Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the gardening as an educational medium to improve children's motorbike in the garden of Wonorejo II Surabaya nursery. The research method used qualitative descriptive with the subject of the research of children assisted by as many as 20 children aged between 4-6 years. In the procedure for implement- ing educator gardening learning using two languages, namely English and Indonesian. The results of the study showed that children seemed to enjoy learning and educators. They learn to explain the environment and if something goes wrong with the children when mentioning plants, leaves and flowers, they are given sanctions by singing while being guided by tutors using English. Then gardening becomes one of the media for the introduction of the environment (ecoliterasy) giving an impact on children's habits in understanding the importance of protecting the environment.

Abstract

Learning methods are the methods used to implement learning plans which are prepared in the form of real and practical activities to achieve learning objectives. In order for the learning process to be effective and enjoyable, learning methods must be varied and appropriate to the child's development. However, research in the field shows that the learning methods most often used by teachers are monotonous and uninteresting. Creativity is very important in early childhood education because children's cognitive development will be honed if they are creative. This is because creativity increases their intelligence and ability to express themselves and develop new ideas. . The pottery craft project-based learning method is suitable for the learning process in early childhood because it is interesting. This research aims to see how much influence this learning method has on the creativity of young children. This research uses quantitative research methods, with a one group pretest-posttest design, data analysis techniques using the Wilcoxon sign rank test. The results of this test show that each subject experienced an increase in aspects of their creativity, for example, children began to be able to produce an idea, children were able to create or combine unique and interesting works in front of other people, children were able to create or produce their own work without copying the theme, and without Of course, children are able to develop new works, and children are also able to improve the details of their own work, apart from that, children also feel happy and not bored because learning using this pottery craft project-based method is very interesting and suitable for application in children's learning.

Abstract

Pola Asuh  orang tua sebagai upaya meningktkan adversity dan motivasi belajar siswa. pola asuh orang tua dapat menjadi bagian dari upaya meningkatkan adversity dan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dan sumber data yaitu TK Aisyiyah 58 Surabaya dengan menjadikan subjek penelitian dalam menumpulkan data. Teknik penumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan audio visual. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung terus menerus samapi tuntas, hingga datanya jenuh. Aktivitas tersebut adalah reduksi  data, penyajian data dan conclusion drawing atau verification. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa pola asuh orang tua di rumah menjadi variable yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan persepsi anak terhadap pola asuham anak yang memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap prestasi belajar anak secara akademik maupun non-akademik.  Pola asuh mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam semangat dan daya juang (Adversity) anak dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi, sehingga ketika dalam lingkungan sekolah. Pembentukan kepribadian anak bermula dari lingkungan keluarga dengan suntikan motivasi belajar yang terus dilakukan oleh orang tua. Karena sebenarnya anak usia dini masih butuh modeling dari orang orang tua (role model) dalam melakukan berbagai hal khususnya dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Memorizing verses in Qur'an is good for early childhood development if viewed cognitively. To achieve this, it is inseparable from the influence of the right methods and media. This research aims to analyze the application of the sima’i method with murottal audio media on the ability to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood at Boarding School of TAUD SAQU in Karangasem Paciran Lamongan, as well as identifying the faktors that affected the memorization method. This research used a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the application of the sima’i method with murottal audio media on a regular and structured basis was effective in improving children's memorization skills, with the average memorization increasing from 5 verses to 10 verses per week. The faktors that affected the success of this method included children's motivation and concentration, parental support, and a conducive learning environment. This research concluded that the sima’i method with murottal audio media can be used as an effective alternative in learning to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood, with the support of parents and a conducive environment as important faktors supporting its success. This study recommends wider adoption of the sima’i method as well as further research used other media to improve the effectiveness of learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena Learning Loss yang terjadi pada anak usia dini pada PPT. Ceria Bunda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen, pada anak usia dini yaitu usia 4-5 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu teknik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, dimana metode ini dengan pendekatan one group pretest dan posttest. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan pendidik. Learning Loss merupakan tantangan utama dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama pada anak usia dini yang sedang berada dalam fase perkembangan kognitif dan motorik yang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran coding unplug dalam meminimalisir learning loss pada anak usia dini di PPT. Ceria Bunda. Pembelajan coding unplug yang kreatif dan inovatif dengan pendekatan cara belajar bermain, mampu mengajak siswa untuk berpikir kritis, mampu mengajak siswa untuk memecahkan masalah dengan analisis secara sistematis dan terstruktur. Penerapan pembelajaran coding unplug akan berdampak positif dalam penerapan kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This article examines the causes, consequences, and approaches to addressing speech delays in children. Some steps teachers can take include identifying children with these delays, adjusting teaching techniques and materials, providing positive responses, encouraging children's involvement in classroom activities, and collaborating with relevant parties. The primary focus is the role of teachers in managing children with speech delays, a condition in which children are unable to speak according to their developmental stage. This study aims to uncover how teachers manage early childhood children with speech delays at Darussalam Kindergarten in Sumenep. The method used is descriptive qualitative, involving explanations of the researcher's activities during observations, interviews, and observations. Data collection techniques include observations and interviews using pre-prepared questions. After data is obtained through observations and interviews, descriptions and analyses of the findings are conducted. The results of the study show that the role of teachers in overcoming speech barriers includes: communicating clearly while using hand gestures and proper articulation, repeating words simply while paying attention to the grammar of the spoken language, training children to speak correctly repeatedly and slowly, always considering the vocabulary used by children, controlling children to speak in all situations, and correcting children's incorrect speech with the help of parents or close family.

Abstract

Early mathematics is an important foundation in shaping the logical thinking skills of young children. This study examines the effect of the APE Geometry Robot media on the understanding of basic mathematical concepts such as shapes, sizes, and patterns in children aged 3–4 years at KB 'Aisyiyah 29 Surabaya. Through a fun play approach, activities such as matching and grouping help children understand mathematics naturally. This study examines the effect of using the Educational Teaching Aids (APE) Geometry Robot media on the development of early mathematics understanding in 3-4 year old children at KB 'Aisyiyah 29 Surabaya. This study used a quantitative method with a one-group pre-test and post-test pre-experimental design. Data collection techniques included observation and documentation, with assessment indicators covering five aspects of early mathematical ability. The research sample consisted of 31 children. The Wilcoxon statistical test was used to test the effectiveness of the treatment. The results showed a significant increase in children's mathematical abilities after the implementation of the Geometry Robot media, as indicated by the rejection of the null hypothesis (T count = 0 < T table = 8). Interactive and concrete learning media such as the Geometry Robot have been proven to increase children's cognitive engagement, help them understand basic mathematical concepts, and foster logical, critical, and creative thinking patterns from an early age.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in independence between the eldest and youngest children in Al-Djufri III Kindergarten students in Blumbungan Village, Larangan District, Pamekasan Regency, in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The influence of family on adolescent independence is related to the role of parents. In this case the father and mother have a real role. Not only independence, parenting can also determine the child's mindset. The family environment plays an important role in instilling values in a teenager, including the value of independence. This research method uses quantitative methods with correlational data analysis techniques. The purpose of using correlational statistical analysis is to  obtain  an overview of the relationship  between  children's independence based on the three parenting styles of parents, namely democratic, permissive and authoritarian parenting. The results of the research that has been done turns out that there are differences in independence between the eldest and youngest children in kindergarten students. Al- Djufri III Blumbungan Village, Larangan District, Pamekasan Regency, 2021/2022 Academic Year. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning to read on storytelling skills for children in Al-Djufri III Kindergarten, Blumbungan Village, Larangan District, Pamekasan Regency, 2021/2022. Learning to read needs to be built from an early age with a variety of creativity that supports it,  whether done  within  the family or the environment. children's  study area. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods. With convincing quality, explanations regarding  research  results  can  only be related  to  those in  the research. Design  in  quantitative research  includes determining  the subject from which information or data can be obtained, the techniques used in data collection, as well as the procedures taken for collection, and the treatment that can be carried out (especially for experimental research). the results of the research that the author did through questionnaire methods can be concluded that kindergarten children. AL-DJUFRI III  which  is  located  in  Blumbungan  Village,  Larangan  District,  Pamekasan  Regency  for  the 2021/2022 Academic Year with efforts to learn to read for children can increase storytelling interest. Keywords: questionnaire; quantitative; subject; experimental

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of fine motor skills with learning activities through coloring pictures in early childhood at Kb. Mentari Rises, Parteker Village, Pamekasan District, Pamekasan Regency for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Almost every child likes to draw and color, these activities are very beneficial for children because through this activity the children's fine motor skills are also trained and will be very useful when children start learning at school age. The research method used in this study uses qualitative methods. Research procedures in this study using observation guidelines are used to obtain data on improving the coloring of the image before the implementation of the action. The results of the research that have been carried out can be concluded that the percentage of fine motor skills in early childhood in family planning.
