Abstract

Kekerasan pada anak masih menjadi hal yang memprihatinkan seperti fenomena gunung es, tidak semua korban mau melaporkan. Kekerasan pada anak terutama pelajar terjadi hampir di semua daerah, termasuk di Kota Cilegon. Untuk itu perlu diadakan peningkatan perlindungan oleh UPTD Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak melalui berbagai layanan yang diberikan, salah satunya adalah layanan konseling.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis proses komunikasi konseling dalam menangani kasus kekerasan pada anak di UPTD Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak di Kota Cilegon. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penentuan informan menggunakan purposive, dengan berdasarkan pada kriteria. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dilakukan pengecekan keabsahan data dan analisis data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses komunikasi konseling dilakukan sejak tahap awal asesmen dengan manajer kasus, dan selanjutnya sesuai kebutuhan klien seperti layanan psikolog, dan mediasi.  Kemampuan komunikasi verbal dan non verbal yang baik sangat dibutuhkan.  Berbagai teknik konseling dilakukan dalam berkomunikasi diantaranya adalah building rapport diawal untuk membangun kepercayaan, katarsis, memberikan perhatian mendalam, pengulangan ketika klien anak bercerita, menggunakan kata-kata positif, menurunkan ego, dan klarifikasi.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Konseling, Kekerasan, Perlindungan Anak Violence against children remains a concerning issue, much like the tip of an iceberg, not all victims are willing to report it. Child abuse, especially among students, occurs in nearly all areas, including the city of Cilegon. Therefore, there is a need for enhanced protection provided by the Women and Children Protection Agency (UPTD Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak) through various services, one of which is counseling. The aim of this research is to analyze the counseling communication process in handling cases of child abuse at the UPTD Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak in the city of Cilegon. The research is conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study method. Informant selection is done purposively, based on specific criteria. Data collection involves observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by data validation and analysis. The results indicate that the counseling communication process starts from the initial assessment stage with case managers and then continues according to the client's needs, such as psychological services and mediation. Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills are highly essential. Various counseling techniques are employed in communication, including building rapport at the beginning to establish trust, catharsis, providing deep attention, repeating when child clients share their stories, using positive words, lowering ego, and clarification. Keywords : Counseling Communication, Violence, Child Protection

Abstract

Problems: Stunting is a health disease that causes chronic growth and development failure in toddlers whose nutritional needs are not met. Stunting also causes other health conditions such as intellectual disorders, motor nerve disorders, and immune disorders. Purpose: This research aims to determine the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of Lebak Wangi Regency in socializing stunting prevention. Methodology: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This research data was obtained from observations and interviews with 6 informants in Lebak Wangi SubDistrict. Results/Findings: The results of this research provide information regarding the planning of Lebak Wangi Regency in socializing stunting prevention, namely mini workshops or coordination with government officials in order to strengthen Lebak Wangi cross-sectors in discussing stunting and conducting research on socialization participants. preventing stunting. Organizing, namely forming an evaluation monitoring team, determining direct communication methods. Implementation includes conducting outreach, implementing a healthy kitchen program to overcome stunting, and providing additional food and using face-to-face communication. Evaluation is a mini/coordination workshop that brings together administrators in the Lebak Wangi Regency area which is held every 3 months after the implementation of stunting prevention outreach activities and the achievement of the stunting prevention outreach program.

Abstract

Introduction: The aim to this research to determine and analyze how to learning by access and utilization digital technology for high school visually impaired students (SLBN A) at Bandung City, Indonesia, because only in this school provide computer information technology specialization class, so it is important to have learning communication that is appropriate to the conditions of students who study computer technology without using visuals. Methods: This research used qualitative with case study method, and data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The participants consist of visually impaired students and teachers, the school principal, and a representative from the West Java Provincial Education Office. Findings: The research findings, reveal several essential aspects of access computers for visually impaired students, such as familiar with screen readers, the ability to remember and utilize shortcuts, proficient typing skills using all ten fingers, and the use of assistive tools. Digital-based learning involves using computers and smartphones due to the various supporting software applications. All participant have the computer skill use to type word, input data to excel, email and as well as search for materials on the internet and participants reported that smartphone was used to communicate, using conference applications, and searching for information online, and some participants used it to produce creative content. Originality: The novelty is a collaborative learning model based on communication technology for visually impaired students. Communication technology enables this collaboration through digital applications and devices that support communication and interaction between students and teachers, and interaction between students.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialiasi merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam keberhasilan implementasi sebuah kebijakan termasuk mengenai proses pemilihan umum yang dilaksanakan pada Tanggal 14 Februari Tahun 2024. Sosialisasi kepada pemilih pemula menjadi fokus pada kegiatan ini karena banyaknya jumah pemilih pemula dimana Kota Serang merupakan salah satu kota dengan pemilih pemula terbanyak. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK Informatika Kota Serang dengan tujuan membantu siswa-siswa dalam memahami pemilihan umum dan pemilih pemula, proses pemilihan umum serta apa saja agar menjadi pemilih pemula yang baik. Hasil kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan membantu siswa-siswa dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan mengenai pemilihan umum dan pemilih pemula, proses pemilihan umum, dan bagaimana menjadi pemilih pemula yang baik pada pemilihan umum Tahun 2024.

Abstract

The background of this research is the emergence of e-commerce which is one of the causes of a shift in people's behavior that prefers shopping online, especially in Cilegon City who buy scarlett whitening body lotion through shopee @scarlettofficialshop. Online customer reviews on the shopee application @scarlettoffcialshop provide information about scarlett whitening body lotion products. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence and extent of the influence of online customer reviews at shopee @scarlettofficialshop on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening body lotion products in Cilegon City. This study uses the elaboration likelihood model theory. This research approach uses a quantitative approach, and uses survey methods, the population of this study is the city of Cilegon as many as 450,271 people. The sample taken in this study was 400 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, instrument test, simple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between online customer review variables and purchasing decision variables. And shows the value of Tcount > Ttable, namely 22.284 > 1.965, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between variable X (Online Customer Review) and variable Y (Purchasing Decision).

Abstract

Saat ini media sosial X menjadi salah satu platform populer di Indonesia yang menyediakan fitur automenfess (mention confess) yang dimanfaatkan untuk mencari informasi-informasi tertentu oleh penggunanya. Akun @collegemenfess hadir sebagai akun yang ditujukan untuk berbagi informasi mengenai perkuliahan khususnya bagi para mahasiswa di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan media sosial @collegemenfess terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi mengenai perkuliahan bagi followers yang dibuktikan dengan Teori Uses and Gratification. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang disebarkan menggunakan teknik random sampling sebanyak 100 dari 1,2 juta followers @collegemenfess. Hasil analisis data melalui perhitungan SPSS v29 dalam penelitian ini dilihat dari perolehan hasil uji t dimana nilai t hitung > t tabel (9,538 > 1,924) dengan Sig. 0,001 serta R Square sebesar 48,1% yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan mengenai penggunaan media sosial @collegemenfess terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi bagi followers.

Abstract

Desa Pabuaran di Kampung Pasir Koyon dikenal dengan kebun subur yang menghasilkan singkong berkualitas tinggi, yang digunakan untuk memproduksi Enyek, makanan tradisional lokal. Meskipun ada potensi besar, 15 UMKM pengelola Enyek menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pengemasan produk dan persaingan dengan produk lokal lainnya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk mengembangkan UMKM Enyek melalui pemasaran digital dan perbaikan desain kemasan. Metode yang diterapkan mencakup pelatihan pemasaran digital, penggunaan media sosial, serta pembuatan desain kemasan yang lebih menarik dan modern. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemasaran produk Enyek, dengan terbukanya akses yang lebih luas melalui platform jual beli online. Selain itu, desain kemasan yang baru berhasil menarik perhatian konsumen lebih banyak dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif. Pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan penjualan Enyek, sehingga menambah pendapatan bagi UMKM setempat.

Abstract

Banten Police Public Relations runs the Mantap Brata Operation program, this program is carried out by the police to ensure security, order, and maintain the smooth running of the election. Banten Police Public Relations provides security and strives so that people can avoid political issues, hoax news, or receive misinformation. The purpose of this study was to determine the utilization of Banten Police Public Relations communication media in realizing a safe and peaceful 2024 General Election in the Operation Mantap Brata program. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, the results of the study found that the Banten Police Public Relations used many media including social media, mass media, print media, and direct communication to the public to convey messages of a safe and peaceful election campaign and information related to the 2024 Election.

Abstract

Keterampilan public speaking penting untuk dimiliki siswa termasuk pada siswa Sekolah Dasar, namun masih banyak siswa yang enggan ataupun kurang percaya diri ketika harus berbicara di depan umum, seperti di SDN Tembakang 01 Pontang, sehingga tujuan diadakan kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kepercayaan diri anak berupa berlatih keterampilan public speaking dengan teknik CLAPS yaitu Clear Loads and Powerfull. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, metode praktik dan metode tanya jawab. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan siswa-siswa memahami teknik public speaking CLAPS yaitu teknik bicara yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata-kata yang jelas, teratur dan penuh energi, bukan berarti teriak namun menggunakan diafragma yang bulat sehingga suara yang keluar menjadi bagus dan cukup jelas didengar oleh semua audiens, dan hindari pembicaraan yang berbelit-belit atau berulang, sehingga mudah dipahami oleh audiens. Siswa-siswa juga mampu mempraktikkannya serta termotivasi untuk terus berlatih public speaking karena menyadari keterampilan public speaking diperlukan agar mereka lebih percaya diri saat tampil berbicara di depan umum. Keterampilan public speaking juga dapat terus diajarkan ataupun dilatih pada siswa di lingkungan sekolah, seperti misalnya dijadikan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ataupun pelatihan yang bersifat insidental.

Abstract

This study analyzes the representation of beauty constructed in the Collagena advertisement with the tagline “No Wrinkles No Pores” starring Song Hye Kyo using the framework of Jean Baudrillard’s semiotic method to examine the concept of hyperreality that shapes contemporary beauty standards. The Collagena advertisement was analyzed using semiotics with a qualitative approach in 11 scenes in the advertisement that lasted 31 seconds. From the results of the research that the researcher analyzed, it shows that the Collagena advertisement constructs an ideal beauty narrative centered on wrinkle-free skin and strong bones at the age of 25 and above for women, and implies that a woman’s value depends on physical perfection even though she is no longer young. The representation of Song Hye Kyo who appears youthful and seems unaffected by the natural process of aging represents a hyperreal beauty that is difficult to achieve for the majority of Indonesian women. The construction of pseudo-reality depicted in the Collagena advertisement covers up the facts about the biology of the aging process and promotes a consumer ideology, where beauty is commodified and standardized following Korean popular culture. This reveals that this advertisement reinforces unrealistic expectations. It gives rise to consumer behavior, and normalizes media actions to beautify themselves according to Korean beauty standards among Indonesian women who try to adapt to these beauty standards.
