Contradictory professional and managerial principles such as quality monitoring and evaluation are integrated to shape contemporary professional action. This study aims to determine the directions of teacher professionalism and organizational management as a quality control model in Islamic boarding schools/dayah in Southeast Aceh district. This type of qualitative research with descriptive survey techniques. Primary data sources were obtained from informants and survey results, while preliminary data was obtained from various expert studies in the form of journals, books and other encyclopedias as support. Data analysis using an interactive model. The research data was then transcribed, and a data reduction process was carried out, which consisted of coding, choosing keywords, and categorization. The research results provide a model of professionalism as an aspect of change and 'organizing professionalism' as a new model. The Islamic boarding school teacher professionalism model leads to three parts: The formation of (1) Satisfaction Value of Quality Commitment; (2) Moral Commitment Trust Value, and (3) Performance Value for Continuous Change. The social implications expected through this research are a model of building organizational values in shaping teacher professionalism as an evaluative means of sustainable quality.

Women who are represented in the Regency/City DPRD have not yet reached the 30% quota as mandated by the law. The number of women's representation proves that the mandate of the law has not been carried out as it should. The aspirations of women in their political activities are still not respected, there are still many policies that are made that are still biased, women are considered not capable of entering the political sphere, men who should be included in the political arena are men. Many political parties in Indonesia have not accommodated women's rights, especially providing political education to women. Whereas the mandate of the law requires every political party, both national political parties and local parties in several provinces in Indonesia. However, the next obstacle that arises is the understanding of culture that is difficult to overhaul in the social order, some people still hold the principle of patriarchy in which the subordination of men is more dominant than women, so that the capacity of women who want to exist in the political field is hindered. Weaknesses and responsibilities of women in the family sphere are used as reasons to marginalize women's political rights. The biggest homework for the Indonesian people is to raise awareness to the people who are still bound by the cultural system that men and women have the same qualities to assume positions as leaders.

Broad-based reinforcement community education in the process of managing Arabic-Jawi recitation institutions through mapping problems encountered on deah Nurul Yaqin, Darul Ihsan District, East Aceh Regency. The development of the study center aims to strengthen managerial and administrative governance in the Islamic religious learning process. Participatory action research (PAR) has been used to deal with related issues. The mentoring program has added to both managerial and administrative governance measurable and structured. Assistance and strengthening of administrative and managerial governance have had an impact increase the capacity of Arabic-Jawi learning. Another positive impact of mentoring has increased managerial ability, learning process for teachers, and administrative management making hall Arabic-Jawi recitation competitive in system learning, managerial and governance administration.

ABSTRAKBudaya religius tidak terbentuk secara instan melainkan melalui proses implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam. Lingkungan pendidikan dikenal dengan sebutan Tri Sentra Pendidikan, yaitu lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan masyarakat dan lingkungan rumah. Interaksi positif antara ketiga aspek lingkungan pendidikan menjadi nilai primordial pembentuk budaya religius. Metode penelitian menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan Teknik kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan praktik budaya religious merupakan bentuk pendidikan berbasis agama dan bentuk kontrol sosial yang efektif baik dalam arti sempit mencapai pendidikan moral akhlak dan dalam arti yang lebih luas berkontribusi pada stabilitas tatanan sosial yang statis. Internalisasi nilai pendidian agama Islam dan lingkungan pendidikan diterapkan melalui beberapa strategi, (1) power strategy, pembudayaan agama di lingkungan keluarga menggunakan kekuasaan; (2) persuasive strategy dijalankan melalui pandangan warga sekolah; (3) normative educative, norma sebagai aturan yang berlaku di masyarakat untuk menanamkan dan mengganti paradigma berpikir masyarakat yang konservatif dan inovatif. Implikasi penelitian agar penerapan budaya religius membentuk individu siswa memiiki kepribadian yang baik dan santun, mampu bersikap ditengah masyarakat luas, dapat menjadi contoh yang baik.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of lecturer competence on the character of students at IAIN Lhokseumawe. The research method used is quantitative with a path analysis model. The research subjects were students of IAIN Lhokseumawe. With a total sample of 351 people. Sampling was done using the proportional random sampling technique. Based on the research findings, professional competence has the strongest and most significant impact on character development followed by pedagogical, social, and personality competencies. This finding implies that higher education institutions need to develop lecturers' competencies, especially professional competencies to realize better character education among universities.Keywords: pedagogical, professional, personality, social, Islamic student character

The functionalization of teachers as the primary contributor to educational quality is demonstrated by their mastery of professional facets. The purpose of this study is to design and examine a model for teacher professional development. a qualitative study design using literary methods. Using the keywords "teacher competence," "teacher professionalism," "professional development," and "educational management," 45 data sources were extracted from main and secondary references in the form of books, research journals, and documentation. Coding, keywords, and classification are then used to process the data. Miles and Huberman's procedures are employed in data analysis. The findings demonstrated that teachers' professional orientation does not end at the point of demonstrating competence but rather develops unique teacher-learner relations. Both internal and external factors have an impact on the professional development of teachers. Internal competence development entails taking several calculated actions. The professional development of teachers is an endeavor to reenergize instructors that are carried out outside of classrooms. Observations of the teaching profession are generally becoming more forward-looking. The idealization is consistent with the official government policies.

Tulisan ini ingin menjabarkan tentang pendidik sebagai tokoh sentral dalam dunia pendidikan, bekerja tanpa kenal lelah membangun dunia pendidikan menjadi lebih profesional dan berkualitas. Kinerja pendidik dapat diukur dengan profesi mereka, karena menjalankan profesi tidak mudah sebab profesi adalah pekerjaan yang dilakukan dengan keahlian sesuai dengan disiplin ilmu yang ada pada seseorang. Pendidik profesional adalah pendidik yang memiliki kompetensi dan muatan-muatan keilmuan sesuai dengan bidangnya. Kemandirian pendidik adalah manivestasi bentuk keberanian untuk mewujudkan apa yang telah menjadi keyakinannya dengan mengedepankan keahlian dan kemandirian. Pendidik yang mandiri akan menyeimbangkan kreatifitas dalam bidang pembelajaran agar lebih menarik hal ini menjadi pendorong meningkatnya kualitas pendidikan. Adanya payung hukum untuk pengembangan profesi pendidik secara individu, sebab dalam kontek individu justru kemampuan untuk mengembangkan diri secara peribadi menjadi hal utama yang dapat memperkuat profesi pendidik. Pengembangan diri secara personal sangat penting guna mengembangkan profesinya sebagai pendidik berkualitas.

This study aims to analyze a model for improving the quality of marketing 4.0 in Islamic educational institutions. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method by analyzing. The data collection method uses participant observation, documentation, and references to journals on the internet. Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of Islamic education marketing is very important and an integral part of organizing and maintaining the existence of Islamic educational institutions. In an Islamic education institution, it must have a marketing person who is capable of mastering technology, because marketing management is very important in the success of the vision and mission of Islamic education institutions. In Islamic education institutions, it is necessary to make new innovations in marketing educational services in order to be able to face the challenges of the times and the competition in the era of globalization.

Berdasarkan observasi bahwa masih banyak guru dalam membuat soal-soal (HOTS) pada level 1-3, kemampuan siswa dalam menyelasaikan soal-soal (HOTS) masih banyak yang salah, keterkaitan tujuan, proses dan penilaian belum tergambar jelas. Peneitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji keberadaan komponen (HOTS) pada ujian akhir semester 1. Metodologi menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa soal-soal (HOTS) di penilaian akhir semester 1 SD IT Anak Shaleh mengalami peningkatan pada L4-6, peningkatan juga terjadi pada siswa dalam menjawab soal-soal (HOTS) dengan 75%, dan tujuan, proses serta penilaian akhir semester 1 sudah saling terhubung dengan sangat baik. Implikasi penelitian bahwa peran guru dalam menerapkan langkah-langkah penilaian akhir semester 1 sudah sesuai dengan indikator berpikir kritis, sangat mempengaruhi dan memberikan kemudahan siswa dalam menjawab soal-soal (HOTS) yang diberikan oleh guru.

Kesetaraan gender dalam pendidikan Islam telah diatur dengan sangat rapi dan terukur sehingga tidak mungkin lagi dipertentangkan. Islam sangat menghormati hak-hak dan peran jenis kelamin dalam segala sendi kehidupan. Dalam sejarah Aceh tercatat perempuan-perempuan hebat yang memegang jabatan sebagai Sultanah, semisal Sultanah Tajul „Alam Syafiatuddin Syah (putri Sultan Iskandar Muda) memerintah di kerajaan Aceh selama lebih kurang 34 tahun lamanya, perempuan Aceh satu ini telah mengukir sejarah sebagai ratu yang sangat adil dan pemurah. Aceh juga memiliki perempuan hebat seperti Ratu Nahrisyah, Cut Nyak Dhien, Cut Mutia dan lain-lain. Heroiknya perempuan Aceh masa lalu mulai redup memasuki abad ke-19. Kultur budaya mulai merasuki pemikiran ulama-ulama Aceh ketika itu, peran perempuan sebagai pemimpin mulai terpinggirkan. Egoisitas mengakar dan membelenggu kehidupan masyarakat Aceh sampai saat ini. Laki-laki perempuan dalam Islam hanya dibedakan oleh jenis kelamin bukan berdasarkan kemampuan intelektual. Pembunuhan karakter salah satu jenis kelamin sangat dibenci oleh Islam. Sering kali dimensi agama yang tercantum dalam ayat al-Qur‟an diinterpretasikan secara salah, dan dianggap logis untuk diperbincangkan. Rasulullah adalah tokoh gender, beliau memerangi diskriminasi dan meletakkan tonggak keadilan. Rasul adalah uswah karena Rasul sangat menghormati perempuan, derajat perempuan 3 kali lebih tinggi dibanding laki-laki. Perempuan memiliki rahim, hamil, melahirkan, menyusui dan secara psikologis terjalin hubungan batin yang sangat erat dengan generasinya. Kultur masyarakat yang salah kaprah dalam memandang rendah perempuan perlu ditinjau ulang, maka dibutuhkan analisis gender yang tepat sehingga dapat menghilangkan segala bentuk diskriminasi di segenap kehidupan.
