This research aims to find out the influence of online learning through google class room on the interests and learning outcomes of MATERNAL & neonatal GADAR courses in students of semester 4 of STIKes Dian Husada Mojokerto. The method used in this study was a pre-experiment with the design of one group pre-test-post-test. This research sample was a 4th semester student of STIKes Dian Husada Mojokerto who numbered 26 students. The results showed that there was an influence before and after being given treatment using online learning through google classroom on the interests and learning outcomes of maternal &neonatal gadar courses. The conclusion of the results of the study, that google class room is less effective is used in online learning for maternal &neonatal courses, because for learning the course requires a more effective practicum if done face-to-face (offline).Keyword : Online Learnin, Interests And Learning Outcomes

Abstract

A perineal wound is a wound on the area between the vulva and the anus that occurs during the labor process.  Wounds can heal if properly treated. Treatment of perineal wounds can be helped by non-pharmacological means.1 Herbal ingredients that can be used in accelerating the healing of perineal wounds are red ginger boiled water (Zingiber officinaleVar.Rosc.Rubrum). The content of red ginger compounds has an active substance that functions as an anti-inflammatory, namely gingerol. 2The design of this study used quasi-experimentation with a posttest only control group design with a total sample of 20 respondents, taken by consecutive sampling. Results: respondents who were given treatment by giving red ginger boiled water were said to be cured, namely. as many as 10 patients (100%), while respondents who were not given treatment by giving red ginger boiled water were said to be not cured, namely as many as 8 patients (80%). From the results of the study using the Mann Whitney U statistical test, the Z value was -3,559. The Sig value or P Value is 0.000 < 0.05.  If the p value of the < the critical limit is 0.05. Discuss: Drinking red ginger decoction water is effective in accelerating the healing of perineal wounds in puerperal mothers.

Abstract

Most of the third trimester primigravida mothers who will face the birth process experience various anxiety, this can be caused by several factors, including the lack of knowledge and information about the correct delivery process, the provision of education that must be done by health workers also greatly affects the level of anxiety of primigravida mothers in facing the labor process. The purpose of this study was to analyze primigravida anxiety levels in facing the labor process in terms of education at KIA room in Pratama Eka Medika Pungging Clinic – Mojosari . The research design used is Pre Experimental with a research design one group Pretest-Posttest. The population in this study was all primigravida mothers who came to check at Pratama Eka Medika Pungging Clinic - Mojosari. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling and a total sample of 35 respondents was obtained. The free variable in this study is the education of the labor process. The variable bound to this study is the level of primigravida anxiety in the face of the labor process. Data analysis using Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed that Wilcoxon Asymp statistical test results. Sig. (2-tayled) is worth 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that "Ha is accepted".meaning that there is a difference in the level of anxiety before treatment and after being given treatment. Health workers should be able to pay attention to the importance of giving birth education starting at the beginning of the third trimester of pregnancy. Education can help provide mothers with knowledge and understanding of the physiological delivery process so that mothers can avoid excessive anxiety before facing the birth process.

Abstract

Most mothers with post partumsectiocesaria feel worried if her body is moved in certain positions will affect post surgery wound that still hasn't fully recouered, also due to the pain that is felt after anesthesia effects is disapparing 1.. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of early mobilization wound healing post sectiocaesaria. The type of this research is analytic cross-sectional. Variabel in this research is mobilization as the independent variable and wound healing post sectiocaesarea as the dependent variable. The population of this research that is the entire women post sectiocaesarea on midwifery room  as many as 85 mother. The results showed that’s from 31 respondents did proper mobilization well as many as of 28 respondents (55%) who ware healing fast and 3 respondents (9.7%) are healing slowly. T test test results obtained results of ρ = 0.00, α = 0.05. Then the Mean α. ρ < H0 was rejected and the H1 was accepted so there are influences of early mobilization with wound healing.Discuss: There is a relationship between early mobilization and wound healing. In order to improve the quality of health care health professionals are expected to improve their skills mainly in wound care of post sectiocaesarea either through seminars or training to provide a better service. Abstract

Roy's adaptation model is designed to form an interrelated cycle consisting of input (stimulus), control process (coping mechanism), and output (response or behavior). The purpose of this study was to reduce academic anxiety in nursing students in facing midwifery clinical practice using Roy's model. The research design used a quasi experiment with a population of undergraduate nursing students with a sample size of 100 students. This study analyzed data using the T-test. From the demographic results, it was found that out of 100 respondents aged 20 years as many as 28 (28%), 58 (58%) men, 88 (54.2%) women. The results of data analysis using Shapiro Wilk obtained a probability value of 0.710> 0.05 so it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. The mean ± SD value of the Academic Anxiety variable before the application of the Roy Adaptation Model is 43.99 ± 5. The mean ± SD value of the Academic Anxiety variable after the application of the Roy Adaptation Model is 192, while after the application of the Roy Adaptation Model is 45.59 ± 5.888. The results of the Paired Sample Statistics T-Test test obtained a value of 4.222 and a p value = 0.001 <0.05, thus the alternative hypothesis is accepted. For future researchers, it is expected to use stronger experimental designs such as randomized controlled experiments, conduct long-term measurements, analyze more complex data, include additional variables such as moderation or mediation and develop academic anxiety instruments.
