Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived product quality, promotional attractiveness, and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on consumers who made purchases at Emina cosmetics, where the respondents in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Putra Indonesia University in the 2021-2022 academic year. The number of samples in this study were 131 respondents. With the method of collecting data through questionnaires and the sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study uses Partial Least Square analysis techniques estimated with the SmartPLS 2.0 program. The results of this study are the perception of product quality, promotional attractiveness, brand ambassadors and brand image as intervening variables that have a direct and indirect effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image is the factor that most influences consumers in making purchasing decisions. So that the higher the brand image of a product, the higher the consumer purchasing decision for that product. The perceived benefits greatly influence consumer purchasing decisions in making Emina cosmetic products.

Abstract

Perfume is one of the human needs in the field of fragrances, where perfume has become part of the primary needs of some people. Therefore, it is very important to choose and use perfume with good quality products. Azzwars perfume is a perfume brand that is quite well known in West Sumatra. Azzwars perfume already has several branches in districts/cities in the West Sumatra region. Based on field surveys and observations made by the author at one of its branches on Jl. Raya Aru Lubuk Begalung looks empty of visitors. This is the author's interest to see how quality management is implemented to increase customer satisfaction in the business. The methods used in this research were observation and interviews. The results of this research on the implementation of quality management in Azzwars perfume are quite good, but it needs to be improved further in terms of marketing so that the Azzwars perfume business, especially the Lubuk Begalung branch, can be more widely known to the public. Thus, it is hoped that this research will be useful for business people and further research in increasing customer satisfaction in a business.

Abstract

Many factors influence employee performance, including leadership style, employee welfare, and job satisfaction. At PT Kilang Lima Gunung Lubuk Begalung Padang, there is a decrease in employee performance among most employees, as seen from the company's production level that does not meet the company's target. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and employee welfare on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Kilang Lima Gunung Lubuk Begalung Padang. This study uses a quantitative research method that explores the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. The research data is collected through a survey questionnaire from 105 respondents and tested using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The results show that leadership style and employee welfare have a significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance. As a recommendation, this study suggests that the company should focus on improving employee welfare and leadership style to enhance job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence work discipline, occupational safety and occupational health have on employee productivity at PT. Teluk Luas Kota Padang. The method of collecting data through surveys and circulating questionnaires, with a population of 125 people sample 125 respondents obtained from the teknics saturated sample Formula. The analysis method used is path analysis using smartpls. The results of the research obtained based on the Partial Test There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Productivity. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Safety and Employee Productivity. There is a positive and insignificant influence between Occupational Health and Employee Productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Class II B State Detention Center in Padang. Documentation methods and types of primary data.. Research results obtained based on partial tests (T tests) obtained: There is a significant positive influence of motivation on job satisfaction at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. There is a significant positive influence of Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.906. There is an insignificant positive effect of motivation on employee performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.899. There is an insignificant positive influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.906. There is a significant positive influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.859. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Motivation on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.899 and the smallest value is 0.822. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of employee welfare programs and their impact on business productivity at the UMKM Kripik Balado Salsabila. Employee welfare programs include providing incentives, work facilities, training and a supportive work atmosphere. The research results show that the implementation of employee welfare programs significantly increases employee motivation, loyalty and performance. This increase has a positive impact on business productivity, as can be seen from production efficiency and increased turnover. This study concludes that employee welfare programs are a strategic investment for UMKM to achieve sustainability and competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to test how much influence Product Quality and Brand Equity have on Consumer Purchasing Decisions by Increasing Sales as an Intervening Variable on Scarlet Whitening Skincare Products (Case Study on Students of Putra Indonesia University "YPTK" Padang). The sample in this study amounted to 108 respondents in scarlet whitening skincare customers. This population is 2021 management students of Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang.The results of this study are (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Sales Increase in Scarlet Whitening Skincare Products. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Equity on Sales Increase in Scarlet Whitening Skincare Products. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions on Scarlet Whitening Skincare Products. (4) There is a negative and insignificant influence between Brand Equity on Purchasing Decisions on Scarlet Whitening Skincare Products. (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Sales Increase on Purchasing Decisions on Scarlet Whitening Skincare Products. Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence promotions, product ratings and ease of use have on purchasing interest through customer loyalty to the Gofood food delivery service (study of UPI YPTK Padang students). The method used was accidental sampling, namely Gofood consumers among UPI YPTK Padang students. The research results showed that: there is an effect of promotion on customer loyalty, product ratings have a positive effect on customer loyalty, ease of use has no positive effect on customer loyalty, promotion has a positive effect on purchase interest, product ratings have no effect on purchase interest, ease of use has an effect on purchase interest, customer loyalty has a positive effect on purchase interest, promotion has a significant positive effect on purchase interest through customer loyalty, product ratings have a positive effect on purchase interest through customer loyalty, ease of use has no effect on purchase interest through Gofood customer loyalty among UPI YPTK Padang students.

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence Product Quality and Location have on Impulse Buying with Purchasing Decisions as an Intervening Variable for Bana Central Park Ujung Gading Consumers. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with unknown population size, and determining a sample of 97 respondents obtained from the Concran Sugiyono formula. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0. The research results obtained show that there is a significant positive influence of product quality on purchasing decisions. There is a significant positive influence of location on purchasing decisions. There is a significant positive influence on product quality on Impulse Buying. There is an insignificant positive effect of location on impulse buying. There is a significant positive influence of Product Quality on Impulse Buying through Purchasing Decisions. There is a significant positive influence of location on impulse buying through purchasing decisions.
