students II was 82, so there was an increase of 9%. So the application of the RCCDE learning model can improve students learning outcomes in the material of interaction of living things with the environment so that it can help in the student learning proses.Keywords: RCCDE model, learning outcomes, the interaction of living things with the environment
