Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) Mengetahui jenis tindak kriminalitas dan persentase setiap jenis tindak kriminalitas yang terjadi di Wilayah Hukum Kepolisian Resort (POLRES) Kota Payakumbuh tahun 2014. (2) Memetakan kerawanan kriminalitas di Wilayah Hukum Kepolisian Resort (POLRES) Kota Payakumbuh tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif .Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik dan teknik overlay pada peta.Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Jenis tindak kriminalitas meliputi jenis kriminal yaitu: Curas (pencurian dengan kekerasan) sebanyak 88 kasus. Curat (pencurian dengan pemberatan) sebanyak 242 kasus. Curanmor (pencurian sepeda bermotor) sebanyak 87 kasus. Anirat (penganiayaan berat) sebanyak 176 kasus dan Aniring (penganiayaan ringan) sebanyak 160 kasus. Persentase perbandingan antara berbagai jenis kejahatan atau tindak kriminalitas tertinggi sebesar 38,5% untuk Curat di Kecamatan Lampasi Tigo Nagari dan yang paling rendah sebesar 6,1% untuk Curanmor terjadi di Kecamatan Luhak. (2) Kerawanan kriminalitas tertinggi terjadi di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat sebesar 49 kali per satuan penduduk dan terendah di Kecamatan Lampasi Tigo Nagari sebesar 4 kali per satuan penduduk.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the factors affecting Kampung Koto Kandis serve as the prohibition of fish holes and (2) to know the system of local wisdom implementation in the prohibition of fish in Kampung Koto Kandis.The method used in this research is the Mixed Method. Research Samples are taken as many as 15 people and 10 respondents.The result of this research is to find out (1) the factors that influence the area is used as the prohibition of the focus to two factors, namely: the first factor of Koto Kandis society that originated from the thinking, musyawarah, planning, supervision and community cooperation hence formed the fish. Second, the physical condition: Kapalo Banda River is the main river flow and is the first order river because it is not encountered by other river branches, the river flows following the slope of the rock layer, and the topography of the area around the river is dominated by a flat slope.2) The system of local wisdom of fish prohibition in Kampung Koto Kandis accepted and formed in 2007 by people Koto Kandis, people just believe, then provide peace, and food for the fish so that the fish are used to life and do not feel disturbed. it is intended that no people take fish, but in fact this does not use any mystical element.

Abstract

The study aims to: 1) Mapping the movement patterns of sex workers (FSW) in Padang. 2) Knowing the factors that affect a person become sex workers (FSW) in Padang.This qualitative research is descriptive and tend to use qualitative analysis. The sample consists of three elements, namely where (place), actors (actor), and activity (activity). The sampling technique is snowball sampling as many as twenty-five (25) sex workers. Data Analysis Techniques Analysis Pattern is Movement and Cross Tabulation Analysis (crosstabs).The results of this research are: 1) Based on the analysis of movement patterns sourced from Alan Leu and Bob McKercher (2006) movement patterns of sex workers (FSW) in Padang classified patterns Multiple Pattern types Chaining Loop as much as 48% and Base Site as much as 28% , 2) Factors that affect a person become sex workers in the city of Padang is more dominant factors, namely the weak economy as much as 60%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan tingkat partisipasi pedagang kaki lima dan upaya pemerintah dalam mengoptimalkan partisipasi pedagang kaki lima dalam pengelolaan kebersihan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan Skripsi adalah metode diskriptif Kualitatif, akan tetapi tidak kualitatif murni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada empat bentuk partipasi pedagang kaki lima beserta tingkat partisipasinya yaitu penanganan sampah kategori tinggi, penanganan air limbah kategori rendah, membersihkan lingkungan kategori tinggi, dan untuk pembayaran uang retribusi kebersihan tergolong rendah. Upaya mengoptimalkan partisipasi pedagang kaki lima antara lain penambahan fasilitas penunjang, pengawasan berkala, mendata pedagang, pemungutan uang retribusi kebersihan kepada seluruh pedagang, dan mengadakan sosialisai program kebersihan. Kata kunci : Partisipasi, Pedagang Kaki Lima, Pengelolaan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the form and level of participation of street vendors and government efforts to optimize the participation of street vendors in environmental hygiene management. The research method used in thesis writing is a qualitative descriptive method, but it is not purely qualitative. The results showed that there were four forms of street vendor participation along with the level of participation, namely high waste magement, low waste management , cleaning high environments, and low paying retribution fees. Efforts to optimize the participation of street vendors include the addition of supporting facilities, periodic supervision, data collection of traders, collection of cleaning retribution money to all traders, and holding a socialization of cleaning programs. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi karakteristik lahan, tingkat kesesuaian lahan untuk tanaman buah naga di daerah penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survei dengan pemetaan satuan lahan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: 1. Karakteristik lahan: a) iklim: curah hujan 3117.8 mm/tahun dengan kriteria sangat tinggi, b) elevasi: kriteria sangat baik karena seluruh satuan lahan berada diantara 0 – 350 mdpl c) lereng : terbagi atas tiga (3) kelas yaitu datar, landai, kelas agak miring d) tekstur tanah lempung berpasir, liat berpasir, pasir berlempung, lempung berdebu, liat berdebu, e) ph tanah didominasi dengan kelas ph sangat baik 5-7, f) nitrogen terbagi atas empat (4) kelas yaitu sangat baik, kelas baik, kelas agak jelek, kelas jelek, g) posfor terbagi atas 3 kelas yaitu: sangat baik, kelas baik, kelas agak jelek, h) kalium: semua satuan lahan mempunyai kelas kalium sangat baik. 2. Tingkat kesesuaian lahan: seluruh satuan lahan di lokasi penelitian Kecamatan Kuranji mempunyai tingkat kesesuaian cukup sesuai atau cukup potensial sebagai tempat pertumbuhan dan pengembangan tanaman buah naga. Abstract

This study aims to describe the perceptions of adolescents on the ideal number of children and find out the effect of education level, income level, and family size on the perception of adolescents about the ideal number of children in Ujung Batu Village, Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu District, Riau Province. This type of research is quantitative with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were adolescents who were in Ujung Batu Village. Samples were taken by convenience sampling method with a total of 96 adolescents. The results of the study found that the ideal number of children according to adolescents was 2 because it was based on government programs. The results of Chi Square analysis show that the condition of the level of education, the level of income of the head of the family and the size of the family have a significant influence on the number of ideal children.

Abstract

This reseach porpuse to obtain a strategy for developing the pasir tiku beach attractions that will be carried out in the future. This study uses a mix method of combination methods or methods from qualitative research with quantitative methods. This study uses a SWOT analysis to identify internal factors as supporters and inhibitors with identify external factors as a barrier and a incentive for the development of pasir tiku beach attractions. The results showed that the development strategy of Pasir Tiku Beach tourism object consisted of (1) resource development (2) tourism potential development (3) restructuring of existing facilities and infrastructure (4) adding facilities and infrastructure in accordance with tourist standards (5) establish cooperation with the government.

Abstract

This research aims to. 1) to inventory trees as prospective foster trees in Jorong Gantiang Indigenous Forest, Nagari Sirukam. 2) to find out the distribution of foster trees and prospective foster trees in Nagari Sirukam Customary Forest. 3) to find out the management of foster trees and the Jorong Gantiang Nagari Sirukam Customary Forest. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative and qualitative approaches (Mix Method). This research uses primary and secondary data types. Retrieval of tree point data in the field using GPS (Global Positioning System) then for data management of foster trees and Jorong Gantiang Indigenous Forest Nagari Sirukam using interview techniques. The results of this study are: 1) Trees that meet the requirements as foster tree candidates in the Jorong Gantiang Customary Forest are 414 trees and 54 trees are being nurtured. 2) Distribution of prospective foster trees and foster tree trees is displayed in the form of maps after the data is processed with Arc Map software. 3) Management of Customary Forests Nagari Sirukam still uses a customary system in which all regulations governing forests lead to customary regulations.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the welfare level of married couples in the young age in Nagari Saruaso District Tanjung Emas District flat land. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive, with a population of all women under the age of 20 who do a young marriage in the year 2006-2018 in Nagari Saruaso that amounted to 102 people. Sampling was taken based on the Purposive Sampling technique and obtained 65 respondents. Data collection techniques through the dissemination of questionnaires or polls and documentation. Analysis techniques using percentage data analysis and scoring techniques. The results showed that the welfare level of married couples is 52 respondents (80%) A moderate level of well-being with a score between 14-19 and 13 respondents (20%) Relatively high score between 20-24. This is due to the family income which is relatively moderate between Rp.1.500.000-Rp.2.500.000 per month, it is high expenditure cost with a large number of family liabilities. The low level of education leads to the difficulty of getting a decent job.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan penggunaan lahan, dimana potensi lahan yang ada menunjang kehidupan masyarakat pertanian dan perkebunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah Citra Satelit Landsat TM 5 perekaman tahun 2005 dan OLI/TIRS 8 perekaman tahun 2016 dengan pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut : perkebunan selalu mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun yaitu sebesar 150.000 ha, perkebunan campuran sebesar 32.411,87 ha, semak belukar sebesar 30.000 ha, pertanian campuran sebesar 24.017 ha, permukiman sebesar 5.522,8 ha, tanah terbuka sebesar 1.748,12 ha, sawah berkurang sebesar 1.921,22 ha, hutan sekunder berkurang sebesar 64.984,73 ha, dan hutan primer berkurang sebesar 86.070,79 ha. Kabupaten Pasaman Barat merupakan salah satu wilayah pertanian dan perkebunan di Sumatera Barat. Komoditas unggulan Pasaman Barat adalah kelapa sawit, jeruk, jagung, padi, pisang dan ubi jalar.
