Abstract

Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) has become crucial for organizations in service-related sectors aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall performance through effective management of knowledge for, from, and regarding customers. However, implementing CKM presents both opportunities and significant hurdles. The purpose of this study is to provide an exhaustive understanding of these aspects by systematically reviewing recent literature to identify the critical success factors and key challenges associated with CKM implementation in service-related sectors. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted following established guidelines, searching major academic databases (Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, Taylor & Francis, ScienceDirect) for relevant studies published up to 2025. Following a rigorous screening and quality assessment process, 21 primary studies were selected for data extraction and synthesis. The findings reveal several key success factors categorized under Technology (e.g., CRM platforms, collaborative tools), Organization (e.g., top management support, customer-oriented culture, clear strategy), Human (e.g., employee skills, training, trust), and CKM Process (e.g., effective knowledge acquisition, sharing, application). Conversely, significant challenges identified include strategic issues (e.g., lack of clear objectives, difficulty measuring value), technological barriers (e.g., lack of appropriate technology, data integration issues), organizational and cultural resistance (e.g., lack of sharing culture), and human resource challenges (e.g., skill gaps, high turnover, knowledge hiding). This review consolidates current knowledge, offering valuable insights for practitioners seeking to navigate CKM implementation in service industries and providing directions for future research.

Abstract

The success of students in core computer science courses such as Algorithms and Programming is a critical factor in their academic journey, as it reflects both mastery of fundamental concepts and readiness for more advanced studies. Academic performance in this course is not only shaped by grades but also by behavioral and psychological attributes that influence learning outcomes. This study investigates the influence of academic performance on graduation in Algorithms and Programming using a predictive machine learning approach. The dataset includes 106 student records encompassing academic variables (attendance, average grades, assignment scores), psychological factors (motivation, anxiety toward examinations), and behavioral indicators (discussion participation, AI tool usage, online learning activities). The research adopts the SEMMA methodology, consisting of sampling, exploration, modification, modeling, and assessment. Several classification algorithms were tested, and Random Forest was selected as the primary model due to its strong performance and interpretability. The results indicate that academic achievement variables, particularly average grades and attendance, significantly influence graduation. Additionally, non-academic factors such as motivation, discussion activity, and exam anxiety contribute to predictive outcomes. The model achieved an accuracy of around 91% and an AUC score of 0.93, confirming its reliability in distinguishing between students who passed and those who did not. These findings highlight that academic performance influences success in algorithm and programming courses.

Abstract

The accelerated rate of government applications development in Indonesia has introduced new opportunities and challenges in delivering digital public services. While thousands of apps have been developed, systemic issues ranging from usability flaws to authentication failures persist, as reflected in user reviews on platforms like the Google Play Store. This study adopts a knowledge discovery approach to extract actionable insights from more than 17,000 user-generated reviews across three major government applications: Satusehat, Digital Korlantas, and M-Paspor. A hybrid methodology is applied, combining RoBERTa-based sentiment classification, BERTopic-based topic modeling, cosine similarity analysis, and qualitative user validation. The findings reveal recurring issues in authentication, interface design, and system responsiveness that span across organizational boundaries. Cross-app topic correlation highlights critical shared pain points such as login failures and unintuitive UI that undermine user trust in e-government services. Mapping these insights onto the SECI knowledge management model, this research contributes both practical recommendations and a replicable analytical framework for public agencies seeking to institutionalize user feedback. By transforming fragmented digital feedback into organizational knowledge, this study supports continuous service improvement and strengthens the foundation for user-centric e-government.

Abstract

This research is motivated by difficulties students face in understanding IPAS learning. This is because the teaching materials used are still in the form of printed media, while the facilities and infrastructure are very limited, and even students are very enthusiastic about digital learning. Therefore, this has impact on student’s learning outcomes. The aim if thus research is to produce interactive PowerPoint using canva as a learning medium for IPAS in a valid, practical, and effective manner. The research methoud used is the research and development (R&D) method. The learning model used is the ADDIE model, consisting if five stage: Analyze (analysus), design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The type of data collected is qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results of the validation of the interactive PowerPoint for IPAS subjects in fourth grade, validated by three validators, obtained a score of 80,55% categorized as valid. The practicality result assessed from students’ responses obtained a score of 78,3% categorized as practical. Based on this analysis, it is concluded that the interactive PowerPoint using the canva application is declared practical. Furthermore, the effectiveness was assessed, and students’ learning outcomes obtained an average score of 83,52% categorized as very effective.

Abstract

This study looks at how verbs are translated from English to Indonesian in the iPhone 13 Pro Max user guide, and how the translation techniques used affect how acceptable the translations are to Indonesian readers. While many studies have looked at translating technical texts, not many have focused on verbs or how they affect users’ understanding. This study fills that gap by focusing on verbs, which are important in user guides because they give instructions that need to be clear and easy to follow. The study uses a qualitative method, applying Molina and Albir’s (2002) framework to identify the translation techniques, and Nababan’s (2012) model to measure how acceptable the translations are. Five Indonesian iPhone users were asked to rate how natural and clear the translated verbs were using a three-point scale. The results show that established equivalent was the most commonly used technique and had the highest acceptability. Other techniques such as linguistic compression, compensation, transposition, and modulation were used less often but were still mostly acceptable. By connecting translation techniques to user feedback, this study offers a focused and user-centered contribution to translation studies. It also gives useful insights for translators and user guide developers who want to make their translations clearer, more culturally appropriate, and easier to understand.
