Abstract

Tulisan ini ingin menjabarkan tentang pendidik sebagai tokoh sentral dalam dunia pendidikan, bekerja tanpa kenal lelah membangun dunia pendidikan menjadi lebih profesional dan berkualitas. Kinerja pendidik dapat diukur dengan profesi mereka, karena menjalankan profesi tidak mudah sebab profesi adalah pekerjaan yang dilakukan dengan keahlian sesuai dengan disiplin ilmu yang ada pada seseorang. Pendidik profesional adalah pendidik yang memiliki kompetensi dan muatan-muatan keilmuan sesuai dengan bidangnya. Kemandirian pendidik adalah manivestasi bentuk keberanian untuk mewujudkan apa yang telah menjadi keyakinannya dengan mengedepankan keahlian dan kemandirian. Pendidik yang mandiri akan menyeimbangkan kreatifitas dalam bidang pembelajaran agar lebih menarik hal ini menjadi pendorong meningkatnya kualitas pendidikan. Adanya payung hukum untuk pengembangan profesi pendidik secara individu, sebab dalam kontek individu justru kemampuan untuk mengembangkan diri secara peribadi menjadi hal utama yang dapat memperkuat profesi pendidik. Pengembangan diri secara personal sangat penting guna mengembangkan profesinya sebagai pendidik berkualitas.

Abstract

Kesetaraan gender dalam pendidikan Islam telah diatur dengan sangat rapi dan terukur sehingga tidak mungkin lagi dipertentangkan. Islam sangat menghormati hak-hak dan peran jenis kelamin dalam segala sendi kehidupan. Dalam sejarah Aceh tercatat perempuan-perempuan hebat yang memegang jabatan sebagai Sultanah, semisal Sultanah Tajul „Alam Syafiatuddin Syah (putri Sultan Iskandar Muda) memerintah di kerajaan Aceh selama lebih kurang 34 tahun lamanya, perempuan Aceh satu ini telah mengukir sejarah sebagai ratu yang sangat adil dan pemurah. Aceh juga memiliki perempuan hebat seperti Ratu Nahrisyah, Cut Nyak Dhien, Cut Mutia dan lain-lain. Heroiknya perempuan Aceh masa lalu mulai redup memasuki abad ke-19. Kultur budaya mulai merasuki pemikiran ulama-ulama Aceh ketika itu, peran perempuan sebagai pemimpin mulai terpinggirkan. Egoisitas mengakar dan membelenggu kehidupan masyarakat Aceh sampai saat ini. Laki-laki perempuan dalam Islam hanya dibedakan oleh jenis kelamin bukan berdasarkan kemampuan intelektual. Pembunuhan karakter salah satu jenis kelamin sangat dibenci oleh Islam. Sering kali dimensi agama yang tercantum dalam ayat al-Qur‟an diinterpretasikan secara salah, dan dianggap logis untuk diperbincangkan. Rasulullah adalah tokoh gender, beliau memerangi diskriminasi dan meletakkan tonggak keadilan. Rasul adalah uswah karena Rasul sangat menghormati perempuan, derajat perempuan 3 kali lebih tinggi dibanding laki-laki. Perempuan memiliki rahim, hamil, melahirkan, menyusui dan secara psikologis terjalin hubungan batin yang sangat erat dengan generasinya. Kultur masyarakat yang salah kaprah dalam memandang rendah perempuan perlu ditinjau ulang, maka dibutuhkan analisis gender yang tepat sehingga dapat menghilangkan segala bentuk diskriminasi di segenap kehidupan.

Abstract

This study uses the object of the literary work of poetry "Surat Dari Ibu", by Asrul Sani by using structuralism studies. The purpose of this study is to describe the physical elements and mental elements as a whole which allows to provide new knowledge to the reader. This study uses a qualitative approach to the method of content analysis in poetry. The results obtained in the physical structure of the poem there are 2 dictions related to the choice of words used by the poet. Images / images found 3 images related to the human senses. In concrete words there are 2 related to the overall meaning of the word. There are 2 styles of language, namely comparative figure of speech and affirmation figure of speech. Rima uses free rhyme in his poetry. The last physical element is typography, the poet uses typography in upper and lower case letters and full punctuation in his poetry. The inner element contained in the poem Surat Dari Ibu, Asrul Sani's first work, is the theme of finding a stanza related to the problems in poetry. Based on the tone found 2 tones. The inner element in feeling is found to be a sense of emotion and hope from a mother in the poem Surat Dari Ibu, by Asrul Sani. The last inner element is the mandate, there is one message that the poet wants to convey through his poetry

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya nilai siswa rendah disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal siswa dan guru melakukan remedial tidak mengulang materi bagian yang tidak siswa pahami. Dengan adanya nilai siswa rendah maka seorang pendidik harus memiliki kebijakan agar nilai siswa dapat diperbaiki Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program remedial terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SD Negeri 7 Paya Bakong. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experimental design, penelitian ini melibatkan 30 siswa yang memperoleh nilai di bawah KKM sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, tes tertulis, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada nilai rata-rata siswa dari 65,3 menjadi 78,6 setelah pelaksanaan program remedial, dengan 86,7% siswa berhasil mencapai nilai di atas KKM. Program remedial yang diterapkan meliputi pembelajaran individual dan kelompok kecil, dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan mencakup metode pembelajaran personal, dukungan sekolah, dan kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan metode pembelajaran remedial yang lebih inovatif, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan penguatan sistem monitoring evaluasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program remedial di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of the Management Information System (MIS), supervision of the MIS, and the impact of the MIS in improving the accountability of teacher administrative reporting at MAN Kota Lhokseumawe. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a descriptive approach implemented at MAN Kota Lhokseumawe, which was conducted from February to April 2025. Data sources consist of primary data obtained directly from informants (teachers, Head of Administration, and Deputy Curriculum) and secondary data from various literature and relevant documents. Data collection was carried out through three main techniques: observation of interactions between teachers, information systems, and administrative processes, open interviews with informants, and documentation in the form of tracing written records and authentic evidence of the role of the MIS in improving teacher administrative accountability. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the MIS has been carried out systematically through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Each teacher has a personal account to access E-Kinerja, with the obligation to upload administration in the form of workbooks 1-4 covering various learning devices. Supervision is carried out directly by the head of the Madrasah with data validation, a warning system for delays, and periodic evaluations through quarterly meetings. The impact of using SIM is very positive, including increasing information transparency, easy data access, accelerating the reporting process, time efficiency, and reducing paper use. However, there are still obstacles in implementing the JIBAS application due to limited servers, skilled human resources, and inadequate funding.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the Role of Parents in Introducing Hijaiyah Letters to Early Childhood, the method used was qualitative research with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study are that in introducing hijaiyah letters to early childhood in Gampong Meunasah Dayah, parents play the role of: 1) The teacher is in charge of introducing hijaiyah letters to children, guiding children to read hijaiyah letters, getting used to and training children to read Juz-Amma (hijaiyah letters ). 2) Parents act as motivators whose job is to motivate children, while the way parents motivate children to want to read hijaiyah letters is by giving advice, giving affection, taking children to TPA and also giving gifts to children if the children are diligent read Juz-Amma. 3) Parents as supervisors who always follow the development of children's achievements and supervise children both at home, school or at TPA.

Abstract

Broad-based reinforcement community education in the process of managing Arabic-Jawi recitation institutions through mapping problems encountered on deah Nurul Yaqin, Darul Ihsan District, East Aceh Regency. The development of the study center aims to strengthen managerial and administrative governance in the Islamic religious learning process. Participatory action research (PAR) has been used to deal with related issues. The mentoring program has added to both managerial and administrative governance measurable and structured. Assistance and strengthening of administrative and managerial governance have had an impact increase the capacity of Arabic-Jawi learning. Another positive impact of mentoring has increased managerial ability, learning process for teachers, and administrative management making hall Arabic-Jawi recitation competitive in system learning, managerial and governance administration.

Abstract

This life is like a chain of problems that will continue until the world ends. So, as long as humans still live in the world, they will be faced with problems. However, what differentiates one human from another is the way they deal with problems. Some face it with anxiety, but some can get through it calmly. This calm is an essential discussion of this research. Considering that HAMKA is a mufassir and figure of Sufism, of course, his interpretation is also very much needed to find the essence of mental peace. There is also a research objective, namely, to find out the concept of mental peace according to HAMKA in the Tafsir al-Azhar book. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach. This research uses thematic interpretive research with ontological, epistemological, and axiological analysis. After conducting research, the results were obtained, namely the concept of mental peace from the word sakinah, namely feeling optimistic because you are confident in help from Allah when facing a critical or unfavorable situation. Meanwhile, from the word ithmi'nân, mental calm is a balanced condition that a person feels. The way to achieve peace of mind is to put your trust in Allah and always recite the dhikr of Allah. Meanwhile, the positive impact of mental peace is being wise in making decisions, being kept away from feelings of anxiety, and being able to live life well. Meanwhile, the negative impact if the soul is not calm is that feelings of doubt and anxiety arise and take unwise actions because they are carried away by lust.

Abstract

Being a religious person is everyone's dream, including a child's. Religious attitudes do not come instantly but through a process. Educational institutions such as schools are places where students' religious attitudes are formed. The participation of all elements, including parents and society, is the key to forming religious attitudes. The goal to be achieved in implementing this religious culture is so that students have good and polite personalities, can behave in the wider community and can be good examples. Appropriate methods and strategies must also be applied to create a sense of love for the Creator and enthusiasm for carrying out their human duties. Religious culture is one of the methods in value education, where teachers as uswah must carry out their duties properly because their learning achievement has only assessed the education that students get so far, so religion as the main foundation is increasing being abandoned, therefore the participation of various elements especially related institutions and teachers as key figures are needed.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe teacher's role in the learning process has a very large influence and is a benchmark for success and moral improvement, but what has happened in this Madrasah is different, for several reasons. First, every disciplined student enters when the school or madrasa bell rings with the start of reading nadhom shorfiyah for grade level Wusho and nadhom alfiyah for Ulya level. Second, every student when the teacher passes, they are silent for a moment to wait for the teacher to pass. Third, every student who does not understand the lesson. will ask if the teacher has not finished explaining or is allowed to ask. Fourth. One of the behaviors of the students of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Dayah Bustanul Arifin Putri is to wash the clothes and iron the clothes of the teachers without being asked and to turn the sandals of each teacher with the aim of obtaining blessings from the teacher. The results of the study show the role of the Fiqh teacher in improving the morals of students. Methods in the teaching and learning process are the methods used in teaching and learning activities or conveying material, which consists of the question and answer method, the lecture method, the memorization method, and the demonstration method. each, learning materials that are systematically arranged, the availability of facilities for the needs of students and both external factors of financial support to carry out various programs and activities originating from various stakeholders.Keywords: The role of the teacher, Jurisprudence, Moral Improvement
