Abstract

Abstrak - Puskesmas sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat sudah seharusnya memberikan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang mumpuni. Bukan tidak mungkin ada beberapa fasilitas kesehatan masyarakat yang disediakan oleh negara memberikan pelayanan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar yang ada.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan unggul, kepuasan konsumen dan untuk mengetahui seberapa kuat kontribusi kualitas layanan unggul untuk memaksimalkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen di Puskesmas Limusnunggal Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang dipakai menggunakan metode teknik survei. Responden penelitian adalah pasien yang merupakan konsumen di Puskesmas Limusnunggal di Kota Sukabumi sebanyak 451 konsumen sebagai populasi, kemudian sampel diambil sebanyak 100 konsumen dengan menggunakan metode judgment sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuisioner, untuk variabel kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan dengan skala ordinal. Instrumen diuji dengan uji reliabilitas dan uji validitas. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan uji frekuensi dan asosiatif dengan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan unggul memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam memaksimalkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan unggul, kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

This service aims to increase awareness about building mental health and anti-bullying among students at the MA Al-Masthuriyah school, Sukabumi Regency, and also to provide a deeper understanding of the psychological impact of bullying. Through this outreach activity, it is hoped that school residents can become more responsive and proactive in preventing and overcoming cases of bullying. In this way, a safe and supportive learning environment can be created, allowing each individual to grow and develop optimally without fear of intimidation or unpleasant treatment. This service activity was carried out involving second grade students from the Department of Science, Social Sciences and Religion, reaching fifty people. This counseling is delivered in the form of interactive learning sessions with material covering, mental health, the importance of recognizing bullying, and preventing bullying; as well as in the form of playing guess the picture. Evaluation was carried out by distributing participant satisfaction questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively. The results show that the counseling towards a superior generation, building mental health and anti-bullying among high school students in Sukabumi Regency provides significant benefits for the students of MA Al-Masthuriyah school. Participants demonstrated increased understanding of Mental Health and Anti-Bullying. The majority of participants expressed satisfaction with the materials and counseling methods

Abstract

Toko Raja kado merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang retail-grosir. Pencatatan kegiatan operasional toko masih dilakukan secara semi manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel pada pembukuan keuangan bulanan, laporan bulanan dibuat berdasarkan catatan harian yaitu berupa buku harian, untuk penyajian laporan keuangan tidak akurat dan ketidak nyamanan karena laporan yang diharapkan tidak tepat waktu. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka. Dengan Menggunakan Program Zahir Accounting Versi 6 dapat membantu mempercepat dalam pengolahan data serta penanganan dalam suatu kesalahan menjadi lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan cara manual, Penyimpanan data akan lebih aman dan rapih menggunakan Zahir Accounting versi 6 ini. Dalam penggunaan software Zahir Accounting sangat diperlukan ketelitian dan kedisiplinan dari pengguna, terutama dalam hal input data dan seharusnya benar benar sesuai dengan ketentuan, sehingga otomatis laporan akan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Perlunya mengadakan pelatihan untuk karyawan sebelum menggunakan Zahir Accounting, pelatihan penggunaan Zahir Accounting ini guna mengoptimalkan kegiatan penginputan, selalu membuat file back up sebagai cadangan apabila terjadi suatu hal yang tidak diinginkan seperti kehilangan atau kerusakan pada data yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the existence of legal protection and certainty for workers or employees related to the issue of wage standards for workers or employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Normative Method as a literature review used in this research outlines the contents of Article 88 paragraph (1) of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Work Copyright which states: explaining the right to employee benefits that arise automatically if there is a work correlation between workers and employers and at the time of termination of employment. The results of the study argue that insofar as there is security and guarantee of standard work wages for workers or employees in their work environment, employers or companies can delay payment of wages if the employer or company cannot pay compensation indicated by the lowest wage standards permitted by law, with the regulation. minimum wage standards to workers or trade unions identified by suspension. The postponement of the smallest wage installments by the company owner to workers or employees who can automatically decide the commitment or work contract from the entrepreneur/organization to pay the smallest difference in wages during the suspension period. With the Covid-19, the government issued Circular No. M/3/HK.04/III/2020 concerning Manpower Protection and Business Development in the context of preventing Covid-19. With the aim that the issuance of this regulation is necessary to legally protect and guarantee minimum wage standards and create work harmony between workers and employers. .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Display Product and Price Discount on Impulse Buying of food supermarket products. This study uses an associative quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples with purposive sampling technique that has criteria as consumers of yogya Ciranjang department stores. The instrument testing in this study used validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, used the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear regression analysis consisting of hypothesis testing (t test and F test). ) and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Display Product has a positive effect on Impulse Buying of supermarket food products, as evidenced by the t value of 2.129 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.149; (2) Price Discount has a positive effect on Impulse Buying for food supermarket products, as evidenced by the t count value of 4.471 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.315; and (3) Product Display and Price Discounts have a positive effect on Impulse Buying for food supermarket products, as evidenced by the F count result of 27.425 with a significance of 0.000. (4) The magnitude of the effect of Display Product and Price Discount on Impulse Buying of supermarket food products is evidenced by the adjusted R square value of 0.348 indicating that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 34.8% and the remaining 65.2% is explained by the variable others outside of this research model

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) memainkan peran kunci dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing bagi setiap organisasi atau perusahaan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia melibatkan berbagai kegiatan terencana dan kelanjutan yang bertujuan untuk mengelola, mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya manusia agar dapat memberikan kontribusi maksimal dalam perencanaan tujuan organisasi sehingga tercapai produktivitas kerja yang baik. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Produktivitas kerja karyawan antara lain Audit SDM dan Budaya 5R. Penelitian asosiatif kasual dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan quisioner/angket. Sampel mengacu pada karyawan yang bekerja sebagai operator pada bagian proses kemas primer (stripping) berjumlah 55 responden karyawan PT Mersifarma TM. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda Y = 24,200 + 0,641 X1 + 0,489 X2. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar adalah Audit Sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,641 dan variable budaya 5R dengan koefiesien regresi 0,489. Dari determinasi memiliki hasil Adjusted R Square sebesar 43,20 % sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil t (parsial) diketahui t hitung variable (X1) Audit Sumber daya manusia (SDM) 2,670 > dari t tabel 1,990 dengan nilai signifikan 0.010 < dari 0,05, artinya variabel (X1) Audit Sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel (Y) Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil t hitung variabel (X2) Budaya 5R sebesar 2,300 > dari t tabel 1,990 dengan nilai signifikan 0.025 < 0,05, artinya variabel (X2) budaya 5R memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel (Y) produktivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan nilai f hitung sebesar 21,526 > dari f tabel sebesar 3,11 dengan nilai probabilitas signifikan 0.000 < 0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh variabel (X1) Audit Sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan variabel (X2) Budaya 5R secara simultan terhadap variabel (Y) Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a key role in achieving competitive advantage for every organization or company. Human resource management involves various planned and ongoing activities aimed at managing, developing and utilizing the potential of human resources so that they can provide maximum contribution in planning organizational goals so as to achieve good work productivity. Many factors influence employee work productivity, including HR Audits and 5S Culture. Casual associative research using a quantitative approach using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The sample refers to employees who work as operators in the primary packaging process (stripping) section, totaling 55 respondents who are employees of PT Mersifarma TM. Data analysis techniques use the SPSS 20 program. Based on the research results, the multiple regression equation Y = 24.200 + 0.641 X1 + 0.489 X2 is obtained. In this study, the variables that have the greatest influence are HR audit with a regression coefficient of 0.641 and the 5R culture variable with a regression coefficient of 0.489. From the determination, the Adjusted R Square result was 43,20% while the rest was influenced by other factors that were not studied. The t (partial) results show that t calculated variable (X1) HR audit is 2,670 > from t table 1.990 with a significant value of 0.010 < 0.05, meaning that the variable (X1) HR audit has a significant influence on the variable (Y) employee work productivity. The t calculated result of the variable (X2) 5R culture is 2,300 > from the t table 1.990 with a value of 0.025 < 0.05, meaning that the variable (X2) 5R culture has a influence on the variable (Y) employee work productivity. Based on the calculated f value of 21,526 > from the f table of 3.11 with a significant probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning there is the influence of variable (x1) HR audit and variable (x2) 5R culture simultaneously on the variable (Y) employee work productivity

Abstract

This research addresses the decline in consumer purchasing decisions for PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. and Bogasari Flour Mills, emphasizing the growing importance of green marketing in shaping consumer preferences for environmentally friendly products. The study aims to evaluate the influence of green marketing, brand image, and purchase intention on consumer purchasing decisions. Employing a descriptive associative method, the research utilizes a questionnaire distributed to 300 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 24, focusing on validity, reliability, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and multiple regression. The findings reveal a positive and significant impact of green marketing, brand image, and purchase intention on the sales of Bogasari flour by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk., indicating that these factors are crucial in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. The results suggest that companies should prioritize green marketing strategies and enhance their brand image to align with consumer preferences, ultimately improving sales performance in a competitive market. In conclusion, integrating green marketing, brand image, and purchase intention into sales strategies is essential for effectively influencing consumer purchasing decisions, enabling companies like PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. to navigate market challenges and seize growth opportunities.

Abstract

The consignment-based marketing system through middlemen (known locally as tengkulak) has long been practiced by farmers in Nagrak District, particularly in Pawenang Village. This system offers certain advantages, such as lower costs, operational simplicity, no need for technological skills, and delegation of distribution responsibilities to middlemen. However, the dominance of middlemen in the agricultural marketing chain leads to a high level of farmer dependency. Middlemen control nearly the entire market, leaving farmers with little to no bargaining power when they sell the middlemen take 10% of the final selling price. Limited market access also prevents farmers from tracking price fluctuations, thus making them vulnerable to price manipulation. Moreover, farmers are charged with the distribution costs. This situation negatively affects farmers’ welfare, with most living under economic hardship, even though agriculture is their primary source of income. This study aims to analyze the impact of the consignment marketing system through middlemen on the economic sustainability of farmers in Pawenang Village. The findings are expected to provide insights into how this system affects farmer independence and offer alternative marketing solutions to reduce dependence on middlemen, thereby improving the competitiveness and sustainability of agricultural enterprises.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital world and the internet has changed the global marketing landscape from traditional to digital, with social media as the main platform. This study aims to analyze the influence of Money Attitude and Excessive Use of Social Media on Online Compulsive Buying among young people and adults in Sukabumi. This study used a quantitative method with 95 respondents aged 20-40 years, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that Money Attitude had a significant positive effect on Online Compulsive Buying. Similarly, Excessive Use of Social Media also had a significant positive effect on Online Compulsive Buying. Simultaneously, Money Attitude and Excessive Use of Social Media significantly influenced Online Compulsive Buying. The implication of this finding is the importance of money attitude education and managing social media use to reduce compulsive buying behavior among young people and adults.

Abstract

The rapid environmental degradation currently compels governments and organizations to implement effective preventive measures. This study highlights the urgent need for the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and Personal Moral Norms in enhancing Employee Green Behavior within the banking sector. As governments adopt policies related to GHRM, Personal Moral Norms, and Employee Green Behavior, banks, as financial institutions, play a strategic role in promoting sustainability. The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of GHRM and Personal Moral Norms on Employee Green Behavior in the banking sector. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a descriptive and associative research design, involving 92 employees from the studied bank branch, with a sampling technique using a census method. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple regression analysis with the aid of SPSS 24. The results indicate that GHRM and Personal Moral Norms significantly influence Employee Green Behavior, contributing to 97.8% of the variance in environmentally friendly behavior. These findings provide new insights into the importance of integrating Green values into human resource management and underscore the necessity for banks to adopt policies that support environmental sustainability. This research is expected to serve as a reference for banking institutions in formulating more effective strategies to enhance environmental awareness among employees.
