Abstract

The current website is one tool that is widely used for the delivery of information . The development of the website more and more rapidly . The technology is widely used for medium websites selling as well as promotion of various products , including gadgets . A company need once the existence of an information system support and providing outstanding service to customers . That is one of the reason the author tries to make a draft of the sales system in Toko.Mitra Abadi that until now has not been computerized . At this time Mitra Abadi Stores companies engaged in the sale and service . Sales of existing systems in Stores Mitra Abadi is still done manually , example by following the exhibition and sale in stores , customers who buy goods , to date, only the stopped and happened to see it, maybe there are still many customers who still lack of information or due to busyness can not see the products offered in the store Mitra Abadi gadget sales . Therefore the computerized system is better than manual systems to run more effectively and efficiently , and the system is now more conducive sales compared with the previous system

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era disruptif ini sangat memegang peranan penting karena perubahan yang disebabkan oleh adanya penemuan dan inovasi baru itu sangat membutuhkan teknologi informasi dalam pengembangannya.  Wirasusaha adalah bidang yang beberapa waktu ini mendapat perhatian khusus dari pemerintah, dunia pendidikan dan masyarakat umum karena menjadi wirausahawan dianggap dapat memutus antrian para pencari kerja dan membuka lapangan kerja baru.  Menjadi seorang wirausahawan tidak selamanya keuntungan yang dicari untuk menjadi wirasusahawan sosial yang menjadi tujuan adalah kebaikan dan kemajuan bagi banyak orang.  Dengan metode kualitatif kami coba meneliti perilaku, persepsi,  motivasi dan tindakan sosiopreneur di Bogor dan mengamati penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam perkembangan sosiopreneurship tersebut. Dalam perkembangannya menjadi sociopreneur diharapkan dapat menciptakan inovasi yang dapat menciptakan perubahan. Kata Kunci: Entrepreneur, media, Sociopreneur

Abstract

The development of information technology (IT) has become a necessity.All levels of society such as companies, institutions and agencies are moved to move forward and use it, including in activities related to administration. One of the activities which is closely related to administration is the management of archives (letters). PT. PGNMAS still uses manual methods in managing its letter data. Therefore, this study aims to assist the work of employees through the design of a system that can include work from conceptualization, recording and archiving of letters. A system that can archive incoming and outgoing mail effectively and efficiently. This design uses the waterfall model and Adobe Dreamweaver 8 software. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company so that the system runs more effectively and efficiently and the archiving system is now more conducive compared to the previous system.

Abstract

Health is the main thing, especially when an outbreak of virus spreads and worries and the possibility of stress increases. Everyone wants to live healthy and avoid stress, that's why the use of natural medicines is the choice of one of them using essential oils or known as aromatherapy. The use of essential oils that are turned into steam and inhaled can produce a calming effect, the function of the pulse is more regular so that it is relaxed and fresher. Is a diffuser which is a tool to convert oil into steam, the use of the diffuser is rife and sales also get negative and positive comments from consumers. This has led researchers to examine consumer opinions about the diffuser product. Using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method to classify reviews based on positive sentiment class and negative sentiment class. From the labeling results, it is seen the association of texts in each sentiment class to find information that is considered important and can be useful for decision making. The classification results using the Naïve Bayes Classifier model obtain an accuracy rate of 76.00% and the value of the split ratio reaches the level of accuracy. The results of this study are expected to be developed and contribute to the development of sentiment analysis research by applying different methods.

Abstract

The effort to reduce poverty, it is hoped that the economic growth of a region can be spread evenly. To equalize the economic level of its citizens, local governments provide many opportunities for their citizens to get help or subsidies and even help open businesses so that the welfare of their citizens can be improved. The availability of accurate and sustainable citizens' economic status data is one of the important instruments for evaluating government policies in alleviating poverty by distributing targeted aid. Therefore, this study will conduct a classification based on data from citizens with low economic levels obtained from Pasar Babakan Sub-district, Bogor. The data used in this study is the data of underprivileged residents who are in Pasar Babakan Sub-district Bogor using data mining techniques. The training data are taken from 214 citizens that has a category of underprivileged citizens with attributes used in the classification of income per day, occupation and number of dependents. The test results using the Naive Bayes Classifier method produce 100% accuracy including the excellent category with 100% precision and 100% recall.

Abstract

Pandemic and social restrictions are inseparable things, with the existence of these restrictions, several sectors of life have changed, including the economic sector, the number of unemployed due to layoffs has increased because a number of companies have difficulty covering operational costs. The central government finally took a policy to provide social assistance to residents who met the criteria of being poor and the determination was left to the local government. The method used to assist decision making to determine suitable beneficiaries is to use TOPSIS. With the TOPSIS method, it is hoped that the assessment will be more precise because it is based on predetermined criteria and weight values ??so that more accurate results will be obtained. In this research, the results obtained from ranking to determine the priority for citizens to get Covid 19 social assistance and the results of residents who do not earn because they do not work while having dependents of more than 5 people who are more than 30 years old get the top priority

Abstract

Tugas akhir merupakan salah satu syarat menyelesaikan masa studi bagi mahasiswa melalui proses pembimbingan oleh dosen pembimbing yang akan mengarahkan dan memberikan masukan mulai dari awal sampai dengan sistem pelaporan akhir. Pembimbingan biasanya dilakukan dengan metode tatap muka sesuai jadwal yang ditetapkan oleh dosen pembimbing. Metode ini menjadi kurang efektif dan optimal karena mahasiswa dan dosen pembimbing terkendala kecocokan waktu bimbingan, apalagi dimasa pandemi saat ini yang dibatasi dengan aturan protokol kesehatan yang harus dipenuhi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi bimbingan tugas akhir secara online berbasis website yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses pelaksanaan bimbingan tugas akhir khususnya Mahasiswa Program Diploma dari awal sampai akhir dengan Dosen pembimbing. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan metode Waterfall menggunakan empat tahapan yaitu analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, pembuatan kode program, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil pengujian fungsi dari aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan blackbox testing menyatakan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat dinyatakan valid. Hasil pengukuran tingkat kepuasan terhadap pengguna aplikasi menggunakan metode PIECES, diperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,5 ini diartikan bahwa pengguna merasa SANGAT PUAS terhadap aplikasi SISFOTA.

Abstract

Menjadi videografer adalah hobi yang populer di masa pandemi ini karena berkreasi dalam bentuk video dan konten di YouTube menjadi alternatif selain sekedar mengisi waktu luang atau menghasilkan uang. Untuk mendukung kamera diperlukan perangkat pendukung, dalam hal ini seiring berjalannya waktu kamera yang mumpuni juga bisa didapatkan dari perangkat smartphone, teknologi perangkat tersebut harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan pengguna dalam mengoperasikannya. Gimbal Stabilizer salah satu jawabannya, menggunakan gimbal stabilizer menjadi salah satu alternatif karena dapat meredam getaran sehingga gambar yang dihasilkan lebih maksimal. Banyak website memberikan informasi tentang produk gimbal stabilizer dengan memberikan banyak informasi dalam gambar dan ulasan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, analisis sentimen merupakan solusi untuk masalah pengelompokan opini atau review menjadi opini positif atau negatif secara otomatis berdasarkan hal ini untuk mendapatkan penilaian penggunaan gimbal berdasarkan analisis sentimen yang diberikan melalui review produk, kami akan mencoba menguji parameter untuk menghasilkan n gram pada tahap pre-processing, k-fold pada cross validation dan penerapan particle swarm optimization untuk meningkatkan akurasi menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Hasil dari tester ini menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 84,42. Becoming a videographer is a popular hobby during this pandemic because creating works in the form of videos and content on YouTube is an alternative to just filling your spare time or making money. To support the camera, the supporting device is needed, in this case, as time goes by, a capable camera can also be obtained from smartphone devices, the technology of the device must be balanced with the user’s ability to operate it. Gimbal Stabilizer is one of the answers, using a gimbal stabilizer is an alternative because it can reduce vibrations so that the resulting image is maximized. Many websites provide information about gimbal stabilizer products by providing a lot of information in images and user reviews. Therefore, sentiment analysis is a solution to the problem of grouping opinions or reviews into positive or negative opinions automatically based on this to get an assessment of the use of gimbals based on the sentiment analysis provided through product reviews, we will try to test the parameters to produce n grams at the pre-processing stage, k-fold on cross validation and the application of particle swarm optimization to increase accuracy using the Naive Bayes method. The results of this tester produce an accuracy of 84.42

Abstract

Kebakaran hutan atau yang sering disebut dengan wildfire merupakan salah satu isu lingkungan yang utama karena berdampak negatif terhadap kelestarian hutan, merugikan lingkungan dan ekonomi, serta merugikan masyarakat. Kebakaran hutan adalah kondisi di mana hutan terbakar, merusak hasil hutan dan menyebabkan kerusakan ekologi dan ekonomi. Tujuan dari peramalan kebakaran hutan adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa sering terjadi kebakaran hutan. Oleh karena itu, proses analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik machine learning tradisional melalui metode Random Forest, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes dan Multilayer Perceptron. Mengetahui keakuratan dan nilai hasil F1 memungkinkan membandingkan metode ini dengan bahasa pemrograman Python. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Multilayer Perceptron mengungguli metode Random Forest, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression dan Nave Bayes dengan nilai akurasi masing-masing sebesar 93,35% dan F1 Score 93,69% dengan ukuran hidden layer sebesar 64,64. Dibandingkan dengan pendekatan lain yang dipelajari, nilai metode multilayer perceptron cukup signifikan. Penelitian ini dapat membantu menentukan kemungkinan kebakaran hutan.
