Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran e-learning berbasis learning Management System (LMS) sebagai media interaktif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi Complex Engish Grammar. E-learning merupakan modul pembelajaran digital dengan menggunakan Android Hand pone atau laptop sehingga mampu mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development Research (R & D) dengan model Four-D (4-D) yaitu Pendefinisian (Define), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Develop) dan Diseminasi (Disseminate). Pengembangan R & D bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa video pembelajaran grammar dan menguji keefektifan video pembelajaran, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, mengembangkan produk dan memvalidasi produk menjadi produk baru yang memenuhi kebutuhan, kriteria kualitas, efektivitas dan efesiensi dalam menghasilkan video pembelajaran grammar pada modul digital e-learning berbasis learning management system yang menarik dan kreatif yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa sesuai dengan zamannya serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran grammar. Video pembelajaran grammar dihasilkan dari beberapa langkah, yaitu; process merekam video, membuat dan mengedit video, kemudian prosess menggunggah ke You Tube. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan grammar mereka dengan menggunakan video pembelajaran.

Abstract

Jaminan kesejahteraan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia merupakan amanat UUD Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia 1945 yang secara resmi dituangkan dalam Pasal 28 H ayat (3). Program jaminan sosial terdiri dari jaminan sosial Kesehatan dan ketenagakerjaan. Salah satu yang kerap kali menjadi permasalahan yaitu jaminan hari tua atau imbalan yang diterima pekerja ketika terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja. program jaminan hari tua bertujuan untuk menyejahterakan para tenaga kerja yang besar iurannya adalah 5.7% dari gaji pekerja setiap bulannya, dimana 2% dipotong dari upah bulanan pekerja dan 3.7% merupakan tanggung jawab perusahaan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepatuhan hukum perusahaan serta faktor penyebab terhadap hak-hak tenaga kerja berdasarkan aturan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia, dalam hal ini yang dimaksud adalah jaminan sosial berupa jaminan hari tua (JHT). Penulis menggunakan metode analisis yuridis normatif atau analisis berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan metode doktrinlah yaitu dengan mempertanyakan posisi hukum apakah telah sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku atau belum. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan di Indonesia masih belum patuh akan aturan hukum tentang jaminan hari tua jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan karena kondisi finansial perusahaan, tidak adanya perjanjian kerja yang jelas, serta kurangnya kepedulian terhadap pentingnya jaminan sosial pekerja.

Abstract

Meningkatnya angka pengangguran akibat PHK di masa pandemi menjadi masalah dalam masyarakat. Salah satu masyarakat terdampak PHK saat pandemi adalah masyarakat desa Jeulingke. Desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh ini memiliki sumber daya manusia yang harus diberdayakan, khususnya pemuda yang memiliki keterbatasan pendidikan di bawah SMA serta ibu rumah tangga. Salah satu komoditas desa tersebut adalah daging yang berasal dari program ketahanan pangan desa yang sangat layak dijadikan frozen food. Frozen food berbasis daging diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai jual dan produk ini lebih tahan lama dibandingkan dengan daging. Oleh karena itu, kami melakukan pengabdian dengan judul Upaya Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa JeulingkeMelalui Pengembangan Produk Frozen Food Berbasis Daging. Pada pengabdian ini dipraktekkan pembuatan nugget, chicken fillet serta bakso pada ibu-ibu PKK. Dengan program ini, masyarakat dapat menjadi kreatif dan mandiri dengan usaha peternakanuntuk membuka usaha-usaha rumahan dengan bimbingan pengabdi. Peningkatan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat juga dilakukan dengan mengadakan seminar mengenai pentingnya masyarakat untuk memiliki usaha yang dapat membantu perekonomian mereka yang dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi pembuatan produk frozen food berbasis daging serta tata cara packaging dan pemasaran yang menarik menggunakan sosial media, sehinggapemasaran yang baik akan mendukung kesinambungan atau kontinuitas produksi

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of TikTok video blogging in enhancing students' speaking skills. The research was conducted using Collaborative Classroom Action Research (CCAR), which allows researchers and teachers to work together to improve learning practices. The data sources for this study were 16 students from class 2 IPA 2 at MAN 4 Aceh Utara. Data collection techniques included speaking skills tests, observation sheets to assess teacher and student performance, and questionnaires to measure student responses. The research was carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed significant improvements in several aspects. Based on the observation checklist results, the teacher's performance in the speaking learning process using TikTok video blogging increased from 80.00% in Cycle I to 99.00% in Cycle II, indicating improved teaching effectiveness. Moreover, students' performance also improved, from 81.21% in Cycle I to 99.39% in Cycle II, suggesting higher student participation and engagement. In terms of students' speaking skills, there was a significant improvement through the use of TikTok video blogging. This can be seen from the mean score of Cycle I, which was 72.18, increasing to 81.87 in Cycle II. This improvement demonstrates that using TikTok as a learning tool can effectively help students develop their speaking skills. Finally, the questionnaire results revealed that students responded positively to the speaking learning process using TikTok video blogging, with a mean score of 2.96, placing it in the “Agree” category. These findings indicate that using popular social media platforms like TikTok can enhance student motivation and engagement in language learning. In conclusion, this research demonstrates the potential of TikTok video blogging as an effective pedagogical tool for improving students' speaking skills in the context of language learning.

Abstract

Training on the use of comic media to improve literacy and students' problem-solving skills was held at the UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Peusangan on September 3-4, 2024, with the aim of helping teachers create more innovative, interesting, and effective learning. This activity involved teachers from various subjects with a theory-based approach, direct practice, and learning simulations using comic media. This training provides assistance to teachers in integrating comics into the classroom learning process, as well as conducting comic-based learning simulations by involving students as part of the media testing process. The results of the training showed an increase in teacher competence in designing and producing learning comics that are relevant to the curriculum. A total of 15 teachers successfully completed their comics and implemented this media in learning simulations. Obstacles faced during the training included limited technological facilities, variations in teacher abilities, and limited time. However, these can be overcome with intensive assistance, the use of simple applications, and collaboration between participants. The outputs of the activity were in the form of learning comics, training modules, and the formation of teacher discussion groups as a sustainable effort. Thus, students' learning motivation, literacy skills, and problem solving through the visual and narrative approaches presented in comics increased. This training has a significant positive impact, both for teachers, students and schools, and has become a development for subsequent learning innovations.

Abstract

The title of this research is “ An analysis of The Students’ difficulties faced by Non-English Foreign Language in Speaking English (A Case Study On Third Semester At Teacher Training And Education Of Almuslim University In Academic Year 2019/2020 ). The problems of the research are: first, What are the difficulties faced by the third semester students of PGSD Department at Almuslim University in speaking English? Second, What are the factors that make students difficult in speaking English? The purpose of the research is: First, To find out the difficulties faced by the third semester students of PGSD Department at Almuslim University in speaking English. Second, to find out the factors that make students difficult in speaking English. Speaking is used to communicate, convey information, make relationship among people in the world, and etc., because it is one of the abilities to carry out conversation. The student’s problems such as; first, the students less confident to speak English and being afraid to making mistake because they have to think the language of English, so difficult to learn. Second, the students had difficult in using a good grammar to speak in English. Third, the students do not master in vocabulary. And the last, students were difficult in pronunciation because they have to think how to pronounce some word well. Case study is an ideal methodology when a holistic, in depth investigation is needed. Case study had been used in varied investigations, particularly in sociological studies, but increasingly in instruction. The instruments used to collect the data are speaking test and questionnaires. Based on the analysis of the students’ speaking test, the researcher explained that the average percentage of the speaking test is 36.8% the percentage showed that the students faced the problems in Speaking English was from some aspects. The aspects were from: grammar, pronunciation, verb, fluency and compression. Based on the analysis of the students’ questionnaires, the researcher explained that the average percentage of the questionnaire is 1.46 % the percentage showed that the students faced the problems in Speaking English. The sample of this research are the third semester of PGSD’s Students. The average percentage of speaking test based on the total percentage of the students divided into the total students

Abstract

This thesis is a research about An Analysis of Sociological Aspects in Novel Bulan di Langit Pedir by Azmi Abubakar. The objective of the research is to analysis various things that are the cause of why in Aceh which is thick with Islam there can be deviations in cultural behavior that has led to heresy and to find out the impact for Aceh province as a result of deviation that occurred in Acehnese society. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data resource of this research was the novel “Bulan di Langit Pedir” which was published in 2017. In collecting the data, the researcher used library research, which is a data collection technique taken from library. This technique was done by searching, gathering, reading, and studying all the words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs that reveal structural aspects and problems contained in the novel. In the procedure of data collection, the researcher focused on categorize the data collection into primary data and secondary data. After reading the novel many times, the researcher found and selected the data that was of sentences have language functions and that would relevant to various variants of cultural behavior in Aceh. found and selected the data that the most of sentences have language functions based on its purpose taken from novel that relevance to various deviants of cultural behavior in Aceh and the researcher analysis of intrinsic elements aims to assist in the subsequent analysis process, namely the analysis of socio-cultural problems contained in the novel like the form of crime, cultural deviations, violations of community norms, violations of sharia law and environmental problems in Acehnese society. The research of this research shows in Aceh everything must be done based on sharia and the laws in force in Aceh but many parties have deviant behavior due to several factors such as money, love and contentment. This deviation has consequences for the social condition of Acehnese people. The consequences include the fading of traditional values and changing character of Aceh community. Aceh with religions character has change to hedonism character.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The title of this research is the effect of cake platform toward students’ speaking skills (An experimental research to the first grade IPS-1 students of SMAN 1 peudada). The problem of this research 1) is the Cake platform can improve students’ speaking skills of the first-grade IPS 1 students at SAMN 1 Peudada? 2) is the use of the Cake platform effective toward speaking skills of the first-grade IPS 1 students at SMAN 1 Peudada?. The purpose of this research 1) to determine whether or not the Cake platform can improve students’ speaking skills of the first–grade IPS 1 students at SMAN 1 Peudada. 2) to determine whetheror not the Cake platforms effective toward speaking skills of the first grade IPS 1 students at SMAN 1 Peudada. The methodology of this research was a pre-experimental design. The population of this research was SMAN 1 Peudada. The sample of this research was first-grade IPS 1 which consist 28 students in the class. The used of intrument of this research was speaking test and questionnaire. Data were analyzed quantitatively using SPSS Statistics Output, such as the Normality Test and Paired-Sample T-test. Meanwhile, the average pre-test and post-test speaking scores were analyzed differently based on specific objectives. The use of the Cake platform as a medium to improve students' speaking skills is effective, this can be seen from the average post-test reading comprehension score µ = 76.25 higher than the pre-test reading comprehension average score. From the data analysis, the results of the Paired-Sample T-test were 0.000 <0.05 with a significant value if Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 means there is a significant difference, with normally distributed data, Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.434 on the basis of the Normality Test decision making using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov significance data, if the significance value is > 0.05 then the residual value is normally distributed. Thus, the alternative research hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It can be interpreted that the influence of the Cake platform as a media for improving students' speaking skills is an effective strategy for students to improve their speaking.

Abstract

BUMDes Makmue Beurata bergerak dalam pengolahan U NeuLhee (bumbu masakan khas Aceh berbahan dasar kelapa). Usaha ini (stagnan) akibat kurangnya daya tarik konsumen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut Tim Matching Fund melakukan diversifikasi kepada U NeuLhee yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu : Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sosialisasi transfer teknologi, pelatihan diversifikasi serundeng, monitoring dan evaluasi. Tujuan dari dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah : 1) Memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui diversifikasi produk U NeuLhee /Kelapa gonseng menjadi Serundeng, 2) Meningkatkan penjualan produk, 3) dan Meningkatkan pendapatan BUMDes Makmue Beurata. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan melalui diversifikasi kelapa gongseng, pasar yang sebelumnya terbatas hanya di Banda Aceh kini telah berkembang ke Kota Langsa dan Aceh Tamiang. Selain itu, diversifikasi produk juga berdampak positif. Dengan adanya diversifikasi produk mengakibatkan BUMDes memperoleh hasil yang lumayan besar yaitu sebesar Rp. 1.350.000/bulan dan hasil ini akan berpotensi menaikkan pendapatan masyarakat kedepannya. Pendampingan digital marketing sangat dibutuhkan agar pemasarankedepannya dapat dijangkau lebih luas lagi.
