Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the Role of Parents in Introducing Hijaiyah Letters to Early Childhood, the method used was qualitative research with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study are that in introducing hijaiyah letters to early childhood in Gampong Meunasah Dayah, parents play the role of: 1) The teacher is in charge of introducing hijaiyah letters to children, guiding children to read hijaiyah letters, getting used to and training children to read Juz-Amma (hijaiyah letters ). 2) Parents act as motivators whose job is to motivate children, while the way parents motivate children to want to read hijaiyah letters is by giving advice, giving affection, taking children to TPA and also giving gifts to children if the children are diligent read Juz-Amma. 3) Parents as supervisors who always follow the development of children's achievements and supervise children both at home, school or at TPA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya nilai siswa rendah disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal siswa dan guru melakukan remedial tidak mengulang materi bagian yang tidak siswa pahami. Dengan adanya nilai siswa rendah maka seorang pendidik harus memiliki kebijakan agar nilai siswa dapat diperbaiki Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program remedial terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SD Negeri 7 Paya Bakong. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experimental design, penelitian ini melibatkan 30 siswa yang memperoleh nilai di bawah KKM sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, tes tertulis, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada nilai rata-rata siswa dari 65,3 menjadi 78,6 setelah pelaksanaan program remedial, dengan 86,7% siswa berhasil mencapai nilai di atas KKM. Program remedial yang diterapkan meliputi pembelajaran individual dan kelompok kecil, dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan mencakup metode pembelajaran personal, dukungan sekolah, dan kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan metode pembelajaran remedial yang lebih inovatif, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan penguatan sistem monitoring evaluasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program remedial di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of the Management Information System (MIS), supervision of the MIS, and the impact of the MIS in improving the accountability of teacher administrative reporting at MAN Kota Lhokseumawe. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a descriptive approach implemented at MAN Kota Lhokseumawe, which was conducted from February to April 2025. Data sources consist of primary data obtained directly from informants (teachers, Head of Administration, and Deputy Curriculum) and secondary data from various literature and relevant documents. Data collection was carried out through three main techniques: observation of interactions between teachers, information systems, and administrative processes, open interviews with informants, and documentation in the form of tracing written records and authentic evidence of the role of the MIS in improving teacher administrative accountability. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the MIS has been carried out systematically through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Each teacher has a personal account to access E-Kinerja, with the obligation to upload administration in the form of workbooks 1-4 covering various learning devices. Supervision is carried out directly by the head of the Madrasah with data validation, a warning system for delays, and periodic evaluations through quarterly meetings. The impact of using SIM is very positive, including increasing information transparency, easy data access, accelerating the reporting process, time efficiency, and reducing paper use. However, there are still obstacles in implementing the JIBAS application due to limited servers, skilled human resources, and inadequate funding.

Abstract

Broad-based reinforcement community education in the process of managing Arabic-Jawi recitation institutions through mapping problems encountered on deah Nurul Yaqin, Darul Ihsan District, East Aceh Regency. The development of the study center aims to strengthen managerial and administrative governance in the Islamic religious learning process. Participatory action research (PAR) has been used to deal with related issues. The mentoring program has added to both managerial and administrative governance measurable and structured. Assistance and strengthening of administrative and managerial governance have had an impact increase the capacity of Arabic-Jawi learning. Another positive impact of mentoring has increased managerial ability, learning process for teachers, and administrative management making hall Arabic-Jawi recitation competitive in system learning, managerial and governance administration.

Abstract

Being a religious person is everyone's dream, including a child's. Religious attitudes do not come instantly but through a process. Educational institutions such as schools are places where students' religious attitudes are formed. The participation of all elements, including parents and society, is the key to forming religious attitudes. The goal to be achieved in implementing this religious culture is so that students have good and polite personalities, can behave in the wider community and can be good examples. Appropriate methods and strategies must also be applied to create a sense of love for the Creator and enthusiasm for carrying out their human duties. Religious culture is one of the methods in value education, where teachers as uswah must carry out their duties properly because their learning achievement has only assessed the education that students get so far, so religion as the main foundation is increasing being abandoned, therefore the participation of various elements especially related institutions and teachers as key figures are needed.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe teacher's role in the learning process has a very large influence and is a benchmark for success and moral improvement, but what has happened in this Madrasah is different, for several reasons. First, every disciplined student enters when the school or madrasa bell rings with the start of reading nadhom shorfiyah for grade level Wusho and nadhom alfiyah for Ulya level. Second, every student when the teacher passes, they are silent for a moment to wait for the teacher to pass. Third, every student who does not understand the lesson. will ask if the teacher has not finished explaining or is allowed to ask. Fourth. One of the behaviors of the students of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Dayah Bustanul Arifin Putri is to wash the clothes and iron the clothes of the teachers without being asked and to turn the sandals of each teacher with the aim of obtaining blessings from the teacher. The results of the study show the role of the Fiqh teacher in improving the morals of students. Methods in the teaching and learning process are the methods used in teaching and learning activities or conveying material, which consists of the question and answer method, the lecture method, the memorization method, and the demonstration method. each, learning materials that are systematically arranged, the availability of facilities for the needs of students and both external factors of financial support to carry out various programs and activities originating from various stakeholders.Keywords: The role of the teacher, Jurisprudence, Moral Improvement

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 telah lama diterapkan di MTsN 4 Pidie. Namun dalam prosesnya, tidak sedikit hambatan yang ditemui baik dari segi implementasi hingga evaluasi. Rumusan penelitian ini, (1) Bagaimanakah implementasi kurikulum 2013 yang dilakukan di MTsN 4 Pidie pada bidang studi fikih dalam mencapai ujian madrasah. (2) Bagaimanakah evaluasi implementasi, dan (3) Apa saja kendala yang dihadapi. Tujuan dari penelitian pertama, mengetahui Implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada dengan bidang studi fikih dalam mencapai ujian madrasah, kedua Evaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013, ketiga kendala apa saja yang dihadapi. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada bidang studi fikih di kelas 9 MTsN 4 Pidie dalam pencapaian ujian madrasah berbeda-beda setiap kelas dalam penggunaan metode. Guru menggunakan metode ceramah, demontrasi, dan tanya jawab. Evaluasi implementasi Kurikulum terdiri dari beberapa aspek, seperti sikap (spiritual dan sosial), pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Observasi penialain sikap siswa diperoleh dari penilaian karakter. Kognitif, melalui nilai harian, tengah semester, dan akhir semester. Psikomotorik dilihat berdasarkan unjuk kerja atau portofolio. Selain itu, guru diharapkan untuk mampu menggeser paradigma lama yaitu mengukur kompetensi berdasarkan hasilnya saja, dengan menuju evaluasi autentik. Untuk penilaian berdasarkan dari rekapan nilai ujian (AMBK) sudah memenuhi standar KKM dan standar kelulusan bagi siswa kelas 9. Kendala yang dihadapi guru fikih dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas 9 MTsN 4 Pidie dalam pencapaian ujian madrasah pertama, kurang maksimalnya pelatihan kurikulum 2013 oleh guru. Kedua, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang mendukung seperti buku pegangan guru, media pembelajaran yang belum lengkap dan belum adanya Laboratorium agama untuk praktek.. Ketiga, Proses evaluasi yang rumit karena banyaknya bentuk evaluasi yang harus dilakukan oleh guru mulai dari aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Kata kunci: implementasi, evaluasi, kendala, fikih, kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan merupakan salah satu jalan penting menuju kesuksesan, dalam menggapai tujuan untuk menyukseskan para alumi Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Azzanjabil mengikat santri-santrinya dengan disiplin yang kuat, banyaknya santri-santri yang melanggar peraturan Dayah, padahal dayah telah menerapkan aturan-aturan bahkan memberikan reward kepada santri yang berprestasi dan punishment kepada santri yang melanggar disiplin santri, dan ini menjadi latar belakang masalah yang memotivasi peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan Judul “Mekanisme Penegakan Disiplin Santri Terhadap Pemberian Reward Dan Punishment Di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Azzanjabil”. adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah; (1) Bagaimana Mekanisme Penegakan Disiplin Santri Terhadap Pemberian Reward dan Punishment di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Azzanjabil?, (2) Apa saja Bentuk Penegakan Disiplin Santri Terhadap Pemberian Reward dan Punishment di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Azzanjabil?, (3) Apa saja kendala Penegakan Disiplin Santri Terhadap Pemberian Reward dan Punishment di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Azzanjabil? Dan yang menjadi tujuan penelitian adalah; (1) Untuk mengetahui Mekanisme Penegakan Disiplin Santri Terhadap Pemberian Reward dan Punishment di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Azzanjabil. (2) Untuk mengetahui Bentuk Penegakan Disiplin Santri Terhadap Pemberian Reward Dan Punishment di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Azzanjabil. (3) Untuk mengetahui Kendala Penegakan Disiplin Santri Terhadap Pemberian Reward Dan Punishment di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Azzanjabil. metode penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan psikologis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Mekanisme Penegakan Disiplin Santri Terhadap Pemberian Reward dan Punishment di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Azzanjabil adalah dengan membentuk organisasi santri dan juga mamulai dengan sedikit paksaan agar terbiasa (2) Bentuk Penegakan Disiplin adalah; pertama, disiplin ibadah, disiplin waktu, disiplin belajar dan berlatih, disiplin kebersihan dan disiplin menjaga hati. Kedua, Bentuk Penegakan reward adalah reward dalam bentuk hadiah, nilai, peringkat, simbul-simbul, kegiatan, gestur dan sertifikat penghargaan dan ketiga, Bentuk penegakan Punishment adalah hukuman dikeluarkan dari Dayah, Surat Peringatan, Botak dan Hukuman Ringan. (3) Kendala Penegakan Disiplin terbagi kepada 2 bagian yaitu faktor internal yaitu faktor yang berrasal dari diri pribadi santri dan eksternal adalah faktor yang berasal dari selain santri seperti faktor orang tua dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci: Mekanisme Penegakan Disiplin, Pemberian Reward dan punishment.

Abstract

Tugas guru tidak terbatas pada memberikan informasi kepada murid namun tugas guru lebih komprehensif dari itu. Selain mengajar dan membekali murid dengan pengetahuan, guru juga harus menyiapkan mereka agar mandiri dan memberdayakan bakat murid di berbagai bidang, mendisiplinkan moral mereka, membimbing hasrat dan menanamkan kebajikan dalam jiwa mereka. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut peneliti membuat rumusan masalah: Bagaimana Eksistensi edukasi guru dalam melakukan preventif perilaku bulling di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Az Zanjabil?. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu: Untuk menjelaskan eksistensi edukatif guru dalam melakukan preventif perilaku bulling di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Az Zanjabil. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Eksistensi edukasi guru dalam melakukan preventif perilaku bullying di Dayah Terpadu Jami’ah Az Zanjabil adalah menanamkan pemahaman Agama, menerapkan sanksi bagi siswa yang melakukan bullying terhadap temannya. Kata Kunci: Eksistensi Edukasi Guru, Preventif Perilaku Bullying.
