Abstract

AbstraksiPenelitian dilakukan di kantor pusat Perusahaan Air Minum Kabupaten Sukabumi (PDAM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini  adalah untuk mengetahui penempatan kerja pegawai di kantor pusat PDAM Kabupaten Sukabumi, kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh penempatan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di kantor pusat PDAM Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan metode deskriptif asosiatif. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai kantor pusat PDAM Kabupaten Sukabumi sebanyak 54 karyawan sebagai populasi, maka sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling karena populasinya cukup kecil jika subjek kurang dari 100 lebih baik diambil semua. Karena ukuran populasi bisa dijangkau oleh para peneliti maka seluruh anggota populasi menjadi objek penelitian. Dengan demikian jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak populasi yaitu 54 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, untuk variabel penempatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan dengan skala ordinal. Instrumen diuji dengan uji reliabilitas dan validitas. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan u ji rho spearman dan uji frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh penempatan kerja karyawan, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,220 yang berarti bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kesesuaian lapangan kerja sebesar 22,0%, sedangkan sisanya 78,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang ada di perusahaanKata Kunci: Impak Penempatan Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThe research was conducted at the head office of Sukabumi District Water Company (PDAM). The purpose of this research  is to know employee job placement at head office of PDAM Kabupaten Sukabumi, employee performance at PDAM head office of Sukabumi Regency and influence of employee work placement to employee performance at PDAM head office of Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is survey method and descriptive method associative. The respondent of the research is the employee of PDAM head office of Sukabumi Regency as many as 54 employees as the population, then the sample is taken by using non probability sampling method because the population is small enough if the subject less than 100 is better taken all. Due to the size of the population can be reached by the researchers then all members of the population be the object of research. Thus the number of respondents  who researched as many as the population of 54 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments, for employee placement variable and employee performance with ordinal scale. Instruments are tested with reliability and validity tests. The research data were analyzed descriptive and associative with spearman's rho test and frequency test. The results showed that the employee's performance influenced by employee job placement, this is indicated by the value of determination coefficient  of 0.220 means that employee performance is influenced by the appropriateness level of employment of 22.0%, while the remaining 78. 0% influenced by other factors that is in the companyKeywords: The Effect of Job Placement, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the existence of legal protection and certainty for workers or employees related to the issue of wage standards for workers or employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Normative Method as a literature review used in this research outlines the contents of Article 88 paragraph (1) of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Work Copyright which states: explaining the right to employee benefits that arise automatically if there is a work correlation between workers and employers and at the time of termination of employment. The results of the study argue that insofar as there is security and guarantee of standard work wages for workers or employees in their work environment, employers or companies can delay payment of wages if the employer or company cannot pay compensation indicated by the lowest wage standards permitted by law, with the regulation. minimum wage standards to workers or trade unions identified by suspension. The postponement of the smallest wage installments by the company owner to workers or employees who can automatically decide the commitment or work contract from the entrepreneur/organization to pay the smallest difference in wages during the suspension period. With the Covid-19, the government issued Circular No. M/3/HK.04/III/2020 concerning Manpower Protection and Business Development in the context of preventing Covid-19. With the aim that the issuance of this regulation is necessary to legally protect and guarantee minimum wage standards and create work harmony between workers and employers. .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Display Product and Price Discount on Impulse Buying of food supermarket products. This study uses an associative quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples with purposive sampling technique that has criteria as consumers of yogya Ciranjang department stores. The instrument testing in this study used validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, used the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear regression analysis consisting of hypothesis testing (t test and F test). ) and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Display Product has a positive effect on Impulse Buying of supermarket food products, as evidenced by the t value of 2.129 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.149; (2) Price Discount has a positive effect on Impulse Buying for food supermarket products, as evidenced by the t count value of 4.471 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.315; and (3) Product Display and Price Discounts have a positive effect on Impulse Buying for food supermarket products, as evidenced by the F count result of 27.425 with a significance of 0.000. (4) The magnitude of the effect of Display Product and Price Discount on Impulse Buying of supermarket food products is evidenced by the adjusted R square value of 0.348 indicating that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 34.8% and the remaining 65.2% is explained by the variable others outside of this research model

Abstract

Literasi keuangan dan financial technology merupakan faktor penting bagi pelaku usaha khususnya UMKM dalam menunjang keberlangsungan usahanya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan financial technology terhadap keberlangsungan usaha pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui survei dengan menggunakan media kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 346 pelaku UMKM di Kota Sukabumi yang diambil dari populasi sebanyak 53.980 pelaku UMKM. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan financial technology secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan usaha pelaku UMKM. Artinya literasi keuangan dan teknologi finansial merupakan faktor fundamental yang harus dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha di sektor UMKM pada era digitalisasi saat ini untuk menjaga keberlangsungan usahanya. Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is important in an organization, especially for profit-oriented business entities. The role of skilled, creative and innovative human resources can make it easier for the company to achieve its vision and mission. Companies not only need employees who are reliable in their performance, but also need those who are loyal to do more for the company and don't leave the Company in the midst of uncertainty during this pandemic, but in fact many employees are unable to deal with this, thus affecting their overall performance. The method used is quantitative because it relates to the number of survey results. With the research stage conducting a preliminary study by starting to know the problem, literature review, previous research studies, field studies, descriptions and analysis of findings. The results showed that the T-Test of Work Motivation Variables (X1) had a positive and significant influence on the Employee's Work Climate (Y), the T-Test Results for Variables (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee activities (Y) and the results of the F table test ( Farsial) it was found that the variables of Work Motivation (X1) and Organizational Climate (X2) had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the work activities of employees (Y) in the production division of PT. Build Baros Cempaka Sukabumi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the contribution of brand image variables, online customer reviews to buying decisions in the Shopee market. The population of this study were buyers at the shopee market with a sample of 100 respondents and was determined using a non-rational sampling technique. Primary data was obtained with the help of a questionnaire, while secondary data was used in the literature. Based on the results of the SPSS version 26.0 test which is said to be a search tool test, all indicators are valid and all variables are reliable. Based on the F-test, all independent variables simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Based on the regression coefficient and the test results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penentu dalam persaingan kompetitif entitas usaha saat ini adalah dengan mengimplementasikan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk mengendalikan dan meningkatkan budaya organisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implikasi human resource strategy terhadap budaya organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai CV. Kiran Ridho Sulaksana yang berjumlah 35 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan teknik Non Probability Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi literatur. Agar terdapat kesamaan persepsi dalam konsep yang dikaji maka variabel penelitian didefinisikan terlebih dahulu untuk menentukan indikator sebagai dasar dalam mengembangkan kuesioner penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan statistitik deskriptif, uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini tidak menggunakan uji hipotesis statistik, karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian bersifat non-probabilitas sehingga pengujian hipotesis statistik tidak diperlukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan human resource strategy berdampak signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi.

Abstract

Kelurahan bisa mengambil istilah desa yang tertulis pada undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Pasal 1 ayat (1) adalah kesatuan masyarakat hukum yang memiliki batas wilayah dan berwenang untuk mengatur serta mengurus urusan pemerintahan. Kesatuan masyarakat ini juga berwenang mengatur kepentingan warga setempat berdasarkan prakarsa, hak asal-usul, dan atau hak tradisional yang telah diakui pemerintah pusat.berdasarkan undang-undang diatas desa melakukan pengaturan serta mengurus urusan pemerintahan, berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh desa khususnya kelurahan cikondang yaitu dalam melakukan administrasi desa berupa pelayanan pengajuan surat pengantar bagi masyarakat untuk berbagai hal seperti pengajuan pengantar pembuatan ktp, kartu keluarga, surat izin usaha/sku dan sebagainya, masih dengan cara manual dimana pembuatan surat masih menggunakan template di microsoft word dan pengajuannya sendiri, masih harus menggunakan formulir yang dibawa oleh pengaju, sehingga data yang telah dicatat rawan hilang dan kurang efisien dalam proses pengajuannya, sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem yang bisa membantu operasional petugas dan mempermudah masyarakat dalam membuat pengajuan sehingga bisa lebih tertib administrasi. Subdistricts can use the term village as written in Law Number 6 of 2014 Article 1 paragraph (1) is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries and has the authority to regulate and manage government affairs (Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, 2014). Based on the above law, the village regulates and manages government affairs, based on the results of surveys conducted in its implementation there are several problems. faced by villages, especially Cikondang sub-district, namely in carrying out village administration in the form of services for submitting cover letters for the community for various things such as submitting introductions for making ID cards, family cards, business permits/SKUs and so on, still using the manual method where making letters still uses templates in Microsoft Word and the submission itself, still have to use a form brought by the applicant, so that the data that has been recorded is prone to being lost and the application process is less efficient, so a system is needed that can assist officers' operations and make it easier for the public to make applications so that administration can be more orderly, After research was carried out, to facilitate development, the method used was the extreme programming method. This proved that the results obtained in the manufacturing process were relatively fast and in accordance with the needs of the object.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen senantiasa menjadi suatu keharusan untuk diperhatikan oleh setiap entitas jasa khususnya apotek  dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya. Saat ini banyak bisnis apotek yang semakin memahami arti penting dari kepuasan konsumen dan menyusun strategi untuk memberikan kepuasan bagi konsumennya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar penentu kepuasan konsumen dengan kualitas pelayanan dan harga pada Apotek Syifa Medika Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang melakukan transaksi di Apotek Syifa Medika dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 83 orang yang diperoleh menggunakan non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling  dan menggunakan metode Yamane. Untuk menguji instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik, kemudian untuk analisis efek menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa penentu kepuasan konsumen  dengan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 90,3% dan penentu kepuasan konsumen terhadap harga sebesar 89,8%, dari hasil analisis korelasi tersebut kedua faktor memberikan pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan analisis determinasi menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 93,3%, sisanya 6,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain  selain kualitas pelayanan dan harga yang tidak diteliti. Customer satisfaction is always a must to be considered by every service entity, especially pharmacies, in carrying out their business activities. Currently, many pharmacy businesses increasingly understand the importance of customer satisfaction and develop strategies to provide satisfaction for their consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine how much determinants of customer satisfaction with service quality and price at Syifa Medika Pharmacy, Sukabumi City. The research method used is the Associative Descriptive method. The population in this study were consumers who made transactions at Syifa Medika Pharmacy and the sample used was 83 people obtained using non probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach and using the Yamane method. To test the research instrument using validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test, then for effect analysis using Spearman Rank correlation, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing using t test and F test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the correlation analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the determinant of customer satisfaction with service quality is 90.3% and the determinant of customer satisfaction with price is 89.8%, from the results of the correlation analysis the two factors have a very strong influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the determination analysis, it shows that the contribution of service quality and price to customer satisfaction is 93.3%, the remaining 6.7% is influenced by other variables besides service quality and price that are not studied.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 sangat berperan dalam menekan tingkat penjualan ponsel pintar dari produsen ponsel pintar di seluruh dunia. Permasalahan yang terjadi secara global tersebut turut mempengaruhi persepsi dan preferensi merek terhadap institusional konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian dari produk ponsel Samsung Galaxy A12. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan lebih detail mengenai refleksi dari persepsi dan preferensi merek terhadap instusional konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian tipe  ponsel Samsung Galaxy A12 di Erafone area Sukabumi pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dari responden dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 162 yang diambil dari periode Juli sampai Desember 2021 dalam kondisi pandemi Covid-19 dan sampel ditetapkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Slovin sebesar 62 responden yang merupakan konsumen  Erafone area Sukabumi. Uji statistik diterapkan dalam menganalisis data angket. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya refleksi dari variabel persepsi merek dan preferensi merek secara bersama-sama terhadap institusional konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian.
