Abstract

Text summarization technology is increasingly used to simplify the vast amount of news information available in the digital era. This study compares two popular text summarization methods, the Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK) and TextRank, in the context of news summarization using the Python programming language. The goal of this research is to evaluate the performance of both algorithms based on summary quality and processing time. The dataset comprises a collection of news articles in Indonesian, processed using both methods. The results indicate that each algorithm has distinct advantages: TextRank excels in generating more coherent summaries, while NLTK demonstrates faster processing times. This study aims to contribute insights into the selection of an appropriate text summarization method for automating news summarization across various applications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Webqual 4.0 method in measuring the quality of the Central Jakarta City General Election Commission (in Indonesia it is abbreviated as KPU) website. This method focuses on three dimensions of usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data. The sample of this study were employees and the general public. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis processed using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study showed that the usability variable did not have a significant effect on website quality measurement. The Information Quality variable did not have a significant effect on website quality measurement. And the Interaction Quality variable had a significant effect on website quality measurement.

Abstract

This study compares three popular text classification algorithms—Naive Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and k-Nearest Neighbour (k-NN)—for classifying Spotify review data. The significance of this topic lies in applying these algorithms to sentiment analysis, which can help better understand user feedback. The research method involves testing these algorithms on Spotify review data classified into positive and negative categories. Results show that the k-NN algorithm achieves the highest accuracy at 83.67%, while NB and SVM achieve accuracies of 77.67% and 76.50%, respectively. The AUC values are 0.950 for NB, 0.955 for SVM, and 0.914 for k-NN. Despite k-NN showing the highest accuracy, SVM exhibits the highest AUC, indicating very good performance in distinguishing between categories. In conclusion, while k-NN demonstrates superior accuracy, a comprehensive evaluation based on various metrics is crucial for selecting the optimal algorithm for sentiment analysis

Abstract

  Pendampingan dan pelatihan merupakan elemen penting dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan pengetahuan kelompok tani hydromadam yang berada di Kelurahan Katulampa. Tujuan utama dari program ini adalah Untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang mereka hadapi, seperti pengelolaan sampah organik, keterbatasan dalam pembuatan surat penawaran kerjasama, kurangnya keterampilan dalam promosi produk, dan belum optimalnya penggunaan teknologi digital.Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa rangkaian kegiatan yang dapat menjawab kebutuhan dari mitra diantaranya Workshop dan praktik meliputi pembahasan tentang  pengolahan sampah organik yang menjadi permasalahan terkait limbah organik hasil panen hydroponik , Pelatihan Pembuatan Proposal Kerjasama dan desain, meliputi sesi pelatihan serta workshop tentang pembuatan proposal dan prinsip-prinsip dasar desain grafis dan branding produk dan Kegiatan terakhir adalah Pembuatan dan Pelatihan Penggunaan Website Hydromadam dan Aplikasi Kas Kecil, Pengembangan website resmi Hydromadam sebagai sarana informasi dan promosi dan Pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi kas kecil untuk manajemen keuangan kelompok tani. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas dan keterampilan kelompok tani inovasi Hydromadam di Kelurahan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman mengenai manfaat sampah organic sejumlah 45%,pemahaman tentang aplikasi canva sejumlah 50% dan Pemahaman tentang website hydromadam cukup signifikan sejumlah 80%. Program ini diharapkan memberikan dampak jangka panjang dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian kelompok tani Hydromadam.   Mentoring and training are important elements in increasing the capacity and knowledge of the hydromadam farmer group in Katulampa Village. The main objective of this program is to overcome the various challenges they face, such as organic waste management, limitations in making cooperation offer letters, lack of skills in product promotion, and the not optimal use of digital technology. The method for implementing community service is a series of activities that can answer needs. from partners including workshops and practices including discussions on processing organic waste which is a problem related to organic waste from hydroponic harvests, Training on Making Cooperation Proposals and design, including training sessions and workshops on making proposals and the basic principles of graphic design and product branding and the final activity is Creation and Training on the Use of the Hydromadam Website and Petty Cash Application, Development of the official Hydromadam website as a means of information and promotion and Training on the use of the petty cash application for financial management of farmer groups. This Community Service activity succeeded in increasing the capacity and skills of the Hydromadam innovation farmer group in the sub-district, there was an increase in understanding of the benefits of organic waste by 45%, understanding of the Canva application by 50% and understanding of the Hydromadam website quite significantly by 80%. This program is expected to have a long-term impact in improving the welfare and independence of the Hydromadam farmer group.

Abstract

Bengkel Berkah Motor is a company engaged in the automotive trade and services sector that sells motorbike spare parts and repair services, Bengkel Berkah still applies a traditional manual system and has not been computerized in its business process. So it is very possible for data manipulation and errors in recording and calculating sales and purchase transactions of goods. For this reason, the Blessing Workshop requires a computerized system to assist in recording transactions and financial reports. Manual financial data processing systems require a relatively long time and require skill and accuracy in presenting financial statements. On this occasion, the authors made an example of the process of accounting records at the Motor Blessing Workshop which was previously done manually by the author, proposed to be done computerized using Myob Premier V16. Myob Premier is a computerized accounting application that provides convenience in the business administration process by integrating general ledger, finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and relationship processing functions starting from document input to financial reports, using Myob Premier is one of the best solutions for solve existing problems and with a computerized system can produce accurate financial reports, effective and efficient, making it easier for owners

Abstract

The development of information technology is the main reason for society to produce faster, more precise and accurate information. One form of this technology is software to process manual financial data into computerization. At Rafita's Cake Shop, accounting data processing is still done manually, therefore the authors suggest implementing a new system, namely a computerized system to avoid errors or risks that arise from processing accounting data manually. For this reason, the writer made a final assignment regarding processing financial accounting data using Zahir Accounting Version 6. The methods used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation related to this research. From this research it can be concluded that using Zahir Accounting processing financial data with a computerized system will be better than a manual recording system so that financial data processing becomes more effective, efficient and accurate.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat membawa dampak signifikan pada berbagai sektor bisnis, termaksud di dalamnya adalah jasa ekspedisi. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan adalah dengan melakukan analisis sentimen. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis sentimen pelanggan pada jasa ekspedisi PT. MSJU dengan proses mengklasifikasikan pendapat, sentimen, evaluasi, dan emosi menjadi sentimen positif atau negatif menggunakan algoritma naive bayes. Data yang digunakan untuk analisis dari google review yang diunduh menggunakan instan data scrapper. Tahapan dari analisis sentimen ini berisikan yaitu pengumpulan data, pre-processing, pelabelan sentimen, dan pengklasifikasikan data menggunakan algoritma naive bayes. Algoritma naive bayes memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Hasil pengumpulan data dalam kurun waktu 4 - 15 Desember 2024 dengan hasil sebanyak 500 ulasan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan algoritma naive bayes didapatkan hasil accuracy sebesar 78.60%. Pada proses evaluasi sentimen positif didapatkan nilai precision mencapai 78,47% dengan recall sebesar 100%, sementara untuk sentimen negatif mendapatkan nilai precision 100% dengan recall sebesar 2,73%. dengan hasil ini bahwa model peneliti memiliki performa yang sangat baik.
