Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada upaya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam dalam meningktakan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI jurusan multimedia SMK Ma’arif NU Kota Batam. Untuk mengetahui apakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat ada upaya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam dalam meningktakan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI jurusan multimedia SMK Ma’arif NU Kota Batam. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif murni. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah siswa. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh dari analisis sebelum dilapangan dan analisis selama dilapangan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara menunjukkan hasil bahwa ada upaya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam dalam meningktakan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI jurusan multimedia SMK Ma’arif NU Kota Batam berupa memberikan motivasi dan contoh kepada siswa serta memberi sanksi yang mengedukasi apabila siswa kelas XI melakukan kesalahan dalam hal kedisiplinan. Adapun faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang penulis ketahui selama penelitian diantaranya. Faktor pendukung anatara lain, siswa mendapatkan apresiasi berupa hadiah, mendapatkan dukungan yang baik dari guru, serta guru-guru yang memiliki keahlian dibidang nya msing-masing. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah dari lingkungan keluarga yang kurang disiplin, dari lingkungan masyarakat serta teman yang kurang baik, dan pada masa pendemi ini, siswa agak sulit dalam menerima pembelajaran di sebabkan kurang perhatian dari orang tua dan guru yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

Nowadays, Islamic religious education is often underestimated in educational institutions. As researchers can see, with the development of the times social media is very influential on Islamic religious education. Because social media is often used in everyday life. Good against teachers, students or other communities. The purpose of researchers conducting research is to find out the concept of Islamic education in the challenges of the social media era. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods with servey models and in-depth interviews. The results of the study can be concluded that in today's era Islamic religious education is often trivialized by society. But actually Islamic education is very influential on future generations. Therefore, researchers can conclude that Islamic education is very important, because religious education is the main key to the morals and attitudes of students. Meanwhile, with the existence of Islamic religious education in schools, the morals and manners of students are problematic. Imagine if Islamic religious education is abolished or underestimated how the moral development of the nation's successors. The limitation of this study is that researchers have not been able to find ways or solutions so that religious education is not underestimated or trivialized by educational institutions or society. The researcher's hope for future researchers is that future researchers can find ways or solutions so that Islamic education is not underestimated.

Abstract

One of the problems in schools, especially in the subject of Islamic jurisprudence, is that many students find that when practicing they do not pay enough attention to the teacher who is teaching, this is due to a lack of teacher interaction with students, where interaction in the learning process is very necessary to make students comfortable in learning. The aim of this research is to determine the benefits of the teacher's ability to interact with students in the fiqh learning process. The research method used by the researcher is a quantitative method using an in-depth interview and survey system. The results of this research show that students are able to understand fiqh material well when teachers can interact well with students in the learning process. So researchers can conclude that interaction between teachers and students is very important in the learning process. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only focuses on good interaction between teachers and students in Fiqh learning, therefore the researcher hopes that further research can be carried out in other learning subjects.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan TPQ dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-quran pada anak di TPQ Nurul Jihad Kelurahan Andowia. Adapun metode  yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu metode kualitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa: observasi dan wawancara, serta peneliti terlibat secara langsung dalam kagiatan pengabdian. Metode tersebut sangat memudahkan peneliti dalam mendapatkan data. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa TPQ Nurul Jihad telah berusaha memaksimalkan kinerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas kemampuan membaca Al- Quran pada anak di TPQ Nurul Jihad. Peningkatan kualitas kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dilakukan melalui pengelolaan manajemen atau supervisi TPQ dalam mengatur, memantau, dan mengarahkan kegiatan pembelajaran Al-Quran, sehingga dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: Peran, TPQ Nurul Jihad, Al-Qur’an

Abstract

The literacy program is an initiative implemented in schools aimed at increasing students' interest in reading and writing. Specifically, at SD-TQ Muadz Bin Jabal Kendari, several activities are carried out to support the literacy program, including 15 minute reading sessions, reading in the library or reading corners, and the integration of literacy into subjects, particularly Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program at SD-TQ Muadz Bin Jabal Kendari and its application within the Islamic Religious Education learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The subjects of the study are the teachers (ustadz and ustadzah) and students of SD-TQ Muadz Bin Jabal Kendari. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion drawing. The research findings reveal that the literacy program at SD-TQ Muadz Bin Jabal Kendari consists of several activities, such as reading in classroom reading corners or the library, and 15 minute reading sessions before lessons begin. The evaluation of the GLS program implementation includes: context evaluation literacy implementation is regulated by the principal's decree, establishing a literacy team; input evaluation the school is well prepared in terms of human resources (teachers and students), facilities (library and classrooms), and external support, particularly through collaboration with Nyalanesia to enhance school literacy; process evaluation literacy activities have been carried out fairly well, though further development and variation are needed to maintain student interest; product evaluation the GLS program has improved student learning outcomes, as shown by the 53% mastery rate in class 2C (which used literacy based learning) compared to only 33% in class 2D (which used conventional learning methods).

Abstract

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) issued an Independent Learning policy in order to achieve quality education for all Indonesian people. Quality education focuses on developing basic competencies and character to ensure students progress in learning so that they are more competent and have character. One of the Independent Learning policies that have been launched is the Educational Report platform. The Educational Report Platform that was launched, is a platform that provides data on reports on the results of the evaluation of the education system as an improvement on previous quality report platform. This research is a descriptive qualitative study to examine how the newly launched Indonesian Educational Report platform can be utilized in data-based education planning so that the planning carried out can be more targeted and the quality of education can be improved. The results of the study have shown that the use of Educational Report in data-based planning is a tool and a way to identify root causes, reflect on educational achievements, and become a material for constructive discussions with various education stakeholders to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh variabel kepemimipinan karismatik dan variable sarana prasarana kepada kepuasan santri di Pondok Pesantren Minhajut Thullab Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, tempat penelitian pada Pondok Pesantren Minhajut Thullah Konawe Selatan. Adapun teknik yang digunakan sebagai pengambilan sampel ialah Total Sampling yang diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 jiwa dari jumlah populasi 89 Santri SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dengan pemberian kuesioner. Berdasarkan analisis statistik, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan karismatik dan infrastruktur memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri, baik bersama (Uji F-simultan) maupun secara terpisah (Uji T-individual). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda ditemukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Karismatik (X1) berpengaruh sebesar 62,1% terhadap kepuasan santri, sedangkan Sarana Prasarana (X2) berpengaruh sebesar 41,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and employee discipline on employee performance at IAIN Kendari. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 60 employees. Data analysis using descriptive and inferential analysis after fulfilling the requirements for normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation tests. Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and path analysis. The study results indicate that satisfactory compensation can lead to an increase in the performance of IAIN Kendari employees, and good work discipline can lead to an increase in the performance of IAIN Kendari employees. Fair compensation can lead to an increase in the performance of IAIN Kendari employees. This research implies that an increase in compensation can improve employee discipline and employee performance at IAIN Kendari.

Abstract

This article analyses the effect of Belief, Spirituality, and Interpersonal Communication on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). The research was conducted on seventy-two certified lecturers using path analysis. The results of the study show that there are direct and indirect effects of; 1) trust on the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers, 2) spirituality on the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers, 3) interpersonal communication on the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers; 4) belief in spirituality; 5) trust in interpersonal communication; 6) trust in organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers through spirituality; 7) trust in organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers through interpersonal communication. The results of this study confirm that high levels of trust, spirituality, and interpersonal communication influence any change in the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers. Therefore, these three variables must be considered in creating and improving the organizational citizenship behaviour of certified lecturers.

Abstract
