The development of E-commerce makes "PayLater" at Traveloka become popular among Indonesians. "PayLater" at Traveloka has proven to have great benefits for the community because it provides convenience in the affairs of use at Traveloka it self . The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the influence of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions on behavioral intentions using the UTAUT model with a test descriptive, validity, reliability, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression. The population in this study were "PayLater" users at Traveloka who were in the Bandung City area, and determined 100 members as the study sample. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis it can be concluded that the variable performance expectancy has a significant positive effect on behavioral intention, the effort expectancy variable has a positive significant effect on behavioral intention, social influence has a positive significant effect on behavioral intention, and facilitating conditions have a positive significant effect on behavioral intention with an influence (coefficient of determination) of 51.1% and correlation value (R) that is equal to 0.639 which is categorized as very strong. The driving force for the advancement of science today is a complete past record in which future generations also learn from the natural phenomena that exist and the events that are going on at the present time. Will come where the period of knowledge becomes the cornerstone of human life that masters it. Documentation is very important to be a pillar of evaluation and decision making by future generations. So the documentation application that makes documentation and trounbleshoting is made easier and if the senior has retired the junior will easily find the data that will be used to make decisions. Often various viruses threaten the safety of the Hospital Information System (SIMRS) server, if it is not well documented, the Information Technology Installation must do a re-investigation with the same virus. So with this problem, a Web-based Banyumas Hospital ITI Documentation system was created using Ubuntu Server with Codeigniter and Postgresql where Codeigniter and Postgresql frameworks will give birth to a combination of superior speed and capacity. The best contract workers are contract workers who display certain values and criteria determined by the company. Contract Workers who have the criteria to meet the specified conditions will receive an award as the best Contract Workers in the company where the Contract Workers work, as implemented by PT. ABC. There are several evaluation criteria in determining the best contract workers in this company, namely: Productivity (Quality), Quality Internal Control (Quality), Teamwork (Cooperation), Initiative (Initiative) and Absence (Attendance). So that in writing this thesis conducted research that is intended to produce and can assist in the selection of the best contract workers. The aim is to test the Profile Matching method in determining the best Contract Worker, to find out how the process has gone in determining the best Contract Worker and who is the best Contract Worker at PT. ABC. This was obtained from the results of the calculation and comparison of the profiles of the best Contract Workers who emphasized productivity and quality. With a situation where the number of the best contract worker candidates is more than the best contract worker position, a ranking of the best contract worker candidates will be ranked so that later the highest competency weighting will be obtained to fill the best contract worker.Keywords: Application, Profile Matching, Contract Workers DOI : http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4320256
