Abstract

Salah satu faktor stunting karena kurangnya pemahaman orang tua mengenai asupan makanan bergizi untuk anak. Murid  dan orang tua di TK Al Hikmah kurang memahami pentingnya memperhatikan kandungan gizi makanan, sehingga anak lebih sering mengkonsumsi makanan kurang sehat dan juga kurang air putih. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan membantu orang tua dalam pemenuhan gizi seimbang sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting melalui bahan pangan lokal agar mudah didapatkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development dengan model adaptasi ADDIE oleh Dick and Carry. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 18 wali murid TK Al Hikmah Pakusari. Penelitian berlangsung pada semester gasal tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan angket. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh skor uji validasi 95 sangat layak, hasil uji kepraktisan 88 sangat praktis, dan hasil uji keefektifan 73,6 efektif. Peneliti berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan program parenting pembuatan bento sehat agar menjadi kegiatan yang lebih menarik dan efektif dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu dijadikan salah satu referensi  untuk membuat kegiatan parenting yang lebih bervariasi agar lebih maksimal, serta perlu melakukan proses tindak lanjut dari kegiatan parenting.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology today offers various conveniences in human life, including in parenting practices. However, the lack of parental knowledge and skills in guiding children in the digital era can have negative impacts on children’s growth and development, especially in terms of excessive and unmonitored technology use. This study aims to analyze parents' readiness in applying adaptive and wise parenting patterns in the digital age. The research employed a quantitative survey approach, with data collected through an online questionnaire via Google Form. The research instrument consisted of 30 statements divided into 4 indicators, measured using a Likert scale. The study involved 99 parents selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed descriptively to obtain an overview of parents’ readiness in digital parenting. The results showed that the level of parental readiness was in the "ready" category at 74.3%. Parents were considered ready in understanding technological developments, supervising and restricting content, and accompanying children in using digital media. These findings indicate the importance of increasing digital literacy for parents to effectively manage challenges while maximizing the potential of technology to support child development. The implication of this study is to provide recommendations for parents to continuously enhance their digital-based parenting knowledge and skills in the modern era.
